real good quality burgers and good quality fried chicken! i highly recommend their Nashville Hot Fried Chicken Burger! batter was well seasoned and had all the necessary toppings! and if you like the heat def go all out on spice level! absolutely delicious! staff was super friendly and was happy to make some recommendations - the maple bacon addition was insanely good!

Great fried chicken and burger place in the North East of Melbourne. The people working here are very welcoming and helpful when ordering. Both the fried chicken and the beef burgers are a must try, along with the loaded fries. The chicken is crispy, moist and well seasoned. Portions are also solid. Don't forget to also try out the hot sauce 🔥!

Just had dinner with my Fiance at this new burger restaurant and we both really loved it! I am a massive burger fan and these burgers are some of the best I have come across! During the pandemic, it's a shame that Mr T has had to reduce their business hours as their product is hands down the best fried chicken I've eaten since Nashville's Hattie B's fried chicken. The food is high quality and value for money. They stock some great local beers too which is awesome to see local businesses supporting one another. Love your work guys.

Oh man. These burgers are heavenly. Classic American smashed patties, toasted brioche buns and the perfect ratio of salad to meat. Service was fantastic too, they readily accommodated our party of 7 with no prior warning or booking on a busy Saturday night. Just wish the burgers came with chips! Great first visit experience! Owner welcomed us in as soon as we walked through the door and seated us promptly with menus and water which we saw him do with every single customer without fail! Along with such great service, the food was amazing! Ordered fried chicken pieces which were delicious, dipped in buffalo sauce! Also had the bacon burger and italian beef burger; both cooked perfectly and full of flavor with the heroes of gorgonzola dolce and bacon jam being fantastic! Gluten free options which is fantastic! The fried GF chicken was amazing and so was the hot sauce. Unfortunately the burgers are not as nice as they look in the photo's or compared to local competition. The krinkle cut fries were not very nice at all. They tasted and felt about as frozen as you could imagine. I was hoping for fresh in-house made fries.

Got the MrT Hot Burger with double patty, fries and the Hargreaves Hill Lager on tap. I am often disappointed when something advertises itself as 'hot'; maybe it has a dab of jalapeno, cayenne or something last century would've considered hot. 'Commercial' hot; can't imagine KFC coming out with Carolina Reaper in the base. It happens so often I don't think about it, and so was totally unprepared when this was served up with some real heat. Paired well with the lager (I like they're supporting a local). The heat contrasted well with the sweetness of the maple chilli bacon. Patty was juicy; bun was fresh. What more could you ask for on a Sunday arvo?

Really exceeded expectations. Came in and decided to try everything that caught our eye and ended up with a crazy amount of food. Portion sizes here are decent. Small meals??!!! Those serves are super generous. Hubby tried a double bacon burger and loved it. More bacon jam though please. BBQ jackfruit burger was absolute perfection. So light I was able to finish the whole burger. The KFC GF Vegan and the SFA Vegan were close to perfection. A little tweaking on the size that the vegies are cut so that the larger bits aren't underdone and they will be 100% perfection (OMG gochujang sauce). Loved them anyway. The owner (manager?) was a delight when he came over to see how everything was. Really lovely guy who clearly cares about what he puts out there. Keep it up! You guys are great.

Good selection of burger options and side options. We chose the crispy chicken burger and a beef a bacon burger, plys a side of fries with blue cheese sauce. The fries! Very moreish, tastey and I almost filled up on these before taking a bite of the burger. The beef and bacon burger was excellent, very tastey and succulent. The crispy chicken burger was crunchy and the chicken fresh. Price point was comparable with other decent burger places in Mitcham and Bayswater. Mr T's burgers were also different from burgers in Mitcham and Bayswater, they are not trying to be the same except in ensuring quality, tastey burgers. Good to have a great burger place in Croydon. Additionall: had takeaway salad, and crispy chicken on Sunday 8 December - ceasar salad was best I've come across, fresh, flavoursome; and crispy chicken piecez - crunchy, flavoursome, and juicy fresh. Highly recommended.

My rating is 2 part. 1 Food: Chicken was a little tasteless and the burger very messy - however it had promise. 2 Customer service: You are not allowed to call them and place an order for pick up. Even though they answer, they refer you to online ordering and refuse to take an order over the phone. Say whaaaat? What’s the point of having a phone number or picking up in the first place?
