Ordered the Mac n Cheese hot dog. Look it was good. Nothing that made me WOW like many of the restaurants ive reviewed. The bacon, mac n cheese were amazing. Bread bun was good as it could get. Sausage i think could be better but still not bad at all. Extra points for good customer service (they gave me extra ketchup) and fast food preparation. Meets expectation so a 5 star for me.

Reasonable quality but a bit pricey for what it is. I had route 66 in a meal 17.50 total. Customer service is nice but layout of store is inherently confusing to allow good customer flow I feel extra 4 dollars for a patty and 5 for a meal when the burger itself is not really cheap is a bit over the top. Patty is made fresh and not too salty - but not too flavourful either. Fortunately its wasnt overcooked and was not too oily. Chips are crisp but nothing to write home about. Overall taste and presentation is reasonable but price is a little towards expensive side. But then again expensive burger is trend in Sydney at the moment so may be that is reasonable too perhaps.

My husband and I were visiting from the US when we were famished and craving some good ol' burgers. Boy did we have a feast! We ordered the garlic shrimp burger, the crispy fish burger, the mac and cheese fries, the calamansi ade, and a milkshake. To start with, both my husband and I were blown away by the impressive flavor of both the burgers. The sauces were great, the beef was cooked just right, and the crispy texture of fish was perfect. We also ordered the calamansi ade because it was unique to us since you don't really find that flavor in the US. We were pleasantly surprised by its refreshing, citrusy taste. The milkshake and the fries were really good. Overall this was a DELICIOUS meal. Definitely recommend this burger shop!

Very Good foods!!! lots of variety and reasonably priced. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Hot Dogs menu is great, very clean and well maintained. Will always go back there and they do delivery as well with uber eats for the days you too lazy to drive there.

I have tried their TJ American cheese burger, NYC Hot dog and Mac and cheese fries. I really liked their hot dog and fries, definitely a big fan of these but the burger wasn't up to the hype. The burger was soggy, couldn't taste much of the American cheese and the meat patty tasted very average. Would def order their hot dogs and Mac and cheese fries again.

Definitely feel that 3.8 out of 5 is a harsh score for this place. I don’t dish out 5’s very easily, and so I must say that this place does fantastic burgers and fries consistently. Their boneless chicken is also very tasty. The flavours are really unique, which is a great accomplishment given the saturated number of burger joints in Sydney. I highly recommend the NY cheese (single or double) - can’t go wrong with that one! Keep up the great effort, @TwoJaysBurgerBar!

The hotdogs were the unexpected highlight here. The burgers weren’t anything out of the ordinary and I was pretty excited for the Mac and cheese but it was oddly sweet? Tasted like craft Mac and cheese with sugar or Mayo added. The hot dogs on the other hand were satisfying and there a few delicious sounding options to choose from

The menu is a very hard read, I ordered thinking I was getting a burger with chicken, and fries with bacon. Definitely has an American influence, with the menu, wallpaper of New York and Dr. Pepper in the fridge. Ominous inside, with no music while you wait for your meal. A few small things could really tidy it up, for example the boxes of maple syrup etc. in the seating area, and the handwritten sign to upgrade your can to a bottle. Later realised that what I ordered was in fact chicken in addition to a beef patty, and there was chilli and mac & cheese in addition to the bacon with the fries. Burger and drink was great, but didn't bother with the fries.

Crisp. See that lettuce right there? Crisp. Solid burger, all the flavours meld very well. Generally I wouldn't go with a double, but a friend was paying, so hey, why not?...so yeah, doubles that aren't smash patties can sometimes just be all beef flavour, but not this one. It was a gosh darn symphony. I will say the texture of the beef was just a tiny bit off, maybe coulda run the beef through the grinder one more time. Realistically, I wish I could give this 3 1/2, as this isn't quite a 4... But it's definitely not just a 3 Side note - I don't see why people are whinging about price, $14 for a double is fairly cheap these days. And if a friend pays for you, then you got yourself a tasty burger.

Tried their wagyu beef burger and thought that it was a solid meal. The chips were salted with a slightly altered seasoning which was a small surprise, but the burger was pretty much a clever take, with many several different types to try on the menu.
