Best burgers ever had. We ordered chicken burger, somehow we got beef burger. We told the staff and They immediately replaced us with chicken burger. Friendly staff with good ambiance. Definitely coming back

I wanted to try a place I haven't been to before and settled for here. Glad I did as it was simply the best burger joint I have been to! Perfect serving sizes and honestly, my food looked even better then the menu pictures. I was also having a look at some of the food that went out to other tables and was impressed by the look of other menu items too. We were served by a fantastic welcoming employee. Didn't catch their name, but they were wearing glasses if that helps! 10/10 for service.

The person who served me with the glasses was really nice and answered all my questions. Food came out quickly. Tasted great too. The chicken wasn’t too juicy or too dry. It was perfect. The chips were amazing too. Out of all the burgers I’ve had at other places recently, this was the best one by far.

for a first time customer I just have to say this place is absolutely incredible the staff are very welcoming upon entrance the atmosphere of the restaurant makes you feel very welcomed and the food omg the food was NEXT LEVEL!!! feeling like some ribs I ordered the Ribs and Wings Combo off the menu and omg the flavor and tenderness of the meal was something else the beef ribs just fell off the bone as soon as I picked it up the chicken wings were cooked to perfection the chips were perfect and the slaw was amazing honestly the best meal I've had my whole life. Everything was so good that I had to thank the chef in person and put a tip in the jar. without a doubt I'm definitely coming back here again and ordering the same meal, very very happy and if I could add an extra star to make it a 6 star review I would :) :) :) :)

Very happy with the service and the food! Definitely coming back :) I decided to go with the greek salad which for a greek like myself, it was perfect. I’ve tried my fair share of burger places around Melbourne but this place is definitely now sitting in my top 3! The beef patties are so full of flavour, very well balanced ingredients in the burger, and not greasy/oily at all but at the same time, so very moist and tender! The Mac and cheese bombs are to die for the their BBQ relish is soooo tasty! 10/10 would recommend! The staff are also super friendly and nice!

Second time visiting RocoMamas at highpoint and it definitely doesn't disappointment, the best ribs I have had in a long time especially after my bad experience from TGI Fridays a week ago. Great value for money and the food actually taste fresh not that feeling of last nights left over, great value for money. Good job keep up the great hospitality.

Have been here with my wife and we both loved this restaurant. Plenty of sitting area. The staffs are really helpful and friendly, they explained us the popular dishes and how to order them. The service was prompt and quick. The hot buffalo wings were really nice. Will definitely come back.

American style diner on Chapel street serving not only burgers but also ribs. Both are fantastic! Ribs are tender, juicy and basted nicely with hot BBQ sauce. The burgers are also juicy and not that heavy considering the toppings. The Mofo sauce on hot wings is unique and have a little kick to it. Would highly recommend! Visited today had wings, burgers and chips. We asked the extremely friendly and accomadating staff about their gluten free options which they informed us of the option to replace the bun with a lettuce wrap (could not have been more understanding and accomadating). The wings I got in the buffalo sauce which were delicious( was a little mild but understandable as the large percentage of the population don't enjoy melting their faces). The burgers were amazing! I've eaten alot of burgers around Melbourne and these STACK UP! Not greasy, plenty of meat, lots of flavour and great sauce. The chips were also really good, hot, crispy and no old oil stank. 10/10, 100% we will return. Hidden gem that needs to be on the lists of best burgers in Melbourne.

Had a few different things here. The burgers were good, enjoyed the beef and the overall flavour combo. My standout here are the ribs! They use a sweet / mild basting sauce (choose this one) on the ribs which gives a nice sweetness, and a kick to finish. The heat is very very mild, people that don't like spice would still be able to cope!

Popular South African ribs and smashed burger joint Rocomamas has opened in Australia, and I am so lucky that it's in my hood on Chapel St, Windsor. I went as a plus one to their launch night. South Africans know lots of things, like playing cricket, rugby union, safaris, milk tert and speaking with awesome accents, but they also know how to cook meat. Ribs so juicy they fall off the bone, and tasty smashed patty burgers. The garlic cheese balls were pretty spectacular, there were ones with jalapeno too which were a bit intense. The interior is very orange, matching their branding. The lighting and signs were fun. Very inviting and fits with the other bars on chapel street, and should be competitive with the lack of rib places. I feel they could play on the South African thing more. I'll be interested to know in this hyper competitive burger market whether they will survive, but they have a decent offering. I'll definitely be back. or in South African, I'll bee beck.

Hailing all the way from South Africa, RocoMamas is a carnivore’s playground. They have a huge range of burgers, ribs, wings, salads and more. Their ribs were well cooked, had a rich BBQ flavour and just slid off the bone. The wings had a spicy and sweet sauce, which went to really well with the crispy fries. The side salad was just 5$ and was super fresh, definitely order one of these! The orange-hued bar and restaurant had friendly staff and fast service. If you want a meaty treat, visit RocoMamas!

Melbourne, Chapel Street in particular has become saturated with burger joints. Its easy to become disenchanted. RoccoMamas is a welcome change. I had the Classic Cheese with a beef patty. Simple and clean, the sweet pickle is a great touch. The chef gave me a few ribs to sample and they were excellent, some of the best I have had in ages. The lady who served me was lovely and I look forward to coming back soon.

Wow, wow, wow! RocoMamas is defs on my “best burger I’ve ever had” list. Ordering is dummy proof, you tick what you want, and that’s what you get, easy to understand, especially if you want to customise your burger. Not a long wait, beef was perfectly cooked, and full of flavour, they aren’t tight on the fillings. Staff were lovely and friendly, I can’t wait to go back again.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. We had the Ribs and Wings Combo, The Tenders and Fries Combo, a Chicken Caesar salad and the Cheese and bacon burger. Each item was more delectable than the next. The basting on the Ribs was chock-full of flavour, the meat slid right off the bone, the tenders were perfectly marinated and fried, the burger patty was bursting with even more flavour than the ribs, and they perfected the art of the chicken Caesar salad. Great vibe, friendly staff and amazing food! The menu concept is something new for Melbourne but allows you great flexibility in making your burger as simple or as decked out as you want. Where can I start... OH MY GOD. My friend and I dined here 30/03/21 and we're skeptical with how quiet it was, we were so wrong! Absolutely amazing food, cooked with alot of care and interest. Pleasantly surprised!! We had burgers here a few weeks ago which were really good. Nice portions and full of flavour, the cheesy chips were enormous and came with generous portions of cheese. Tonight we were greeted by the same very lovely short brown haired girl and we decided to give the ribs and wings a go. The meat, portion and flavours were spot on. We have been hoping for sooooo long that a great rib place opened up at highpoint, and we've found it! My partner had the pork and I had the beef, and both very happy. Only thing I don't like is that when you order a coke it's by tap and not a bottle or a can but no biggy. Highly recommend.

It's a new restaurant at High Point. We had two burgers which were good. However, the fries were so bad. It was soft and full of oil, possibly double dipped in oil. Staff seems to be lost which may improve over time. Prefer Grills

I really love the burgers here. They are so yummy! The meat is real, juicy and flavoursome unlike the frozen, processed patties at Grill’d. I was more impressed than I thought I would be. My favourite is the beef burger with Swiss cheese and mushrooms. I’ve also tried the baby back pork ribs which were tender and scrumptious. The last time we were there we ordered a serve of the onion rings which I really enjoyed. I took a star off as I thought the chips were just good, and there are lots of choices around. Best Uber Eats experience I've had in a long time! Delivered from Maribyrnong to Moonee Ponds, the chips were hot and crispy! Often the let down in any delivery - hands down my new favourite fries. My second visit to Rocomamas and once again left very happy with the food quality and prompt service. Thoroughly enjoyed the burger that was on the special board with my own extra adds. Their ordering system making it super easy where you fill out a card, ticking which burger you want and any adds on! Super convenient! They have a great range of food from things like burgers, ribs and wings and they taste delicious. The place is usually pretty easy to get a seat during the times that I have been there but depending on when you go it may be harder to get a seat as I would say I is pretty popular. RocoMamas is one of my favourite places to eat out. I always leave feeling satisfied and full! The price point for the quality makes sense and the food has always come out relatively fast and cooked perfectly. The only thing I would mention to change is the menu system, I don't think it makes sense to have one use pieces of paper as menus that the get thrown out when you could just have a laminated menu instead to decrease the waste. I would highly recommend RoccoMamas as a dinner venue for anyone who enjoys BBQ!

I actually had low expectations about this place, I mean there are so many burger places around now, that the quality of some are just utterly rubbish. We came, we ate and we were absolutely blown away at how amazingly delicious the food was and how it was presented. The food presentation was amazing. Top marks for that. The burger looked the part, was served neatly and promptly. The taste? F**king amazing. I had the beef smash, and I must say, not only was it cooked to perfection, it was full of flavour. It wasn’t too saucy or overpowering. The bun, perfect. The chilly cheese fries were amazing. Real ingredients and real toppings. Full of flavour and loved the actual “French fries”. Top service also. One thing I will add however. The menu is so confusing. For example, the fries are in two completely different locations and it’s really hard to read and follow - way too much going on. Guys - you’ve done well and I can’t wait to come back. Top marks from me all round.

Fantastic high quality burger - indulgent but not too sickening. No bbq sauce or other nasties. The sweet potato chips were also perfect! Only issue was the French fries which seemed more like McDonald’s fare without sauce; thick chips would have suited the meal more. Great atmosphere though the music is a bit loud to hear each other.

Tried Rocomamas for the first time, not the worst experience I’ve ever had, but definitely not quite the best. The burger (limited edition “Firebird”) was tasty but I had a few issues with it. 1. There were waaay too many chillies in it. I did not realise until I was mostly through the burger, just how many chillies it contained. Now, I LOVE spice but the chillies were excess and I did not fully understand until the next day when my stomach was in the most incredible abdominal pain I’ve experienced in my life (I’ve eaten many many chillies before but nothing quite like this). I think you need to cook your chillies or lower down the quantities (I warn people to pick some out), because raw chilli is just lethal 6-12 hours later when you need to use the facilities. My 2nd Issue was that the chicken looked absolutely nothing like the photo posted in your website. The photo posted there shows this huge chunk of fat deep-fried chicken covered in what looks to be some kind of red glaze, yet what I received was a fairly thin slice of fried chicken with no “red-looking” hot glaze in sight. I also had an issue with the chips. I only wanted a small amount, but when I ordered online (and clicked on the “small chips”), it would only allow me to upgrade to large for an extra $3 and didn’t let me choose “small chips” as described. The chips were not bad, but skinny chips, just as I could of gotten at Maccas for a 1/4 of the price. I paid $9 for these skinny chips? A bit overpriced if you ask me. Overall, not a bad meal, but a bit disappointed seeing all of the good reviews. I’d consider trying again, but would definitely try another burger and not the ones with raw chilli and would not buy the chips either. Thanks!
