Really delicious burgers and loved their calamari rings. Staff are friendly and they listen to their customer needs - My husband eats only well done meat. Not all shops listen to that sort of requirement so it was really good ☺️ We will definitely come back again!

Saw it as I was walking past and almost didn’t stop but am glad that I did. Only got some Fries and a Crispy Fried Chicken Burger but they were really good and the burger was quite filling. Just when I thought the burger scene was slowing ... I had already given up on trying anything new as they're all "same same but different"... bean kitchen was one of those on my hit / to do list... I actually forgot all about it until I drove past .. lights still on.. made it before closing. Unplanned and had to save space for actual dinner planned that night I decided on the House Burger. Simple tasty and not heavy in sauce or cheese. Salad was well balanced with the brioche. Overall I loved it. Will defiantly return to try the others!!

Second time I visited, and sadly the second visit gets the review (sorry!) Went first ages ago when it was quiet middle of a Saturday, came out fast, delicious and warm and quality Second visit on a busy Wednesday? Nah. Way understaffed. Burger came out mostly cold, cold salad chilled the burger far too much Loaded fries saved the meal. Will be back and despite the 3*, would suggest eating there. Just beware they may be severely short staffed sometimes.

Good burgers and sides.. cheesey bites were to die for... Overall well cooked with a hint of pink.. however the only downside is that its overloaded with lots and lots of fat (oil) & slathered with sauce.. its just overpowering compared to other burger joints.

Highly recommend Cool Bean Kitchen! It might look very humble from the outside - I drove past it many years without a glance, but once you try it you won’t be disappointed. The staff here really know their burgers with prices being reasonable for the quality product you get. The staff are also very friendly. Give them a go and you will keep coming back for more!

Really good hamburgers. I had the cheeseburger and it is one of the top two or three in Melbourne. Pretty good onion rings too. I've been several times in the last year and this place does not disappoint. I had an issue with the online order system today, but one call and the problem was quickly resolved. this place is AMAZING! my family (10 of us) had planned to go out for dinner but the original place stuffed the booking so we had no where to go. We found this venue via google and called to see if they could possibly fit us in. The lady was so incredibly accomodating and got us in about an hour before close. The food was beautiful and she was so so kind and didn't rush us at all. We will definitely be coming back. Her service was top notch and she really went above and beyond for us. After a stressful evening, she made it so much better and we are so thankful I forgot her name but she had multi coloured hair and we visited Sunday 13th at about 7pm

really superb burgers. honestly what got me inside is the fact they use comic sans as their main shop font. good thing about this joint is its open kitchen. you get to see your burger being made instead of having the awful thought of the burger being harvested from some monster in some hidden room in some demonic ritual. theres this massive like 6'4 chef dude whos super cool. all the staff are great. they're straight on the corner of a street from the main road which makes their place great for road stops

Had this delivered through Ubereats and it was still fresh and hot and amazing. Portions are huge. Only downside is I was given the wrong burger once .. the siracha/jalapenos on my crispy chicken was a wild surprise. Luckily I was refunded straight away.

This is an odd one - nice burgers, and brilliant loaded fries - with a good selection of kids meals (burger and fries)... however the atmosphere is a little mixed up... semi industrial feel (with high benches for tables that weren’t that friendly for kids), and a quite austere vibe. Still an honest burger place. Liked the table soccer game to play with the kids... Parking a little difficult

Don't let the Comic San's filled signage deter you - these guys mean business. Quite possibly one of THE BEST burgers I have had in my life. Easily the best I've had in Melbourne. The only downside is their weird location and horrible signage. But they make up for this with their delicious burgers.

Was one of my fav burger places until tonight. The chicken in my burger was burnt,over cooked and saturated in oil. Very unpleasant to eat. One of the house burgers orderd, the bottom of the bun was stone cold, felt like it just came out of a freezer defrosted. Sorry guys, I'm over and out.. Update: recieved a reply through the uber app regarding my complaint. They suggested i come pick my order rather than having it delivered!! If i can remind you, that my review was not about my food being cold. It was about an overcooked piece of chicken. Burnt and full of oil. The burger bun on the house burger - the burger ingredients itself was the right temperature, i was complaining about the burger bun being cold and soggy. As mentioned, it had the texture of a defrosted burger bun. These faults would of made no difference if i picked my order and bought them home rather than being delivered!

Lovely place located on South road. Parking available at the rear of the shop accessible via Walter street. Staff is nice and friendly. They got a burger challenge to beat current best time and you will get it free of you won. I like their interior decorations as well. They got bar chair style seating arrangements as well which I think that matches for quick bites.

Pretty good burger joint. Had the chicken burger with chips. The chicken burger was juicy and a manageable size. Wasnt a huge fan of having coleslaw in the burger as it overpowered the chicken and became the dominant flavour with each bite. Did like the thinness of the batter enclosing the chicken. There chips are good but typical and doubt there restaurant made which can be found. Seems the menu has some interesting offerings which id like to try next time. Restaurant also has a great seating area and layout and would recommend dining in as the staff are also friendly. Definately not the best burger joint in melbourne but most likely in moorabbin.

This is no reflection on the staff or venue as both were really good this was a take away so did not stay long. My wife had the Cheesy Mike and I had the Clucky Cow, as well as loaded tater tots. The tater tots were really good and I mean good, the Cheesy Mike was very extremely cheesy but my wife did not like something in the flavour of the cheese, but then again I really enjoyed it. The problem was the Clucky Cow, the southern fried chicken was really fatty, the combo of fat from the thigh and oil soaked batter turned us both off (worse then KFC). There are definitely better burgers in the area.
