M. B.We stayed for one night while heading home. Motel conveniently located on the road north.The room was so clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. I love the tiled floors (no carpet). Management was friendly and helpfull. Our room was on the ground floor, so we had parking at our door. Would highly recommend this motel when visiting Rockhampton.
A. M.I give it a 4 star rating. It's a reasonable place to stay. Prices are very affordable, and cheaper than most. Rooms are really good. The only issue I had, was the shower hot water is set too low..nothing like a hot shower after a hard day...

A. K.Best place to stay. Family room is so comfy for our gang of 6 adults. Well maintained rooms and newly built restrooms.
T. J.We stay overnight when we head up north to visit family. We now travel with a 3 year old and a dog, not the easiest to find accommodation for. The staff at the Ambassador Motel are so accommodating, preparing everything beforehand if we are arriving late and we can check out whenever it suits us. The rooms are always clean, fresh and calming.

P. K.We stayed in the family room for a night and it suited all 6 of us (4 single beds and one double). The host was very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. The bathroom was very clean and modern however the other facilities were a little dated but still perfectly suited our needs.
M. B.Standard Motel setup. Rooms were very clean. Bathroom was of a high standard. Air conditioning in the room was very good, which is required in the warmer months for Rockhampton. Good location on the Eastern side of the river that runs through Rocky. Walking distance to bottleshop and huge shopping centre. Outside smoking allowed. I've stayed at a lot of motels all around Australia and this is one of the better ones. Enjoy your stay!

T. M.Enjoy our stay due to the fact they allow dogs as we were travelling through. Loved the location -- had a great walk. We always felt safe walking around the downtown area after dark. The Motel is within walking distance to the main shopping centre if you didn't have a car.

B.The room that was allocated was of a high standard the bathroom was bright and fully functional the bedroom was also of a high standard with comfortable beds also the tea and coffee area had plenty of sachets of tea ,coffee,and sugar also it's very rare to have biscuits but they were supplied,that was excellent after driving all day. The fans and aircon worked fine also the tv was easy to use the rooms paint work made the room very airy and light all round ,and to top it off the price was superb I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and the owners were helpful to a high standard again top marks
T. M.Thank you for allowing us to stay at your motel at such short notice. The bathroom is definitely the original fittings and could do with a makeover. Restaurants in the hotel were very good. The hotel was overpriced unless I was paying for the extra room-mates ie cockroaches and mice.

And their breakfast is huge my daughter is a big eater and she couldn't get half way through it and it has a couple of rooms that you can have small dogs they are that clean you wouldn't know that a pet was even there.
T. M.The amenities need to be upgraded, in my opinion. The cleanliness of all areas is superb. The location is simply perfect to where we want to be as per our itinerary. Location is very close to all the public transport. You definitely will get your monies worth by staying here.
