Got here at 8:30pm staff were bright, cheerful and respectful. Food was to be expected from KFC. Delivery though was a bit slow for a quietish night 10 mins for 2 items.

I am here at KFC, on William Street. I went and ordered their $5 Go Bucket Combo. I got given my order really quickly, which is what a customer wants. Whilst I was waiting for my order tho, I did happen to notice that there was only three young ladies there. It wasn't so busy, but as school just finished I would believe that it would get busy and they would need more people. But my food still came at a really quick pace so that was good. I have no complaints about my order, it was almost perfect. The order is a bucket with half popcorn chicken and half chips with a chose of drink. The service was quick and the server was very nice and polite. I don't have any problems going here. A great fast food joint, just think they need to have more people on.

Very busy almost very lunch time. The rubbish bins upstairs need to be emptied more often. Pigeons fly in constantly.

The taste a little but different with KFC in my country. Not too spicy, and there is no chili sauce. As I am Asian, I love spicy things. And the space in here is quite small.

I ordered 9 pieces of chicken original recipe totake away at lunch time , the crust was soggy and not crispy at all. Quite disappointed with the product. Friendly service from the from counter.

This store is often very untidy, dirty and the staff generally preoccupied or unhelpful...BUT it is in the hard of the city and ive seen first had the types of people who enter the store and abusive the staff and trash the restaurant so they need a bit of a break. I'd suggest hiring extra cleaners/ security staff and you'd get 5 stars because come on, its KFC!

Quite a busy one. Especially in work days. I usually place my order through the APP and pick up. Save a lot of time. But the drawback is, I frequently got wrong sides in my box. Don't bother customize your order. You'll not promise to get what you ordered.

Very nice atmosfear but I found some sort of poisoning liquid in my chicken. I still ate it and it tasted fine. Sadly, I ended up in hospital a couple hours later. I'm not sure if it was because of the poisoning or maybe I was just sick.

I was looking forward to having some KFC for dinner but it was not as good as we hoped for it to be. They charge for chilli sauce. Lol. At times like this it just affects your appetite when having fried chicken.

Chicken is decent but staff often forget to give items when I order takeaway. Also many times when I purchased online, by the time I get to the store to pick up, they tell me they're out of stock for certain items.

The service is not really user friendly, the lady at the counter confused the order, and in general KFC wasn't that good as before. Decent, but nothing more.

Nothing wrong with the service or food, food always good tbh but the area needs a clean, often dirty tables when you try and sit down.

Meh, kind of packed and also with hungry jacks like right next to KFC, we can see the competition kick off.

Great wings and batter. I come around once every 2 months, and love it; however the tables DO need to be cleaned more frequently.

As a self-made homeless man in 2011, I approached Hungry Jack's William St store, wanting to volunteer my time, working for nothing. I had ill health at the time but I pushed myself to work 10 hours throughout the night, cleaning their store. In the morning I was offered complimentary breakfast and I refused but paid instead. If only other homeless people took up the initiative towards helping small to medium sized businesses, the benefits to both, would be wide sweeping. #NeverSayYouCant
