S. M.I stayed here for a quite a while (almost 7 years) when I started my studies at university. Adam and Jason (the managers) are great with helping everyone. Strongly suggested. Prices are great and you get free access to TV rooms, tennis and billiard tables for free.
U. T.Joined accommodation three months ago. I found it so secure and equipped with almost every facility you need.
Bus stop is just 4 minutes walking distance.
There's no grocery shop or convenience store near by, you have to catch an uber for this.
皇.Honestly this place is not recommended hygiene is bad and the facilites is dirty and old. Whatever I stay here for 3 years not feeling good but not bad as well. It is going to be demolished in 2022.
p. h.I've spent a year here now and it's been a great experience. Highgate Lodge is beautifully located in a quiet, leafy area in the inner southern suburbs of Adelaide and close to bus transport to Adealide universities which aren't too far away. Each room has its own air conditioner and cocktail refrigerator. The communal kitchen areas are kept clean and well maintained. The common loungerooms have big flat screen TV's and one has a pool table, ping pong table and table soccer.
The weekly room rates here are amongst the lowest of any student lodge in Australia. Best of all the Highgate Lodge manager, Adam Salleh, treats people very fairly and decently. I know from experience that Adam tries very hard to do the right thing for residents which is a great deal more than can be said for the big companies that are now starting to dominate management of student accommodation in Australia.
I highly recommend Highgate Lodge. It's a great place to stay !
A. H.Internet isn't perfect, you can expect needing to reconnect to it a few times every day. Really gets annoying when you are in the middle of doing something. Especially when the internet goes down for hours. But generally everything else is pretty good.
N. I.Good place and afforable near my campus. Clean and green. Playground outside, tennis court and many in door games. recommended
M. K.The lounge is very big with sports grounds like: cricket and football. The building is bit old but they always keep it fresh with new paint.
