We always get our fish and chips when at Loch Sport but tonight was disappointing. I paid $9.50 for a grilled piece of gummy which was about the length of my hand - between 10 and 15cm and about 3mm thick. I noticed that the prices have increased also. The $4 chips were about half the amount of previous visits. The shop signage looks good but I'm wondering whether that and the fancy food packaging (a very large box for a tiny piece of fish) means that I now pay more for less... By the way...the sign on the menu board advertised BATTED FISH.. It's BATTERED guys...

We were there just before New Year's and they were struggling to keep up with the number of orders (ours took an hour!) but when the food arrived it was actually pretty decent... Not amazing - very few country fish and chippies are - but decent.

Beautiful little fish n chip shop. The fish was fresh & the hamburgers are to die for. The meat patty is massive. Probably close to half a pound. Prices aren't to bad considering the area your in. But it's definitely worth the try
