The drive thru was entirely smashed so we went inside. There was a trainee serving is, they made a small mistake in our order but they were so bloody good! The service was spot on! I could see the manager patiently coaching the trainee. And the food came out hot! I haven't had KFC in about 12 years because it always used to turn me off! I remember it as soggy, greasy and just horrid. I have to say the Zinger I had here has won me over. Seriously, very well done to the team working on Saturday the 29th of Jan at around 1pm! I'm VERY grateful for your patience and effort!

This was the best kfc wrap I have had. The salad was super fresh and cold for a change the chicken was hot and well cooked. Overall very tasty.

Service and meal quality were excellent, but my god the service station this restaurant (as well as a McDonald's and one of those Jamie Oliver restaurants) resides in must have been laid out by an angry, jilted urban planner. The road layout is beyond insane. You have to go through two round-abouts that feed into each other, and one of them is directly connected to the McDonald's drive thru as well as two car parks. So if you like congestion, this is the service station for you. I feel bad dropping the rating for this KFC to 4 stars, because it's not their fault Satan took up urban planning, but yeah, good as this restaurant is, it may as well be in a black hole (if they open a KFC in one of those I will review it as my dying act).

Hot chips, hot wings, hot burgers and cold drinks... Couldn't ask for much more really. The order was completed correctly and the staff had great communication skills and were very friendly.

Just what was needed for a road trip pit stop. Easy to get to without having to travel too far off the highway, facilities were clean, and the food came out quick and hot. Not gourmet but hey, it is KFC

The staff at this KFC were outstanding. Excellent service. Fast, efficient and pleasant. Food was great. The store was extremely clean. Lots of parking around the store. It’s located next to the BP and McDonalds. The area is easy to access off the Pacific Highway. Like all KFCs, there is plenty of seating inside and outside the store. Toilets are located inside the store.

The line up for drive through was more than half way up the street. This didn't seem to add much time to getting through the process. Was quick, and we received what we ordered. Great customer service and team in this store.

Only take away , I ordered the ultimate box , should have a chicken leg, but I received other parts of chicken, don’t know until I brought the whole box to my hotel, quite disappointed, ordered the ultimate box because I wanted to have chicken legs or I will order other set boxes, may be the chicken wings one , the burgers and the chips are good!

Great chicken. Love the flavour if KDC secrete herbs n spices. Sadley like all fast food chains they have succumbed to shrinking the burgers, buns n fries. If things keep shrinking each nun etc will only be a mouth full. Oh well. Still enjoy KFC occasionally.

The chicken came out quick but was somewhat dry so I suspect it had been cooked earlier and kept warm for a while. At present you can't eat indoors, only outside, which is a bit cold at night so we ate in our caravan. Massive amounts of red tape and barriers to restrict numbers at the counter and in the indoor dining area.

It was New Years Eve lunch time and it was very busy right at the donut of Port Macquarie and Pacific H'way and it was pouring rain +++. You couldn't sit inside so we sat in the car, it wasn't too bad really.
