Sometime when I order kfc the staff don't check properly and in up missing items and have to drive back to get my missing items..only good point they gave me extra piece of chicken BUT I just like what I ordered in the first place...otherwise I would give you a 1 star rating...

They have some of the loveliest servers at drive thru at this particular franchise. However, can't say much about the staff reading and packing the orders from the inside. They either miss orders, get it wrong or don't pay attention to extra details made - like extra salt, gravy only, different drink type, missing items and when you ask them as they hand over your order to double check, without fail, they still confirm they have everything... but don't.

Employees work extra hard however need more staff as queues and wait times were increased. Good job to the current workers.

Amazing customer service through drive thru tonight! Firstly, I was served by Laura (who was wearing her name tag) who displayed great customer service and was very polite during our interaction. When I got my food I received a paper saying it was packed by James who had not only got my order correct, but made it quickly and absolutely fresh and delicious. These two made sure I received what I asked for and exceeded my expectations good job guys.

Just visited this KFC, was very impressed at how clean the place was tables & floor spotless. Was greated by the very friendly & polite Dominic who was very professional & patient as we thought about our choices. The order came out perfect. Thank you for our enjoyable dinner 😊

Love kfc. Zinger burger box. However been a couple times. Why do you not provide napkins and spoon? It has crispy chicken and hands get oil on them. In turn car and phone. Shouldn't have to ask for them in such combo.

Great food but slight problem. So I ordered cheap as chips and the food was great! But during when eating one of the drumsticks there was blood in the chicken. Not sure if blood or some kind of liquid but not happy for sure.
