Really nice burgers, I ordered a beef burger and it was good, the vegetables were fresh and the juices of the beef patty were preserved, fried are cut in a rectangular flat pattern, different cut when compared to normal fried. They should serve cold drink in a glass with ice.. otherwise everything was good.

Usually pretty good but I was quite disappointed that we were turned away due to a "lack of staff" despite there being the usual compliment of 6 staff preparing and cooking food and online orders being prioritised over dine-in orders. Managing workload is understandable but the staff appeared to opt for manic overreaction to no effect instead of making calm and considered decisions. I will revisit this review within a few months with an updated appraisal.

Grill'd is great. This one is not my favourite, as the kitchen is small and so service is a little slower than others. But it's a gem of a location. I love sitting outside and enjoying my delicious burger and people watching. The people that work here is epic and genuine, it's ideal for a two person date.

My husband and I first discovered your burgers at the Subiaco outlet and have been frequenting the place whenever we feel like having burgers. We both think they are the best burgers money can buy. Last week for my birthday, we decided to visit the Applecross outlet. Boy, were we disappointed with the burgers and if that was our first time at tasting a Grill'd burger, there definitely would not be a second time.

What a wonderful restaurant. I have to admit, these burgers are extremely tasty. I used to order the Simply Grill'd but it was too simple so I upgraded to the Sir Truffle burger as I LOVE TRUFFLES. This burger is to die for, usually like to order 2, no reason, just have a powerful appetite. Anyway, the service is very good, odd chances of phone ordering is very hard due to the business, but I can let this go, as I'm such a good bloke

This is one of the betters Grilled outlets. The staff are generally very courteous. The service is prompt. The burgers are like any other Grilled outlet, so nothing much more to say there. The location is great. Right outside the train station and good setting.

I love burger at this place. Crispy bacon and cheese is my favorite here. Though I have been to other Grill'ds in different locations, Subiaco one is the best, they taste so good. As far as Grill'd goes, something about the Subiaco venue is just great. The atmosphere is amazing, and you can really smell the kitchen as you wait to order. I've never had a bad order from here, and have always been happy with service. Sure one time I went in there it was hot as hell and a bit smokey, but it was essentially an open kitchen with no aircon. I'll give them leeway as they had to suffer an entire aircon-free shift rather than a 10 minute wait for a takeaway burger.

I dont rate grill'd as reasonably priced... never ordered a burger here thats bursting like those shown in photos. Nice location and was always clean and tidy. Food tasty but in my opinion expensive for what you get. Try a small local non franchised burger place instead.

The Wagyu beef burger was YUMMMMMM!! Bursts with flavor in your mouth! Large beef patties too :) I've placed my order online but we were running late due to technical problems at our swimming competition. I rang up to place my order on HOLD and the staff especially Heather was very helpful. My son had the Bacon and Cheese Burger also yumilicious Will definitely go back :)

A good selection of burgers with a choice of bread, and very nice chunky chips seasoned with rosemary and sea salt. Unfortunately the only sauces for the chips are are choice of three, and served in small (paid for) cups, so there's no tomato sauce or other normal condiments. They have a selection of alcohol drinks too, but it's a shame you have to order and pay at the counter (like Nandos), when for the price you'd expect table service.

I stopped in at Grill'd Hamburgers in Subiaco Perth W.A I was disappointed in their Hamburgers for a number of reasons. I have been back just to make sure it was a once off bad experience. The Staff are very friendly do get me wrong there. Pointers that they can fix 1)The greeting HI GUY'S needs to be dropped (This is Australia not the USA) 2)Get uniforms for your Staff 3)The Bun's are stale and hard (need to be fresh and soft) 4)The starting price for hamburgers is $11.50 over the top(Bring it down to $8.00) 5)Chips need to be fresh and hot(drop the rosemary and add salt as seasoning) 6)Include normal tomato sauce The only saving thing is they do sell Australian Craft Beers.

I was tempted to leave a 2 star rating, but it’s not fair to the food because it is good. Greeted by a tall gentlemen, very up beat and friendly - one star. Took my order, I was short .30 cents he waved it. As a business owner, it was the right call, if you can’t trust your employees to make a good business judgement call, you’ve got big problems. - Second star Food is yummy - third star. My food was take away order, I drove off and realised my Chipolte sauce was not in the bag, I turn around and go back, find parking again, I ordered the pumpkin chips and the gentlemen upsold me on zucchini chips as well. So I want the sauce. This time I’m greeting by a woman who discarded my allegations of not getting what I ordered, she points to the receipt to show me she’s right and I’m WRONG. Loss of a star, customers never wrong , when will Australians in these types of businesses get that through there heads. We begin to argue, for a dollar retail !! .30 cost. She says will put an end to this and I’ll get the guy who served you. So now I’m a liar loss of - fifth star. The gentlemen comes over and apologises for the mix up hands me the sauce with a smile. The woman doesn’t apologise to me. Here’s the dilemma with the two Star conundrum . I’m my opinion your FIRED !! Dmaybe a bit harsh but I’m willing to bet she sees nothing wrong with her actions. Can’t teach thick people. They just don’t get what should be commonsense. For .30 cents I’m upset, after paying $13.00 bucks for a hamburger all this grief for .30 cents. Me having to drive back, my time means nothing to her. She should either go back to hospitality school or do something where she doesn’t have to deal with customers, employees like that banckrupt companies.
