Needed some comfort food delivered so tried here, and was not disappointed. Ordered the fisherman’s basket & it arrived piping hot (we’re fairly close), reasonably fast & was a generous serve including a nice thick piece of fish in crispy batter. Tiniest bit oily but I imagine this was because to get it here hot they couldn’t drain it for long. Not sure why but the online menu doesn’t offer sea scallops (would’ve ordered some). Ordered via Menulog. [Note the pic is after we started eating, so has a few bits missing] 😁

Fish was very nice, batter is light and crispy. Chips were good too. Fried dim sims were in a light batter, which was unusual but still good to eat.

I'm local and not real keen on throwing dollars at Fish and chips.. that's not to say that I never do. Stopped in today and got a couple potato scallops. the true test of any joint worth it's fat. Now, at a buck 50 I was shocked, what were they in the 70s, 10 cents.. Hey, it was the thickest I'd ever seen tender as the best porterhouse.. Hey I'll be going back Hey

Had a family dinner of F & C on Friday 14th January 2022 and it was one of the best fish and chips...oh and squid rings meals we have had......we had fish and chips from here a few weeks prior and it was also okay.I think it beats Chippies (Beldon) and the other two nearby F & C shops.Well done to the workers there.Cheers See ya next feed !!!☺

Loved every bite. It’s was delicious. Will be heading back there again. The best fish n chips great value for money. We had snapper for $2 extra on the special for 2. Highly recommended

Honestly the best chippy around! I’m so glad it’s my local. Hand cut chips, delicious batter, homemade curry - gravy and mushy peas (the BEST) and an amazing value for money. An absolute go to for your fish and chips cravings.

Wonderful food tried most of it - the curry sauce and mushy peas are the best I’ve ever had! Hamburgers are great just like homemade! Highly recommend the friendly staff, clean shop and especially the food 👍

I had 1 serve of John ball`s this evening bloody beautiful 10/10 next time I will be having 2 the Shark was tops and the whole meal was spot on I have been living in Craigie for over 39 year`s and have tried a lot of fish shops but I will certainly be giving this one thumbs up
