B.I wanted to have KFC for over a month and I finally got it. It was because of the constant ads being blasted on YouTube. That little kid sitting at the table saying "Bucket". The chicken was bloody delicious!!! Tender and juicy on the inside while crispy on the outside. Hit the spot for me. Also got a large potato and gravy for dipping.
No 5 stars because they apparently ran out of the bucket for the chicken so had to use the regular cardboard carry bag and the potato and gravy didn't have much mashed potato. It was 3/4 gravy and 1/4 mash potato. Will come back for my fried chicken needs.
C. J.This KFC is fairly typical of an inner city fast food place of this type. It could definitely be a bit cleaner, the bins should be emptied more often, and the tables cleared and wiped a little more quickly and more often also. The service is not too bad, pretty average and could be pulled up a notch and the food was okay

The thing that prevents a 5 star review is the absolute refusal of accepting cash payments from customers with no alternatives. I understand that Covid has caused extra measures to be taken, but not everyone can pay by card at all times, and this will just drive customers away.
A. C.I was out with a few friends and they all went to Maccas and i went to the KFC, my meal looked so much better than theirs in every way, the chicken was crispy, tender, and perfectly salted. The chips were soft and well battered. I don't use the potato gravy but from what I've heard its alright. This review would've been a five but i feel some of these places (not just in particular here but fast food in general) cleanliness is of concern especially with this virus going around i hope they use antibacterial spray but i doubt they do.
Please get back to me KFC as i would like to know what precautions you have implemented to stop the spread of disease.

That goes for Nando’s, Red Rooster and Gami as well. Frankly this is an outrage!
Update 20/11/2020 : the “cluck and collect” movement is gaining ground. They appreciate that they’ve missed a really big joke.
We hope to have an update soon, should no cluck and collect happen. We won’t just have a hole in our bucket ... we’ll have a hole in our hearts.
C. H.The food was great. Service was great. Man I love checken so much. If you go late in the night the restaurant area will be in utter disarray as filth lines every surface, but during the day it is usually fine. Last time I went there was an intoxicated man sprawled across the entrance screaming at the top of his lungs about our corrupt government. Politics and chicken. Win win.
D.I actually ended up losing my appetite at this KFC because of the condition inside, the interior of this KFC is pretty awful. At least they were quick to serve up their food. This KFC can be crowded at times so be mindful.
D.It's KFC... let's not kid ourselves that it's going to be any good. It is what it is, food, relatively fast, damn tasty, but not good for you.
Staff here are as friendly as you'd expect, they smile, they try to serve as fast as they can. All this despite the all too common rude and/ or drunk customer.
Restaurant is clean-ish, but again it's about what you'd expect, not great but let's face it, most customers are pigs and leave tables in a mess faster than they can be economically managed.
It is what it is. I'll be back.
H. J.Very busy but what can you expect in the city, extremely messy leftover food still on table. Burger was ok it did not hold it shape also burger looked very small compared to other kfc. Staff were decent only recommend coming here when very hungry and lazy

J. C.I rarely go to KFC, and the staff were very helpful in telling me my options and helping me make a decision. I ended up selecting a two piece chicken with a chocolate mousse. It really hit the late night eating pangs I was experiencing.
L. H.Bourke Street suffers from its lack of space and successful location, that is to say it gets busy and there is no order to where people stand whilst they wait. You will find yourself placed into a corner elcove with sever other people waiting for your meal.
This is unfortunate however as the food is generally quite good overall.

B. V.Just a heads up that the male toilets are closed, so the toilets labelled as female are actually unisex. Would be good if there was a sign indicating this, but I have heard this from multiple employees so it's proper. Chur.

I was in the midst of a self induced brain hurricane that only loose morals and strong alcohol can bring about.
I became disoriented, seperated from friends, lost in a sea of unfamiliar faces with an empty gut and a feeling of dark foreboding growing ever stronger.
I turned the corner. And there he was.
The colonel.
A zinger and a smile (and 500ml of mountain dew) gave me enough fortitude to not only hail the taxi but also talk absolute codshit to the driver all the way Home.
Thank you KFC. You saved me.

OK, so its just KFC and the offering is the same as every other KFC but this one has a shabby feel to it. Can get busy but there is plenty of seating here for those who want to dine in.

First time in a long time, got great customer service from Jessie & I was pretty glad to give this store a try after having a horrible experience at the swanston street store where they got my order wrong, tried to rip me off by giving less than what I paid for and being argumentative. Anywho, Jessie (I hope I got her name right):) was very helpful, suggested and upsold items to me and further more when I made specific requirements, she took it all in a stride with a perfect smile.
