Love the service here. Burgers are delicious as always but staff are friendly and efficient. Food comes out quickly and tastes delicious (get the low carb buns). The Vegetarian (beyond meat) burgers are a different offering to other burger places and don't fill you up so much. Sweet potato fries are tasty as well. Get the Grilled app for special offers too.

Food - 2/2 Ambience - 1/1 Vegan and Vegetarian options - 1/1 Service - 1/1 This place always has servers running around and helping new customers. The music is really cool and they have a great area for people who are waiting for their orders. The indoor and outdoor sections are really cool, but they do get extremely busy during lunch hours. My favourite burger is the Hemp Therapy. They have a lot of vegan and vegetarian options!

Paid $21.50 for burger and fries and soft drink. That’s a simple meal if a little expensive. Didn’t expect to have to wait 35 minutes for just that! First and last time there. MCD is half the price and 10 times quicker. Yes the burger was better at Grill’d but not worth waiting for that long. Grill’d if you want to charge double then get your act together with your staff!

Had the Superfood Salad. It is great except the tinned beetroot does ruin it a bit. Four stars as it was tinned beetroot. Staff is friendly , hospitable and professional. Avocado chips, super salad, hamburgers , all of foods are good . Chips comes with salt and rosemary. They enter customer name on computers and Call their name when it's ready. They open till 10PM . This is one of my favourite fast food place.

I have never spent so long or felt more determined to order burgers for Friday lunch. I had 10 eager, hungry colleagues to feed (we'd been waiting all week for this moment!) - and when UberEats wouldn't allow us to order from Grill'd Neutral Bay and the UberEats Facebook page couldn't help us, we called Grill'd Neutral Bay in the heat and we thought Funday may be over. We couldn't get on or leave a message, so the moment of truth came when we got through to Grill'd Crows Nest. The most upbeat and attentive guy picked up the phone and he was the catalyst for how the rest of our day would go. We ordered and he picked up every detail, gave us our burgers with a grin, and before long, we were at last fat and happy and never more content with Friday. Thanks for making our day. We were also so happy to give our tokens to Mary MacKillop Today!

Unfortunately was served by a very unfriendly female staff member. The other two staff members on seemed friendly and lively (I heard one sing along to a song!) but the female staff member who served me was very blunt and unfriendly. I wanted to ask a few questions about the gluten free burgers, and she abruptly cut me off with “It’s gluten free!” and looked at me like I was crazy. Even if she hadn’t known the answers, I would’ve appreciated friendly customer service. I wouldn’t recommend Crows Nest Grill’d - just go opposite the street to Johnny Burger who have amazing GF vegan loaded fries and the customer service is much friendlier. The food itself was nice, but hardly worth the money. $25 for a burger and chips!

Fantastic place serving up a vast menu of burgers. They cater to the lactose and gluten free too! One of the nicest gluten free buns I've ever had. Staff were really down to earth and helpful and the service was quick, efficient and correct!:) They rock! Burgers cost around $9-16 but are well worth it. They could easily cater towards large numbers of 12 or so people.

Their prices are reasonable and their burgers are tasty HOWEVER this is now the second time there has been a bone in my burger. They are very small but very disconcerting when you're expecting to bite something soft and you get a big crunch. First time I chipped one of my teeth. Lucky this time no damage. BUYER BEWARE!!! A follow up on bone incident... Grilled management called to apologise and they said they take these sorts of issues seriously and would contact their meat processing people. And I believe them. I've been to Grill'd many times since, incident free. 😊

Awesome burgers and chips. If you want your burgers and chips but the fast food restaurants are out of bounds now, give Grill'd a go. An excellent range of big meaty burgers with patties that haven't just been reheated in a process. The vegetarian options are actually quite good too!

Great location and set up at the Grill’d, Crows Nest. Burgers are always consistent and there’s a good selection to suit everyone, including a number of vegetarian options. Good variety of sides are also available to accompany the delicious burgers. Staff are always really nice, at times can be a little obnoxious as they approach you every few minutes while you’re trying to eat.

Burger and chips both had good taste and were generous portions for the price. The restaurant has a strong focus on supporting charities and allows you to vote on how to split the available charity funds. There are a decent number of seats available, good house beers and wines and the music was not excessively loud. This made for a good date night. Health(ie), great chips, sauces, kids colouring etc. Location is a bit dingy near the back inside and the bathroom up two flights of stairs (take note for wheelchair access), but a good family alternative to fast food dining which promises consistently good burgers.

Maybe it was my luck to first check out this place on a rainy Monday, but my first impression was unfortunately a not-so-friendly welcome. Nicely asking the waiter if I could take a seat or order at the counter, the reply I received was an awkward silence. The counter staff was just helpful enough to get me through my first ordering experience. My best guess was that they want to give off a cool burger joint kind of vibe, or that I was a brand new face, or that it was strange for this tiny Asian to fancy a chunky meaty burger. Anyway, whatever "damage" done by the unenthusiastic service was made up by the food variety and quality. As an avid meat lover, I was pleased just looking through the menu options and the attractive prices. That lamb burger with goats cheese and hummus has got to be among the most satisfying burgers I have ever had. I ordered to takeaway as messiness with burgers is guaranteed and I didn't feel particularly welcome. But fairly speaking, the place has a warm glow to it and based on their promo materials, they try to appear health conscious and caring towards the community, which is always a bonus. Overall, it's a shame my first encounter wasn't a pleasant one to match the great burgers they have to offer. Might come back again when the craving can't be tamed.

Natural tasty, meaty burgers, the new lamb one very good and the beef and bacon.. Carb free roll a good light alternative. Gf catered for. Take out or eat in. You do have to queue to order but then food and drink bought to table.

OK, they're tasty, but are they really worth the price? The variety on the menu is good. And the serve beer and wine, so that's a plus. But at the end of the day it's a fast-food burger. They're making most of their profit on chips and drinks, sure, but that's still a lot of money for a burger. The last time I went was because I had a voucher. Otherwise it's once a year to splash out when you really need a taste treat.

Absolutely love this joint, I meet up with a mate here regularly and cant wait to get back. The menu is extensive and I never have the same burger as my previous visit. The food is always made up of the freshest ingredients and the staff are always friendly and over servicing.

A great burger joint. I enjoyed the Moroccan lamb burger and was extremely satisfied. The burgers don't come with chips so you will need to order them as extra if you are like me and feel a burger is incomplete without chips! On Monday and Tuesday students get a free drink which I thoroughly enjoyed. The bottle cap in the community charity of your own choice was a great touch. I found sitting at the back the music coming from the stereo was a bit loud.

Sometimes the staff that greet customers look deeply sad and confused about their situation. Sometimes the monthly charities they support aren't super interesting. But the burgers are good. Charity support is good. The zucchini fries are not as healthy as they sound. But they serve beer. Overall thoroughly recommended. There's also a park nearby and if you prefer wine with your burgers they do take away.

I was walking around the area and was unwell, so I entered the restaurant and asked if I could stay for a while. The staff were very friendly, there is indoors and outdoors seating. The outdoors section is accessible enough, but the bathroom is up a flight of stairs and inside there are also a few stairs. It's expensive for what it is, but that's the whole franchise. Plenty of vegan, veggie, GF, etc options. The only thing that really irritated me (which I've noticed at other grill'ds) is they don't have the prices of the drinks listed in the fridge. It's such a little thing but it's so dodgy because it relies on people not knowing how much something is before they buy it unless they ask, and if they ask there is a social pressure to buy. It's a nasty little practice.

Great for a mid-week carb-load with workmates (as we do). Pick a burger, pick a bun style, choose your chips and grab a drink. Standouts for us are the Baa-baa burger (yes it’s a delicious lamb burger), Summer Sunset (bring on the pineapple!) and the Almighty (read: "With the lot"). You also get to help the local community - there are 3 local charitable causes each month which Grill'd helps out. Drop your token they give you when you buy your burger into your chosen charity's collection bucket whilst waiting for burger goodness and feel good that you can help! Best get here about midday during the week as it fills up in an instant.

Great service and great menu, but the bathrooms may not be accessible if you cannot use the stairs. In the late afternoons there are a lot of noisy kids. Best to visit later in the evenings or earlier in the mornings just before lunch rush.

I’ve never actually eaten in the café itself but their takeaway food is top class. Good value and really delicious. Nice variety. However , they really need to update their in-store ordering system. Only ever been there on Fridays around 6PM for a takeaway and it’s always a challenge. Usually a disorganised confused queue of customers waiting to order. Every time we have been there we have been “greeted” ( I use that term VERY loosely ) by a person almost ALWAYS wearing a messy food covered black apron and looking and acting like it’s their first day on the job. Not a good look for upfront staff. Anyway ,looking past that , it’s a good option if you like this kind of food , which we do now and then. Give it a go. Food great , everything else “meh”. UPDATE: The food is great BUT if you are standing around there waiting for your takeaway order and you are handed it MAKE SURE that you check inside the bag BEFORE you leave the store. You may be handed someone else’s order. Happened to me today. Didn’t check the bag but AFTER I GOT HOME was someone’s online order, not my in-store order. Took it back , no apology at all . My REAL order , by now , very cold sitting on the counter. Bit disappointing.

I know, I know, it's a burger chain, but the burgers are really good! As a vegetarian, there are three great options. My pick is always the 'Garden Goodness' burger, add in the rosemary fries and it's on our splurge list for a quick, tasty meal. The staff is generally young and efficient and the Crows Nest store is usually on our flight path when we need a quick meal. Highly recommend the veggie burgers at Grill'd!
