k. z.Booked last min and this was the only place we found at Coffin Bay before new year. Neat clean room for a family for four. Our room had 1 queen and 2 single beds. Had a big fridge with freezer which was very useful. There was a small kitchenette and soap dish soap to wash the dishes. Room had full length window and can often spot kangaroos outside. Not very fancy but neat and clean.
We had to cut the trip short by 1 day due to some health emergency and they happily refunded the money
Iron with stand was provided upon request.

Great hotel! Wild emus and wallabies roamed around out the front while we tucked into a delicious dish of Mixed Oyster Dozen.
Unfortunately, a photograph was an afterthought... The oysters were way to delish to keep waiting!
A. D.Excellent meal and staff. We had 6 adults and 5 kids, staying at the caravan park. We phoned the hotel to book tables and arranged for their shuttle bus to pick us up. The meals were all quickly delivered to our tables and delicious. A salt shaker malfunction at the kids' table resulted in a pile of salt on one meal, but the chef quickly replaced it. The shuttle bus driver (aka the bar lady and receptionist) offered to come back after her shift and drive us back to the caravan park, but we opted to walk. We felt like they went over and above. We would definitively recommend.

B.Hotel needs a bit of a facelift. Place was clean and tidy and the spiced scallops I had for lunch were very tasty.
R.Stayed in room 4. This room has a double bed, 2 single beds, a lounge, small table and 2 chairs. It has kitchenette with toaster, Kettle , plates cups and utensils. The bathroom has a sink toilet and a shower. The bathroom also has an exhaust fan and a heat lamp. The outlook through the bedroom full length windows was to an open block frequented by kangaroos. Hotel food was reasonable price, and good quality.
H. M.Perfectly cooked seafood in the fisherman's basket and the chef nailed the squid schnitzel. Very impressed! We will be back!
Also pet friendly, grassed area with tables out the front.

Well the room was quiet... until other guests came in late immediately next to our room. And boy were they noisy! I suggest when not busy every second room is allocated to guests to minimise noise disruption.

S. C.A great pub with lovely atmosphere. Food was excellent, but hubby ordered 12 Coffin Bay oysters and they only had 6 left at 12.30pm lunch time. I asked for a local white wine and was told they didn't have any local ones. Quite surprising! Good food, good staff and good atmosphere, but stocking local produce would help tourists sample things better.
M. B.Management very helpful and chatty. Nice large room with views and well serviced each day. Unfortunately lacking bench space, and a pity hanging and storage space were non existent. They could have been partway through the process of upgrading?? Pub meals large and tasty. Enjoyed our stay.

The service at the bar was brilliant, friendly and welcoming. The food amazing. And the Oysters - the best we've had!
We're all gutted that we won't be around for another visit. But definitely worth the drive over from PL.
J. H.The Coffin Bay Hotel was a stop over for us on our way through the region, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and they supplied lovely tea and coffee facilities. The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming. We would certainly stay here again.

M.Location for adults and kids,especially,not everywhere you can sit it in the pub and see emu and kangaroos plus the food is good pub grub you get what you pay for ,for sure ,I have going to that pub in the scrub since I lived in Port Lincoln, 12 years ,it reminds me of pubs at home in Cornwall England minus the emu and roos of course a fox or squirrel maybe but for me and my family best pub on the ep 💯👍👍

M.After a busy day travelling with friends from Melbourne arrived at Coffin Bay and decided to have a meal out, we ended up at Coffin Bay Hotel and what a pleasant surprise we were in for, we were pondering over ordering seafood and asked a young man named Sam working there about whether the seafood was local, he immediately answered yes but just to confirm will ask the chef, he returned with the answer to all our enquiries , checked to make sure our meals were satisfactory and was just a real breath of fresh air a really switched on young man and a credit to your organisation. The food was delicious and we recommend this hotel.

m. m.(Translated) Great welcome despite the fact that we arrived late and that we stayed until late. Bcp of locals accustomed to the corner with whom we sympathized. The prices are cool there is a lot of choice of spirits. there are 2 billiard tables in perfect condition for 1 dollar per game. There is a juke box and a very large very pleasant terrace. Nice as a stop on our way. The campsite is 10 minutes' walk away.
The only place in town to have a drink after 6pm obviously!

Super acceuil malgré le fait que nous sommes arrivés tard et que nous sommes restés jusqu'à tard . Bcp de locaux habitués du coin avec qui nous avons bien sympathisé. Les prix sont cools il y a bcp de choix d alcools. il y'a 2 tables de billards en parfait état pour 1 dollar la partie. Il y a un juke box et une très grande terrasse très agréable . Sympa comme arrêt sur notre route. Le camping est à 10 min à pied .
Seul endroit de la ville pour boire des coups après 18h visiblement !
