So on our way home from shopping, we decided to stop in a KFC Beldon. I don’t normally visit KFC, but today we fancied something quick and wanted chicken, I went in to the store as I wasn’t sure what to get, I asked the young lady at the counter to tell me what family meals they do, she wasn’t any help at all and I ended up having to step to one side and go on line and finding out what meals they do, and then going back in line and ordering. I think the staff at the KFC Beldon need to learn there products and help out there customers. The food was ok but serivce was poor. Maybe I’ll have to do more research next.

My experience was diffently 5 of of 5. The staff was super helpful in anyway thecould possibly be. As l do not like salt on my fries, the staff were on top of it straight way. As if l had never caused and incident in the kitchen. All the staff was polite and very helpful ( especially if you have a brain hi_cup and forget what you were ordering. Great place for a quick snack, pick up items for a picnic lunch or even a lovely dinner to take to a nice park/ beach. 10 out of 10, for a good night out for the whole family.

Service great. Food above average. Did ask for no roll ana swap gravy for coleslaw. Got roll, coleslaw and gravy. Male toilets could do with a good clean. I feel a regular inspection during the day would fix this. Some of the tables had previous customers crumbs. Store was busy, but better use of staff would fix these presentation problems.

amazing service from certain staff members, went with a friend. I ordered a tenders box and it was hot and fresh, an imcompetent trainee accidently forgot my drink however an absolute superstar whos name tag read Catherine fixed the issue within 30 seconds and that made me day completely. She also had great customer service skills and was polite unlike other fast food teenagers who I have served me in the past.

Very friendly staff, especially this specific server, I believe their name was Catherine based on their name tag. Amazing server! And great packing, none of my food was cold or squashed.

It's OK. Probably not the best KFC in Perth, probably not the worst. They got part of our order wrong and the piece of chicken I got was pretty awful. Popcorn chicken was good. Chips were average.

Last night ordered 3 individual meals via drive through, the food was best yet, very fresh and tasty even though the order was mixed up but we got extras so not complaining. Staff friendly too.

Bought 3 piece pack, Inc a drink, 3 legs, potato and gravy and chips for under $12. Good Value. Good Parking at the door, Unisex toilet. Friendly staff, nice clean restaurant, not keen on the loud music. Good restraunt, drive through or sit in.

Update from a few weeks ago had a delicious meal of boneless chicken with a side of potato and gravy This is a great adaption to their menu to suit people of all requirements as a person with a disability I have never really enjoyed picking bones out of my chicken those two just don’t go together this meal made it easy for me to enjoy my meal from start to finish staff were very courteous looking forward to going back again

Don’t really rate it, loses 3 stars for being worse than Joondalup, Whitfords and Karrinyup but wins one back for being better than Clarkson (that ain’t hard to be honest they’re the worst)

On the 23-2-18 at 5:40 I went into KFC the and ordered 3x 3 piece box and the food was amazing and the staff was incredible!! Keep it up i give you 10/10 Overall!!

Beldon store seems to have an issue with getting orders right, but are very friendly and more than willing to help. Might be me, but the chicken seems to hold more oil than I am used to.

I mean I like the food and all it taste great, it's just the staff need to listen to what you order and then pay attention to getting the order correct other wise they just get costomuers getting annoyed then angry and not wanting to come back like honeslty it's not that hard:) other then that good food
