Awesome service and tasty burgers! The staff were lovely and attentive, a really nice bunch of people. They have loads of vegan and vegetarian options and the cater to gluten free as well. Street parking nearby if it's not too busy .

Good food. Grill’d are happy to totally customise burgers for fussy kids (mine doesn’t like sauce, relish, etc). Great options also for special dietary needs.

Had the mustard burger, it was technically fine but by no means amazing. Friend had a salad which was very underwhelming. No complaints about the service, although admittedly we went at an odd time and there weren't many people there. I'd recommend their mixing up the menu a bit, especially the salads

Great burgers but long wait at peak times (up to an hour) for a burger and chips. The staff dont warn you either that the wait will be that long when you place your order which would be helpful. Often forget my dipping sauce. Might be time to find another local burger joint.

Staff always great. Food very salty. Could not finish the kale salad. Quite overwhelming saltiness. I know that it is used as a preservative. I'm won't be going back. Was at the ardross grilled last week had the chicken. Too much salt again. Unfortunately the salad didn't seem to be fresh made.

Grill'd has the same formula ...it is a chain after all. However the staff is consistently friendly. Always fresh and tasty....and sometimes we just don't want to go to restaurants. Casual is great too for date night

Kids always love going here. Was a Friday night but wow, the queue!!! You need to have plenty of time generally to grab burgers from here. We were just passing by so stopped in. Big mistake, as waited nearly 40mins & was only 2 kids burgers & chips. 1 burger ordered with nI sayce ended uo with sauce. Oh well, wasn't queuing up again, just made them eat it with half bun! Kitchen staff not in any hurry & seems a very social place to work. Staff are friendly. Good place to go with a crowd, like uni students. Some long bench seating areas & you n pay separately when ordering. Can buy alcohol from there too.

Excellent burgers served with a smile. Kids are well catered for and it is open when many other restaurants are not. My favourite is the chilli addict, which is not really all that hot.

Another franchise establishment that is the same as every Grill'd. They have a couple of vegan options and the food is of a reasonable quality. I always wonder whether hiring practices in a place like this disadvantage people who don't have tattoos, weird piercings, and an orange beard. On the other hand, there needs to be a place for these people to get paid work, and this could very well be the one and only place.
