This kfc used to be quite nice pre-covid but since emerging from the lockdown the standard has definitely gone downhill. I always get the stacker box (stacker burger, chips, wings, gravy and a drink). The amount of sauce in the stacker burger varies with each order (the amount of sauce they have been putting on the stacker burger is inconsistent and May be they put that at will) so I can’t advise them whether I need more or less sauce while ordering. Twice in the last month they have been giving me the my order in different size boxes (May be they run out of boxes). On one instance wings were outside box in a paper bag and today the stacker burger was out of the box and served separately. On one instance (that was a one off event) my chips had chicken salt even though I always order chips with no salt. All of the above has occurred over the last month (post-lockdown) suggesting there May be incompetent staff post-lockdown.

Although there was a lot of people waiting around the store this Saturday lunch, I noticed it was actually moving quite quickly. Sure enough, I was able to order straight away. While waiting for my order, I had a chance to see how efficiently this store is running - they do an amazing job. Not once did the "orders waiting" section on-screen fill up. Orders were being served quicker than they could come in. The team work superbly well together. My food was fresh, looked as it should, and tasted great. The Shift Supervisor on duty, who served my order, even apologised for the wait - which wasn't really that long when compared to the competition with a similar number of customers. Highly recommended KFC store.

Double tender burger combo! FRESH bun (a first ever for me at KFC) juicy chicken tenders, perfect amount of mayo and neatly stacked lettuce. Chips were fresh and crunchy. Service a bit slow but it’s lunch time on Sunday and to be expected. It’s a yes from me

Mostly below average experience. The food is so-so. Ordering from the counter is a gamble. As I ordered a meal and got a box. I also ordered an additional drink separate from the meal but they added to the meal instead. Best to avoid this KFC in general.

Lunch on weekdays are super busy. I ordered at midday and waited in line for 15 minutes. The $5 hot and spicy box is good value. The chicken is cooked well at this store. Crispy on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside. They often have new/trainee staff so takes a little longer for your order to be ready. It is conveniently located.

I went to this place late at night last saturday and i hurt my toes and it was bleeding, one of the employee saw it and soon later he gave me band aids. I even asked his name: Fernando, from Indonesia. He said that he is new there and still employee in training. Good job for HR, and please hire more of this kind of people. he’s more than just employee in “fast food” restaurant.

Great service and location. Open later than other stores in food court if you ever find yourself grabbing a late lunch or early dinner. They provided napkin and spoon with my order which is meant to be basic but a lot of KFC stores somehow mess up.

an easy choice for a quick cheap snack - I've bought the snack pack - was chips in a box with a piece of dry grilled chicken (no batter!) and a little tub of mashed potato and gravy - sit and eat - the msg satisfies, by the time I've finished it's enough for a few hours - and only cost like $2.50. I think they may have changed the menu recently so it may now have a slightly different name and/or cost slightly more - but something similar.

Average kfc however it gets very busy at lunch time! I would suggest going around 11:00 if you're casually in the area. The food court becomes very busy.

Its kfc with everything you expect from a kfc. Note that it gets super busy during lunch....but they are super fast is getting orders out. The tv screen with the order numbers is super convenient

Full credit to the staff there. That is one busy KFC at lunchtime. Can wait around 20 minutes for your order.

I like the guys who got the name tag of KHOI, he looks so fancy whenever he came to the front to do sth. I love the chicken as well, specially wicked wings.

This KFC produces pretty good chicken, however during the week it is almost guaranteed that there will be a massive line and wait time.

(Translated) I do not rate it better because the chicken was not very good. I've tried them better in the same KFC chain. They do not serve with trays but they deliver the food in a bag. I recommend serving it in trays. (Original) No lo califico mejor porque el pollo no estaba muy bueno. Los he probado mejores en la misma cadena de KFC. No sirven con bandejas sino que te entregan la comida en una bolsa. Recomiendo servirlo en bandejas.
