We ordered a Cheese Burger and 3 chicken tenders. Both were good but man, the chicken tenders blew my mind. Not only it's generous I portion, it's crispy on the outside, tender and juice on the inside. Easily the best fried chicken I've ever had in Sydney. Give this place a try if you ever come to Concord.

Happy endings has slowly become my go to restaurant for comfort food. Their truffle mayo sauce and mozzarella sticks are absolutely amazing. Best fried burgers I've tried so far in Sydney. PS: very few restaurants meet the same experience over deliveries. Happy endings has not disappointed me even once (over 10 home deliveries this month).

Burgers were OK. Wouldn't say amazing although personally i am not one for the Fatty over indulgent type of food, not that i don't enjoy Burgers but its things like over saucy, oily and cheesy with a Sweet bun. If you like your fried food you probably will enjoy this place. If like me you prefer a burger which is a tad on the cleaner side you may not.

The place was clean, nicely decorated, had some good music playing that really matched the bright, positive, kind and polite personality of the server at the front. The Villain burger was fantastic! Good serving size. Juicy chicken. Soft bun. Crispy lettuce and pickles. Mozzarella sticks were cooked to perfection and the truffle ketchup was strangely good! The Psychedelics burger was scrumptious with jalapeno pineapple relish that was a perfect combination of spicy and sweet! Loaded fries were a good serving and good amount of topping. I found Happy Ending better than its sister shop, Mister Gee. Fried chicken patty in the burger is pretty tasty. But I found the sauce a little sweet which is pretty consistent with Mister Gee's style of having sweet style sauces in burgers. Just not my preference.

Want to have a REAL cheat meal? If you are after a calorie and cholesterol galore this is the burger joint to go to. The burgers ooze F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S ! If you gaze at their menu you will see that each burger has been well thought out. Each creation has such a delectable mix of condiments. You will definitely find a burger fit for you. Even to those who for some reason enjoy warm pineapple between two buns will find satisfaction! As they do offer a burger with pineapple relish. Their employees are super grounded and chill, which shows me they are being treated well. It seems they enjoy working there. The environment is urban and funky. The next day I went for a blood test, after this meal I didn’t eat until the next day. To make sure I fasted for it. My results came out saying I have high cholesterol 😂 so if you want a REAL cheat meal this is the place to be!

Food: Bonus Round Burger was delicious. Brioche bun was buttery and sweet (although not my liking). Spanish onions, tomato cheese were all great vanilla toppings and the sauce was nice and twangy. Love the wrapping. Keeps it nicely together instead of the bamboo skewer. Chips/fries were amazing. Nicely salted, crunchy outer and soft inner and I like the look of the potato skin. Drinks: Array of soft drinks and ades. Dont get the water for $3 because it sells down at the supermarket for like 17c. ROOKIE ERROR. Atmosphere: As you would expect for a burger joint, nothing fancy but some tables for groups of 2/3/4 and some tall benches inside with sauces, tissues and condiments on tables. Overall: Burger was tasty. Chips were great. Experience overall was solid and I'll be back to try some of the other burgers. Very simple layout but not much more needed. I went around 9.30pm and there was no queue and roughly 8min wait for my burger and fries. 2nd time: deep fried burger. Very moist on the inside and crispy on the outer. Chips again we're the bomb!!!

Delicious burgers that delivers on taste. It might only have a small menu, but the burgers that they do have will not disappoint. Carefully made using dry aged Angus beef patties, these burgers will put a smile on your face, no matter which one you pick. Others may know this place as Mr McGee's Food truck store as it was opened by the same owner. Definitely recommend trying this place out.

Have been showing up since the doors opened. Since moving to Canberra, I visit a lot less but I always stop past when I'm in town. The food is legendary!! So much love for what these guys do! Below is a special they did some time ago the BamBam Baklava! And the fried chicken which you can't miss!!! Seating is limited! But whether you are standing or sitting you won't leave disappointed.

I finally got to try Happy Endings and to be honest I was a little disappointed, living in the CBD there are loads of better places. We ordered the fried chicken, loaded fries and two burgers. The burger buns, salad and sauce were really nice but the patty was bland and lacked flavour. The second let down was all the fried chicken (even the tenders) are thigh, some people say it's juicier but I prefer breast. The loaded fries were epic but small.

Burgers were quite tasty, although quite greasy. A while ago they did onion rings but couldn’t find it on the menu so we ordered the fried pakora onions at $6.50 pretty pricy for something that was mostly burnt, almost half was inedible as it left a bitter burnt taste. They are just onion with batter and fried, surely for $6.50 they can afford to fry up some more that hadn’t been burnt, where is the quality control?

Happy Ending Burgers is the type of place you'd find in New York City, San Francisco, Tokyo, London and other famous foodie friendly cities around the world. But how lucky are we to have this in Sydney. World class, cult status food without needing a plane ticket! Too nice to be called a 'hole in the wall', but very deserving of its cult status and to those in the know as a place where the burgers are made with love and taste like heaven. The menu is like a visit to mum's. Comforting, welcoming, friendly, with every bite a stress relieving cure to whatever may have ailed you before you walked in. I've eaten the entire menu here (in one sitting yes), and I'd say that Mister Gee (of Mister Gee Burger Truck fame) is a mind reader. He knows exactly what you like, what you want, and how you want it. Do you like Korean Fried Chicken? He knows...and he serves up Chicken Tenders with an out of this world sauce that will make you think he's part Korean. Love melted cheese? Then the cheese fries are a must have! Gee captures the perfect essence of crispy on the outside, but soft and potatoey on the inside bliss with the option of an elevated cheese sauce (no cheap canned tin stuff here). The burgers are made with a new blend of Gee's grass fed dry aged patties which give a complimentary and different taste than what's at the truck, while still be crafted with care, while still having that MisterGee signature of best burger you've ever had. They are magically still great, while being different from the food truck, the dry ageing gives the burgers their own personalities. The patties are a paradox of being big and juicy, but without being leaden or heavy. A lot of wannabee places tout 'wagyu patties', but then they taste like frozen, over-cooked hockey pucks. Not here, not at Happy Ending or Mister Gee's Burger truck. Here it's all moist, meaty and full of bite after bite flavour. Not to be missed is the lemonade. Usually there's strawberry and orange, and maybe another flavour. They are both on point. Exactly what hits the spot, without tasting overly sweet while tasting homemade (again, no canned instant tasting mix here). Mister Gee Burger Truck and Happy Ending Burger is PURE comfort food, and my 'go to' destination when I need a pick me up from the stresses of work, life and drama. Oh...the Purple lighting is really iconic and really sets it apart from shops that are trying to cash in on the burger craze, but are pretenders to the throne that is ruled by Mister Gee and his Happy Ending. Best beef burgers we have had in a long time. The meat was well seasoned and well cooked, and the buns soft and fresh, and if I was rating on the burgers alone this would be 5*. The shoestring fries were the thing that let this place down for me, but I’m a crinkle cut fan from way back. Hubby rated the truffle & Parmesan fries though, so I might be tempted to give them a go when we return to try the fried chicken. I imagine they’re probably good if you eat in, but they never travel well for takeaway orders and as such were really just an average belly filler that we could have gone without as the burgers were plenty filling and delicious. There was also some confusion over my order as I tried to order a kids nuggets and chips, (which I had seen on the menu before heading into the store but it wasn’t on the menu board in store) which was absent from my bags of goodies when I got home- thankfully the kid was happy enough with stealing chips from their sibling, and all in all we have happy campers with satisfied bellies in this house tonight!

This is an amazing burger shop. A nice staff will teach you how to order which one is the famous one and which one is better. I love the amazing cheese fries and fried chicken wings. I order Xuan Xuan fried chicken that means will give you two pieces of sour cucumbers on the top. How juice chicken wings it is. Amazing chicken wings.Don't worry about the parking.coles is nearby you and also you could park on the street. Actually, this is a small shop so the food needs to wait for more than 5-10mins.

Really amazing burger place. Plenty of parking and the burgers are very mouthwatering and delicious. I really recommend trying the psychedelics and the mozerella cheese sticks if you're after some premium finger licking goodness. They also server other sides that you can easily find on their menu. Do bear in mind that there is a bit of a wait times if you're going during lunch and dinner. The staff are very helpful if you need any recommendations.

Did not have the best first impression of this place - staff member behind the counter expected us to order within 5 seconds - not everyone is a returning customer and knows your menu by heart! Burgers were quite nice and chicken tenders not half bad either - they maintained a nice crunch even after they were left for a while, although more seasoning is required. The store space is quite limited - found it funny how the staff member decided to only impose the social distancing procedures once a couple police officers joined the queue.

Overall I think this place offers better burgers than most but has gone downhill somewhat in the last few months. Their fries are delicious and I love that they cook their patties at a medium, but the patty itself lacked any seasoning. The fried chicken is yummy though and I'll definitely be back.

Ordered nashville hot and heavy, psychedelics in a small combo with pasito, and 2 wings with Korean sauce. The sauce flavours were delicious all round, plenty of it on the burgers. The beef patty was juicy and the truffle flavours were great. The nashville hot and heavy didn't disappoint either, chicken was cooked well and a nice chilli kick from the sauce. We were lucky enough to grab a deal on Tuesday where wings were $1 each which meant the total came to $34 for two people. Would recommend to our friends.

This place is spectacular. From the owner of the Mister Gee Burger Truck comes this beautiful store!! It has a great set menu along with a weekly special that keeps me coming back at least once a week just to taste whatever the new menu item the chef has concocted and without fail i have been happy with my return visits. Their beef burgers are cooked and seasoned to perfection, consisting of amazing quality and flavor. The fried chicken is always a juicy crispy mess that keeps you coming back for more. Their take on Korean fried chicken is one of the best I've experienced, being full of flavor, crispy yet succulent as hell. One thing that blew me away was their amazing cheese sticks with a truffle tomato sauce. This sauce like all their sauces blows me away with how wonderful it is. TLDR: This place sells amazing food consistently and you are missing out by at least not trying a burger here.

Limited sitting experience, but easily my favourite place for a Burger and chips on the "eat street" that is Major's Bay rd. I had heard great things about the Psychedelics burger - beef patty, provolone, jalapeño-pineapple relish, maple bacon, truffle mayo - and as a big truffle fan I was pretty sure I would like it, but it had a lot going on and I felt the flavours clashed. The fried chicken we had with the Korean sauce which was ok, but not great for fried chicken and they were fairly gristley thigh pieces. The fries with liquid cheese were a tad undercooked for my liking as well. I did enjoy the pakora fried onions though, but I’m a mad onion rings girl and most things deep fried taste pretty good. Overall I was disappointed and felt my meal didn’t match the hype. The service was friendly, but the place is tiny with very limited seating so we were glad to visit during the week when it was quiet.

I've been a fan of Mr G for a while and their shopfront is no less of a gem with the added bonus of having multiple burgers to choose from. The truffle fries are missing but the cheesy fries are pretty awesome anyhow. The Australia day special I was hoping for wasn't available so I got a Psychedelics burger instead and on first bite instantly forgot my dissapointment of missing out on their version of a big mac as I no doubt would have felt after smashing anyhing on their menu. There were three of us who went and each ordered something different, none of which had a bite left. Service is friendly and fast so we were eating about 5 minutes after taking our seats at one of the tables out on the footpath.

I believe this burger place was started by the same people that had the Mr Q's food truck at the car wash on Parramatta Rd opposite Hungry Jacks/KFC in Croydon.
