Not the healthiest fries you can order, but they are wholesome :P We ordered the Cheesy Bacon Fries for takeaway. It took 10 min to get the order. The fries were tasty and at the right temperature. The location is perfect for a quick bite.

You wouldn't think much of this place, just walking past. But after a few times, I finally realised that the delicious aroma in the air was coming from Rocket Burgers. It was late at night when I was craving burgers and I ordered the cheeseburger... It did not disappoint! The patty was juicy and tender with great seasoning with melted cheese on a nice soft bun. Have yet to try the fries or milk shakes, but from a burger point of view, definitely worth a try!

Oh. My. Gosh. This places serves the best burgers i ever had in my life. For 20 bucks you get a burger with double meat, fries, drinks and a dipping sauce. The melted cheese in the burger is so good it sticks to the box, and don't get me started about the bacon. Each order is made fresh so be expected to wait to about 10 mins. Staff is pretty friendly, and they adopted the Starbucks system where they will call out your name when your order is ready. There are only a few seats ( counter top kinds) at the place so i usually do takeaways from the place, went there twice in a week. It's a MUST TRY for both tourists and residents of Melbourne. It can be located at Flinders' station. Really you have to try it, it's so good. Forgot to mention, i ate it twice and it tasted the same on the second time, man i have never eaten any burgers that tasted the exact same before

Had this a few years ago before I started hitting all the big joints in Sydney like ml, bl, bbj, ba etc and thought it was the best burger I’d had. Came here today and was just as blown away as before! Patties were smoky and juicy, they were cooked well done which is not my preference but it didn’t effect the overall enjoyment, cheese and bun were surprisingly on point too! This place is quite deceiving as at first glance it looks like your average crappy burger joint, don’t let that fool you as it is worth a try!

Omg the vegetarian burger was mind blowing!!! The staff was super sweet and courteous. There were random people getting impatient and abusing the staff but the only lady there both taking orders as well as calling out for takeaways served everyone with a warm smile. I think the service was pretty fast considering the HUGE queue. The place explicitly mentions that while they love their beef, the place is super vego friendly and they keep their fries, sauces and vego burgers 100% vegetarian. That meant a lot for me.

Tried their Man Burger and a Big Bang burger with a serving of regular fries. Their burgers were good sized meals. The char grilled patties and bacon were tasty although a bit too carbonised/burnt at sides. The combination of meats, vege and sauces was flavourful although it can get really salty after a few mouthfuls. The overall presentation was a bit sloppy. Overall I'd say it wasn't anything exceptional or to hype about.

I absolutely love Rocket Burgers. Their Man Burgers are the Shiz and for a place that is so small they crank out some really large flavour. I have never had anything I didn't like from them. I have had better much more expensive burgers but for the price & the convenience they are extremely hard to beat. Amongst the best burgers in Melbourne, in my opinion. Bigger than some of the other burgers out there. I love the chunky gherkin bits. The regular and sweet potato fries, both, are to die for! Highly recommended. Update: went here again in July 2022. The burgers are still amazing! The hand smashed beef patty is delicious and the structural integrity of the burger is great, despite the fact that it's loaded with patty, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and sauce! Unfortunately the quality has rapidly gone downhill in the last few months. I used to look forward all week to getting a burger here but now they're usually just average or bad. I can't put my finger on what's so bad about them now but they're just kind of tasteless and dry, at the same time as being excessively greasy. It just feels like a waste of a meal when there's so much better around. This is a real shame because I used to tell all my friends to come here, now I'd honestly rather go to McDonalds. Couldn't even finish my burger today. :(

Now this places burgers are huge we had an man buger and cheesy bacon fries. The cheesy bacon frise where hot, salty and crunchey it was loaded with bacon spring onion and "nacho cheese" it was quit good but at the end the peaces of bacon at the bottem had exorbed all the salt and rich cheese. The man burgers was first huge it had 2 big beef patteys and some other toppings it made us so full that it was maybe to much. The kitchen was reasonably clean through.

Whoa! Happy accident discovering this on UberEats at 2am. Their burgers are pretty huge for their prices compared to many other places i.e Betty's Burgers, and super tasty, too. Beef patties are still pink inside and the buns, man, the buns. Super fluffy and don't even deflate after a night in the fridge and surviving a nuke sesh in the microwave. Also, their poutine is huuuuuuuge hahaha. My roommate and I ordered 2 burgers and 2 poutines and it lasted us 2 whole meals.

So at first glance you think they cannot be that good, but they are!. The place is tiny, very limited sitting, but it worths it. The meat patties is one of the best I've ever tried, juicy and very well seasoned The bun, glossy and warm and the fries, crispy and soft on the inside. I ordered the American burger with just cheese and no veggies but my partner who had the double meat burger said that the veggies were fresh and bacon simply delicious. Although a big drop of fat from the bacon made us realize that probably this is not a meal you want to have everyday. I was happy I didn't order any fries with my meal because the size of my partner's was enough for both of us. But if you enjoy your chips, by all mean go ahead, they are amazing and you can even choose a saucy goodness to go with them. If you are a burger lover, this is a must try.
