Chips were good, had a nice crunch to them. Staff front was friendly. Service was slow. If dining in, there's no place to wash your hands, nor anything to remove the excess oil from the chicken wings. The chicken winglets are quite tiny and taste no better then home made deep fried chicken. $9.50 for 6, probably better off with KFC wicked wings, better value, better taste and probably just as 'healthy'. Probably wouldn't return nor recommend.

My whole family paid a visit here for a lunch. They make delicious burgers I ate vegan and others had meat. All the burgers were great we all loved it.

We ordered: Mac & cheese royale beef burger, Fried chicken burger, Loaded onion rings, Fries, Mint & Oreo Shakes, The Mac & cheese burger was drool worthy, with the mac & cheese patty complementing the juicy beef patty just perfect. The fried chicken burger was tasty with a delicious seasoned coating. But the loaded onion rings were my favourite and looked amazing, with a bold crispy batter, and covered with their in-house made cheese sauce, with bacon and spring onions on top. The kids loved the Mint & Oreo shake. This is a great family friendly burger house, I am looking forward to bringing the family back again.

Boy howdy, Pattysmiths do make good burgers! I recently discovered this place on Uber Eats and immediately fell in love. They have expensive milkshakes which are actually worth it, even their cheap vanilla shake is better than everywhere else. Delicious burgers are wrapped up in little paper blankets so they don't fall apart in your hands, and tucked into a well presented wee box with a good portion of tasty chips. Pattysmiths, never leave me.

It's a shame I can only give Pattysmiths 5 stars, they deserve beyond that. Amazing food. Every item I've tried has been perfect, and the quality of food has been consistent everytime I've gone. The service is fantastic too, and the general atmosphere of the store is great. Pricing of the food is very reasonable for premium burgers, although the burgers are so good I almost feel like I'm underpaying. In a way I'm glad I don't live closer, it's hard to resist how good these burgers and loaded chips are.

I guess straight fives weren’t good enough for these guys. Relatively new place in Kensington, first thing that caught our undivided attention were the neons, all burger joints should get neons like this, it set the atmosphere straight away! We tried a variety of items on the menu; loaded fries 🍟, mac and cheese wedges, onion rings and sweet potato fries - the mac and cheese wedges are a must try, the dip combination was on point! On to the burgers - Makybe Diva, Pharlap with added maple bacon and the Think Big with an added mac and cheese katso. Verdict?  Thumbs up by our resident burger expert. Very delicious burgers, probably didn’t need to add anything else because the menu burgers were already on point. Meat was cooked to perfection 👌🏼Some may say that the sauce was overwhelming, we say it was just right, and we’ve had a lot of burgers from Melbourne. Overall a ++ experience at Straight Six, those guys have done well, and I sense that there will be more great things to come. 🍔 Oh forgot to mention the Oreo Shake, great shake, actually used cookies! Started out really good, the food was really nice and came out really quick. Then we decided to try a nutella waffle and a shake which took about 30mins to come out because of a influx of customers. Then we were told the waffle would take long because it got stuck to the waffle maker. We said would would wait. We waited about more 30mins and still nothing so we got a refund only to realise that their menu on the table is priced differently to the menu at the counter... Just a bit disorganised in certain areas and seemed to have no urgency to service the customers. Other then that the food was very nice but I think I'd choose another burger bar over this one next time.

First time visit, had the cheese burger, very simple and tasty. The pricing is very reasonable. Its a bit weird that they don't have a restroom for customers, but the staff were nice enough to let me use the kitchen sink to wash my hands before I ate.

Don't be put off by this place looking empty! Put your diet on hold for a day and stop here for some American style food. Nice & clean restaurant, the staff were very friendly too. All of our food was amazing, good serving sizes and pricing - proper American grub. Burgers were excellent with all of the beef patties cooked medium (just right!). Great little selection of beer available too. Only things these guys are missing are menus on the tables and a toilet for customers to use.

The chicken waffle was an odd combination of a small piece of chicken and some fairly average bacon paired with a very large, dry waffle with almost no syrup or other dressings or flavours.

The burgers are good and taste fresh, but they lose a few stars because the last few times I've ordered through Uber Eats with specific paid extras (onion, jalapenos etc) they haven't been included. Please make sure you're reading the orders correctly! I'm not paying those couple of dollars extra on top of an already expensive meal to not get what I paid for.

Also serve great sides such as loaded fries and onion rings, and also do some mean waffles which you can get either sweet or savory and you can also buy the Gelare mix they use exclusively directly from them! Some of the best burgers in the area of the great, gross and awesome variety. Burger patties are thin, there was an abundance of cheese and sauces, and prices are reasonable enough. Come here for a deluxe take on Macca's. Consistent with Macca's assessments, one star docked for the meat being poorly centred and jalapenos were not spread across the heel of the bun.

An amazing horse racing themed restaurant that do delicious burgers, sides and shakes. As a Flemington local this is one of my favourite restaurants in the area. All the burgers are fantastic but my go to is the “Think Big” double beef patty, jalapeños and maple bacon. A great sweet and spicy flavour sensation! The shakes are so thick and taste exactly like they’re meant to. Redskin, Nutella, Oreo, salted caramel or peanut butter, regardless of what you pick you’re in for a treat. If you can fit dessert in, they also have Nutella waffles! Staff are friendly and venue is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Patty Smiths in Flemington! The team were really friendly and accommodating, made us feel welcome right away. There weren't many vegan options, in fact there were no vegan buns at all, so I ordered a Falafel Tahini Burger with a lettuce bun. It was the BEST lettuce bun burger I've tried! Not only was it presented really nicely, it tasted amazing with the thick falafel and juicy tahini sauce. The sweet potato fries were also top notch! I would love to see more vegan menu items at Patty Smiths, as my options were quite limited, however I was happy and satisfied with what I ordered!

Went to Straight Six yesterday and throroughly enjoyed it. Tried an assortment of waffles which were all delicious. They use Gelare waffle mix which is great, so fluffy and light and produces amazing waffles 😊 one of the waffles I tried was the fried chicken and maple bacon; the chicken was perfectly cooked and not dry at all with a really nice crumb/batter. Highlight for me was the loaded fries with bacon, cheese sauce and spring onion. The cheese sauce was next level - really delicious and had a little spice to it. Staff were lovely and really helpful. There's a burger derby in Melbourne and lots of horses in the race. If you want to back a winner, then I suggest betting on Straight Six. I'm not a 'horse racing' person, so the racing horse champion themed burgers are lost on me, and their styling is very subtle. There are no horse statues, Melbourne shaped glasses on show, and the staff are not wearing jockey caps. I didn't even know Straight Six was named after the final straight of Flemington racecourse (bad Melburnian Iknow). I do however, love the splashes of pink throughout the premises. We all need a bit of pink in our lives. The place is well lit and would be great for families as well as a burger with your squad. The reason you come here are the burgers. They won't win the best looking burgers on the gram, but they will win your tastebuds and stomach. Smash patties, juicy and tender with lots of flavour. Well sauced and filled. A 'simple' burger, which looks and tastes good. What more do you really want from a burger joint really. Sides are great, as are the shakes (I like the redskin one). Straight Six is well worth the trip to Flemington. In this saturated burger market, Straight Six noses itself out in front on the home stretch to win the Burger Derby.

Yeeew! What's the only thing better than burgers? Burgers followed by waffles, obviously. Thanks to Straight Six Burgers, who have teamed up with Gelare Australia - you can get just that over in Flemington. Shattered that I missed the first Hub trip to Straight Six, I was determined not to miss this visit - it lived up to the burger hype. Straight Six's 'Think Big' burger was my go to for that jalapeño heat I freakin' love. Somehow these guys manage to get the perfect cheese to beef balance without missing any of the flavour. It might be a pattie but their beef has a soft consistency that legitimately has just made my mouth water as I type. New to their menu is their waffle selection. Using Gelare Australia's waffle mix (exclusive to Straight Six in Melbourne) they're whipping out waffles that will appeal to those who want them a little healthier (think bananas and strawberries) or those who wanna go all out with ice cream, chocolate and cookies. Savoury? It wouldn't be a waffle joint without a chicken and bacon option - it's there for your eating pleasure. If you're going back for the burger - which I now definitely will be, give their waffles a crack - you won't be disappointed.

I called Straight Six and spoke with Dario who advised all was processed from his end and that he had sent the food out, he provided me the number for Uber Eats so that I could contact the driver and after I spoke with Uber to sort the error out, Dario called me back to make sure everything went ok, to make sure I didn't have to pay, processed my re-order as a priority, on delivery he had added a complimentary serve of loaded fries...AND...he called me to make sure I recieved the order and to check it was satisfactory! Straight Six serve the freshest, juiciest burgers around Melbourne town. I highly recommend the fried chicken burger ‘Makybe Diva’, with a combination of a sweet bbq sauce and chipotle aioli, it’s a real winner (that was supposed to be a horse racing pun) 😅 This funky burger joint also serves up delightfully sweet waffles with all the best toppings (including fried chicken AND bacon). The waffles are made using the amazing Gelare waffle mix, which you can buy directly from Straight Six. Get on it asap!

I enjoy the cheese fries and buying the pattysmiths sauce to put on everything in my house, however the beef burgers are a little bland and underseasoned and one time they forgot a piece of chicken but I can't fault them on that bc they offered me a voucher for it. Hence the 4 stars. Overall good service 👌
