My very first Burger Point experience. The food was so delicious, I visited twice in two weeks! The purple dulce shake was a standout, this is a must try! The burgers and fried chicken were also highlights. Will definitely visit again when the cravings hit.

Every time we walked past this place, the line was out the door.. So naturally intrigue got the better of us and we tried it out. The burgers were pretty average, definitely lacking sauce, seasoning and salad despite being customisable, the dirty fries for me were just a bizarre combination of flavours that didn’t quite mix and the shake I’d definitely return for, it was fantastic! Thick and frosty, definitely old school diner vibes! I wouldn’t write BP off, the customer service was boss, just be prepared to wait a little while as they’re always busy. Annnd make sure to add additional ingredients to your burg, to avoid disappointment.

Tried out Burger Point after lots of excitement about it opening up in the South West. While the burgers were decent, we found that they left something to be desired, particularly at their price point. The beef patties and fried chicken were cooked well but overall the burgers felt a bit lacklustre, perhaps lacking in the other fillings to make them shine. Additionally the fries were quite blonde and lacked seasoning. I did enjoy the purple dulce milkshake however and would try the halo halo- I’m excited BP is showcasing these flavours.

I heard that this place had a filo flair to it so I absolutely had to try it. I wanted to order the halo halo but they were unfortunately sold out so I got the dulce drink instead. Oh my it was SO good. The perfect amount of sweet. It’s kind of like taro. The filo style chicken was amazing. The spaghetti was nice but sweet(?) which was interesting but surprisingly went well with the chicken. The food here is good but a little greasy so be ready for that!

Came today for dinner with a friend and was recommended this place as they served halo halo and I’ve been looking for a place that does it. The food here is good but definitely not in my top books. Burgers were nice and all but the chips (both standard and sweet potato) were average. I probably wouldn’t opt for loaded fries as it’s pretty poor effort for being ‘loaded’ but lesson learnt. The halo halo was pretty good, no complaints there and the service was friendly. Would come back for the other burgers and maybe some of the other side items to fully check the place out.

I am kind of regular customer here. Most of the time their food makes me happy. I had only one disappointment burger ‘chicken was bit salty’. Other then that everything was nice and yummy. Staffs are also very helpful.

We really enjoyed our meal here the burgers were so tender the meat just melted in your mouth must say one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. The chip's, chicken, gravy & coleslaw were also lovely this place is top of my list to come again. Trust me it's worth a visit you won't touch a McDonald's again after tasting these baby's.

We went to Burger Point Ed Square for dinner on 6/2/2022. I brought along my son and 2 Canadian boys who just arrived to Australia for their Masters degree. The food and service we had a BP was just outstanding and could not fault it - from the time we ordered our food to when it was served. The food was well presented (as in mouth watering) and the taste was just divine!! Every bite is just as good as the other. We are happy customers and we will be back. The 2 Canadian boys were also impressed and rated the food well. They cannot liken it to any food they had back home. 👌👌👌

A friend suggested to try this new place at Ed Square. I don't normally use Google reviews but I think Burger Point deserves my 5-star. It was busy tonight but everyone tried their best to accommodate us. Ordered their limited burger special and definitely the best burger I had in a while. Loaded fries are nicely done as well and the cheese is so tasty. Will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and will be one of my preferred place to eat when I am in the area.

I got the boss burger... was super hungry when I got there, and super full when I left!! Chips were a winner for me (perfectly cooked) and the patty was also perfectly done. The sauce with the other toppings really complimented each other for a very FULL taste. 5 stars

I love this place, Burgers are huge and best burger I have had in years. Very generous serving of chips with your meal. Staff are really well trained and very attentive. Great Menu Selection and a real nice ambience and vibe to this place.

Im a big fan of burgers, and an even bigger fan of burger point. I recommend the Miss Sri, it has delicious honey siracha and perfectly cooked chicken. Easily my favourite restaurant, and nicely located in the new Ed Square shopping centre too.

Great place, and food, apparently halal but they don't separate the meat from the bacon, using the same grill so it wouldn't be halal... 🧐 Interesting choice of doing business but if they can solve this issue by having a separate grill for the bacon. it would be a really good place. It is also kinda pricey with a $20+ meals but they do put heaps of fries 🍟.

They have a creative variety of burgers and they serve really crispy fried chicken, it was yum! Food is good. Same as any burger point. Only downside for me is that the music is too loud. (Wasn't the first time I went) Hard to chat. If I wanted music full blast I would go to a club. Just want to eat and leave. Will go for a coffee after this and hope music is a bea soft

I ordered the BP mixed box for me and my family, and it did not disappoint! The chicken is the closest thing to Jollibee chickenjoy that I've had in Australia, since Jollibee isn't a thing here yet. And the cheeseburgers were amazing!

I love the Jolly BP meal, brings back childhood memories were my two favourite meals - Filo-style spaghetti and crispy fried chicken are together. Both have a good portion and are delightful. Halo-halo is also a favourite as you get all different texture and taste rolled into one yummy desert.

Where to begin? Burger Point is unlike any other burger place I've been to, from the lovely customer service to the exceptional food! Already from the beginning, the guy who served me was incredibly welcoming - he helped me to choose what to have since there was too many on the menu that looked good! The inside of the restaurant is reminiscent of a cute lil milkbar, with really cute designs and spacious seating! I ended up ordering a Marvin Glaze - their signature burger. WHO KNEW GLAZED BURGER BUN KRISPY KREME STYLE WITH A MEAT PATTY WOULD TASTE SO GOOD!! One of the best burgers I've EVER had! (and trust me - I've been to America). For the price, it was a VERY generous size and serving, and their purple dulce is A MUST HAVE!! The staff were very attentive, making sure we were taken care off! And very genuine and friendly - you could tell they were genuinely happy to be working! This is hospitality as it deserves to be - welcoming, genuine, authentic, with food made with genuine love. 100% recommend this to any burger or foodie lover in general. Will definitely be bringing my family, friends along here! Amazing <3 11/10!

Great food!! The queue was a little long but the food was well worth the wait! The staff were kind and respectful too. I ordered the mad chook, carne y queso and signature purple dulce. To all the Pinoy and Pinay of Sydney - Burger Point is your own little taste of PHILLIPINES right here in Western Sydney. Their JOLLY BP (Filo-style spaghetti with fried chicken) brought me right back to Jolibee! So so delicious definitely my favourite on the menu. The customer service reminded me of the beautiful service back in Manila, with the staff being so kind and genuine throughout. Solid burger joint with delicious options for any self-respecting carnivore. Patties are flavourful and can be cooked medium or well done according to your preference. The only thing I wish I had done was get an extra patty for the classic burger - the bread to patty ratio is quite heavily skewed to bread unless you go whole hog with double patties. Otherwise, sides are excellent - got the pulled pork fries which was delish. Worth the calories!
