Friendly welcoming service. Great tasting fresh food with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to choose from. The coffees are great and the burgers taste fresh and delicious and flavourful. Service was quick and helpful. The seating inside is comfortable but not the most spacious and the takeaway experience is good too. Would definitely come back here for a quick burger and coffee or takeaway food.

I tried the signature burger the burger itself is 5 star excellent highly recommend for takeaway. taking one star off the place inside is not very inviting there's only three stools to sit down and there's a bit of junk everywhere boxes and stuff and only two tables outside needs to be cleaned up

Went here and had a chicken burger with avocado and cheese that was really nice, firm, creamy and peppery.. a big disappointment is that they don't serve chips with the burger as you have to pay for them bseperwtely. A very good taste and a very American style burger house tho. The owners are not so chatty and they mostly focus to the bar since the man in charge of the kitchen only does this one thing. Everything is a bit confusing but the waitress was on focus. Easy to get here, recommended.

The customer service is way way beyond expectations.. the staff is so well spoken and keeps a good level of interaction with the guests. I visit this place once or twice in a month, because I love their burgers and spending time here. Great burgers, super soft and perfect combination of ingredients. Can't ask for more. Great service and friendly staff to cater. I liked the place and it's small outdoors seating in such a busy area. I would recommend a visit and try other options in chips/fries.

If you can't find a seat, just grab take-away and wander down to eat it in the park overlooking the harbour!

Good coffee for the area, a little more pricey than nearby options though. The food is, not for the faint of heart. Extremely fattening, greasy fries and hotdogs loaded with thick sauces and onions. Milkshakes with enormous amounts of syrup. The quality is okay, when compared with fast food joints and is priced amongst the median when you factor in all the items you'd typical want to order. Just ensure you know what you're going in for and it's enjoyable.

I had skipped breakfast and was planning to brunch at some overpriced but healthy place in milson point when I saw this place. My eyes lit up, and a father of one sitting outside gave me a gentle nod that gluttony here is worth it. We took seats at the table, ordered the spiciest burger which I knew I will regret next morning (and I did). I Also ordered chilli fries, which I knew I will regret that evening (I didn’t, they were totally worth it). The staff was nice and chatty, the guests were not people you would expect to see eating burgers and fries and milkshakes on a Saturday morning. They were all pretty fit people, who needed a little naughty unhealthy celebration after a week of late stage capitalism and this place provided just that. 10/10

Two words: Mozzarella sticks. Oh, how I'd missed them since moving back home to Sydney from the US. I was so delighted to discover they have them here. And they're good! You can't get mozzarella sticks everywhere in Australia the way you can in the US. So, whenever I have a craving for them, I come here. Delish! A fried food snack that really hits the spot. They also have fun American drinks, such as root beer. If you're up for a calorie fest, this is a good place to splurge.

Fantastic burgers. I ordered the El Diablo and got a look from the waitress like 'are you sure you know what you are doing?' I never saw the ingredients of habenero and Carolina Reaper along with 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️. Anyways, it was delicious and hot but fortunately not as hot as I was expecting so would order it again! The New Yorker burger is a very good rendition of a classic Australian burger "with the lot" - took me back to the corner stores of my youth. Onion rings were thin and not too stodgy. One of the best burgers I have had in Sydney so far. A stones throw away from Milson's point station and the actual view point, this place is easily accessible. The number of available tables are less, so be prepared for a short wait. I would also recommend there chips and hot chocolate. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

The best burgers in Sydney. This fantastic restaurant is well priced and the burgers are super-tasty. They also make some great shakes. There is some outside seating too when they get busy. Right next to the harbour bridge and just a short walk from Luna Park / Sydney Olympic pool. Worth a trip to North Sydney just to visit here. After we ate we walked down to Copes Lookout for a great view over the harbour before jumping back on Ferry at Milson Point (Luna Park) back to Circular Quay.

I love a good burger after my long runs. And it's even important if the burgers are substantial. Came across these crew after moving into the hood and I was blown away by my very first experience. I think it was a Californian and really enjoyed it. My second experience was...slightly mediocre. They ran out of buns and offered me Wrap. I shouldn't have - It was a complete change from the feel and taste of it - In all honesty, I know a good burger joint wouldn't offer a non-burger burger just to get another sale. I'm undecided about Batch Burgers. It's a cute diner with nice 90's music. There was too much going on in my burger and there was too much salt in the burger and chips. Don't get me wrong, I love a good greasy burger but I felt like I had been poisoned with salt and it made me mildly disabled. I think if I chose a simple burger with less things going on, perhaps it would be in the good category. Expect to pay about $20 for lunch for a burger, a side of fries and root beer. I would give this place another go. Root Beer and fries were good. It brought back a lot of childhood memories.

The burgers are big and pretty tasty. The fries are good too - not over salted and correctly cooked. The gorgeous jazz playing gave a pretty lovely atmosphere in the shop itself, however if its $5 cheaper to get your meal and eat it under the harbour bridge instead of cramming into their retro diner motifed kiosk, I know which option I would choose. I would probably give them a higher mark but they have to lose points for calling their burger that has beetroot on it (a good thing) the new York burger when that just wouldn't be a thing.

An awsome staff that make a great "American" style burger. I am from the states and I have found that the Australians in trying to mimic the US burger have actually surpassed it. Batch burgers uses fresh patties were in the states only nice restaurants will make patties fresh. Another thing is all of the veggies were top notch. The shakes are decadent and the fries well are fries unless you get the truffle parmesan in which case they are excellent. Thanks for great burgers Batch and to the rest of Australia!😂

Great American burger experience, but be prepared to pay a little bit more than usual. Seating space is rather limited in the shop, so take away is preferable if your party is larger than 1. There's also a meal deal discount which is only available for take away.

Batch is a great place to get a guaranteed good burger. Very generous size patties and nice burger buns. My favourite is actually the Poutine. For the unfamiliar, Poutine is a Canadian dish made of fries, cheese and gravy. Delicious! Their shakes are great too. Check out their specials board of dining in. If you see The Juicy Lucy burger then order that. You can order online and pick up or go and dine in. It's got a great atmosphere and looks like and American diner. You can also take away and walk down and sit under the Harbour Bridge.

Only proper burger joint in the area (Kirribilli Hotel (pub) and the Spit Roast serve burgers but Batch is a dedicated burger joint). Decent burgers at ok prices which have recently been hiked. Batch used to have a great weekday $10 special which overnight increased to $15 - which is a bit much for a smallish burger and drink. The service has always been good and friendly so that's a great feature. If you're in the area try out Batch..

Very unassuming burger shop with American decor, but their burger and onion rings taste really good, especially if you feel hungry late evening wandering around the streets of Kirribilli. Located right outside Milson's Point station it is easy to get to. Great place to grab a quick bite after seeing the nightscape of Sydney Harbour from the northern shores.

While limited in seating, this little American diner-style restaurant is a gem! Amazing burgers, burritos, beers, and cool staff. The Batch Burger beef patties are HUGE and grilled to perfection, with a nice char anf full flavour. The root beer caramelised onions are the right blend of sweet and savoury, with a slice of gooey cheese and thousand island dressing to add the right bite and moisture. The Chipotle Chicken burger is battered with a highly-seasoned and spicy coating, with a generous slathering of spicy chipotle mayo. The cheese, lettuce, and tomato round out an amazing burger. Fellow diner said that their burrito was "In..." *chew chew* "...credible", and the poutine demanded a fork to get every last piece of delicious cheese curd and gravy!

I really want to like Batch because it's small, quaint, and everyone is always friendly. Unfortunately I struggle to fall in love with their food. The bun feels a little too big for the pattie, and the pattie is not quite bursting with as much moisture and flavour as I would like. The most offensive thing is the fries, however. Please, please, make your fries better. Copy whatever Ribs & Burgers do to their fries.

Tried the poutine on a takeaway Gravy is really good, fantastic idea to put the gravy in a separate recipient Fries are good Serving is really generous Price is really good for it too But... the cheese... is "in the gravy"... yeah no... keep doing that but add chunks of halloumi or some hard, semi wet and salty cheese that doesn't melt super easily on top of the fries and sell it for an extra couple of bucks, it'll change the game, be more authentic and people will still buy it, it's a dish of its own and it'll still be cheaper than a burger. Still the closest I've had away from home, good job!
