I'll edit this after I eat, but wow I am so so so so impressed by the main waitress on tonight!!! Didn't catch her name but so on the ball (I think I heard someone say Lilly or Elly?). Telling people in a hurry what meals are faster and longer, handling a seriously busy Friday night. Helpful and professional on such a busy night , they seemed so under the pump and if it wasn't for her this place would have a stack of 1star reviews. Crazy busy with few staff. No idea how she did so well! Thanks guys for your great service ☺️

I visited this restaurant today with 4 blind women and two Guide Dogs. Blake was exceptional in his customer service, care, empathy and understanding. Ralph was also very helpful. Blake had a rare insight into what it is like for someone who is blind and showed such kindness and attentiveness we were all deeply grateful and enjoyed our stay immensely. Credit to you Grill’d. The burger's seem to be orientated towards a more healthy direction, not dripping in juices or sauces. This could be seen as a negative for some. The staff are as pleasent as the river side view.

Super friendly staff and smiles on our arrival at the ordering station. Seated immediately no waiting, and had a lovely meal of a Chicken burger and Beef Wagyu burger with a side of fries, and a Corona - 'la cerveza mas fina'

DECENT QUALITY FOOD AND A NICE LOCATION BY THE RIVER Grill'd is an upmarket hamburger chain where the burger actually tastes good and is reasonably healthy as well! This outlet is right on the riverside at the Southgate tourist precinct and is a good option if you want to dine al fresco without a huge price tag :) Level floors should not be a problem for people with mobility issues. Good wheelchair access and the Southgate complex has escalators between floors. Staff are busy but still manage to be attentive and helpful

Hands down, probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. I tried the Mighty Melbourne with chicken breast instead of beef, and it blew my brains out. The staff are also quite attentative, kind and very fast. Why don't I eat here more often?

They were fantastic managing our large group, it definitely isn't easy trying to serve 20 people all at once. I actually think I have only ever had Grill'd once before and wasn't a massive fan, that all changed when I went here though Burger was massive and super satisfying, chips, perfectly cooked. Would definitely have again :)

I love their burgers. I got the mighty Melbourne, be prepared to get messy because they are large and sauce as well. They make awesome chips with rosemary. You have to taste them to know how great they are. I would recommend them to anyone.

Visited this place with a large group and there was sufficient seats for all of us outdoor. The burgers here are good, there are multiple options to choose the burgers from including different breads, meat and vegan and you can customize it according to your diet choices such low-carb and gluten-free breads. Low-carb bread is too thin and doesn't really taste good. Overall a great place for burger lovers who can make it a healthy meal.

Good food but prices are a bit high, $23.20 for a Nourish and Flourish burger, Real Iced Tea and a single serve of sweet potato fries. They need to put on more checkout staff, 5 people in the kitchen but only one serving. Line up was quite long and she was unable to serve without rushing.

Always dependable and consistent. I've found this Grill'd to be better than the one in Degraves St as the burgers there have all been dry. Staff are friendly and it's nice to sit outside along Southbank. The food court inside is a bit drab and dated though, and can often be busy at lunch time.
