K. M.The interior is really awesome looking and the seating is good. Times when I’ve come through the drive thru it’s been a bit slow. Also the way to get to the store is very confusing you have to come from the highway, not the shopping centre which is weird? Good food though and friendly staff!

D. G.My fellow mates and I came across this place, only to find that the customers were to not be seen in the joint, with further exploration we had found the front serving area where the people served decent well done food to us. Over all decent place to stop at for some fast food.
K. S.The staff is decent and the food is handled well. The only gripe I have is the ability to perform effective communication. With the current restrictions in place, the inbuilt protective barriers make placing orders a hassle when ordering in-store. Sometimes I feel bad for the staff, because I know some customers aren't as understanding when encountering this issue.
R. J.The staff were friendly and the food was fresh. There was a slight delay with getting the food out in our last visit. One of the best KFC locations in Ballarat for sure!
