One of the best KFC in the state... Fried Chicken is good, not oily like the one from KFC Cowra. Service is quick and Good. Toilet is also clean. Good KFC to stop for food.

Road trip dinners are always hit and miss. For this stop over fast food restaurant, it was a hit! Food was hot, fresh and quick; not your usual KFC where the food looked like it looked like leftovers. For once, it actually looked like the glossy photos in ads and posters! For a small county petroleum station roadside restaurant, it brought back my faith that the Colonel is still alive! May be because it wasn’t a busy period, or COVID slowed down the flow, that staff are able to put the tender loving and finger licking good flavour back into the food. Whatever the reason may be, please keep this up and serve the hungry traveller with piping hot and fresh food to get them on their way! I love it!!!

Used box that was too small for my meal, collapsed when I was driving from the drive through to the carpark. Forgot to put napkin, wipe and spoon package in. Food was alright, wasn't the best KFC I've had. Wings were small.

Actually can’t believe it’s a KFC. The tables were clean & not covered in rubbish. The food was fresh & hot after waiting only a couple of minutes. Nothing was left out & our order was correct. We actually got cutlery & napkins which is something we aren’t used to. Well done guys! Keep up the good work, wish we had a good KFC in Sydney 👌🏽😉

The food was good and the service was quick, but these are some of the worst toilets I have seen. No urinals (removed?), only one soap dispenser for three sinks and it was empty, and not very clean.

The KFC was nice and tasty but... The stars are for the food not the establishment. Before we start, it takes a lot for me to be negative about a place - I don't like to be too critical and normally only leave fairly positive reviews wherever I can. The place was not clean, tables were streaked with sticky water marks where they had been poorly wiped over and the male bathroom was a complete mess - the urinals have been removed and the other facilities appeared poorly maintained and unclean. Until this place gets modernised or upgraded and the staff become more careful about the way they clean, I'll only use the drive through... Sorry KFC but I'm trying to be honest not negative...

Not one of the best KFC outlets. Happened to be there on an evening with the family and friends after a long drive. It took a while for the staff to notice us. What welcomes us was chairs kept upside down on tables. Unfortunately the staff were not very keen in attending us and they said no dine-in possible. We would have gone ahead for the take away, but left the place after seeing the indifference.

Burger was amazing, lettuce looked a vibrant green while the skin on the chicken wasn't grey and looked quite fresh giving a good crunch. Chicken wasn't dry and was nice and juicy. Chips could have more seasoning and my wicked wings got swapped out for popcorn chicken but I love popcorn chicken more

It's weird to say, but nearly every time my wife and I travel to Sydney we stop here for lunch or dinner as it is the best KFC we've ever eaten. Strange thing to say about a KFC I know but it is always consistent, fresh and made perfectly. If you're on the road and hungry it's a great option.

There was a little bit of a wait but it was getting close to closing time and getting hot fresh chicken on my burger just before close more then made up for the wait. Fresh chicken any time after 8pm is unheard of at my local KFC.

Staff was very nice and very helpful. Gave me a better deal than what I ordered and it was even a lot cheaper which is why she suggested it. Awesome. Real customer service if you ask me!

Only called in to grab 24 nuggets and a freeze for lunch. As always there is something just that little bit better about a KFC store that isn't entrenched in the burbs of Sydney. I guess maybe the folk that work in the store are just that little more invested in their work. What ever it is while I am not a fast food addict, it is just that little bit better to grab something quick when you're on a roadtrip and get back to the business of making your way back to where jobs are easier to get, less valuable to keep and as such the employee's are less invested and as a result it's back to service with a snarl and the slight diversion of that iconic 11 secret herbs and spices that is only as good as the attitude with which it is served. Remember kids, like other fast food KFC is a sometimes food. Cheers

If the staff are doing their job well then there isn't much variance between the quality of food at KFC outlets but when it comes to giving customers the extras like napkins, spoons and moist towelettes, this is where this location failed. We were halfway through our meal when just before we discovered our missing extras a previous customer came in and complained that their chip box wasn't filled sufficiently. I guess we weren't the only customers that day that was given substandard service. As I went to the counter greasy handed to ask for napkins, I was handed the missing items without an apology or any recognition of anything wrong with our order, as if that was normal practice to forget items. Overall the store was clean and the staff were well presented, it was their attitudes that let the store down.
