L.The check in process was so smooth and stress free, as well as the wonderful customer service from Hannah (I know there are 2 Hannah’s, so I’m going to assume they are both wonderful) it was the nicest welcome we could’ve asked for. We weren’t in the room much, but it was beautiful, clean & spacious. The bed was a dream, the shower was bliss and the coffee pod machine was an unexpected cherry on top. Oh and I best not forget the complimentary bottle of champagne on arrival?! We were too busy to enjoy it during our trip, but that really put a smile on our faces. Thank you to all the staff for a beautiful stay, we can’t wait to come back!
D. H.A nice place to stay. Very pleasant atmosphere inside the hotel. My husband and I had a pleasant 3 nights here. It's a short walk to the Southbank Parklands and also a very short walk to the Goodwill Bridge if you want to take a leisurely walk across the river to the city. We stayed on the fifth floor and the room has a balcony with partial river and city view which is not bad. The staff are wonderful and the service is excellent. Cafe 63 is located on the ground floor and they serve great coffee and food.
T. N.This is a 4 to 5 star hotel at very reasonable prices. The staff are sensational. The wife mentioned that is was our wedding anniversary, and when we got back from there restaurant there Cafe 63 there was a bottle of champagne on the dresser. Wow very nice of them to do that. The bed was so soft it was probably to soft the one we had anyway.. We have stayed here many times and is always a great place to stay. Cheers Tim.

The disability accessible rooms are fantastic! most hotels have them as an after thought but these are well planned and beautifully presented. The kids had a blast in the indoor pool. great views over the city if you have a room on that side of the building. Staff are wonderful. beds are like clouds. only down side is the noise from the very occasional helicopter landing at the hospital. we'll definitely use the hotel again for our city stays.
M. W.I stayed here for a night as a getaway with my wife, and it is a very luxurious hotel. Service was really good, and the room was spotless. Great conveniences, with large shower, separate bath and a large private bathroom. The room size is excellent, and the bed was incredibly soft!! We had a great night away and would definitely recommend this hotel.

A. H.Staff on arrival were so welcoming, Christina even followed up with a call to our room to see if everything was to our liking. It was my husband birthday and they even had a gift of 2 x Corona beers and a gift pack of mixed nuts, such a lovely gesture. Room 707 was great, view of river and very clean, bed and pillows so comfy, we both slept well. Easy walk to Southbank, the river and ferry terminal, plus there is a Cafe 63 downstairs. Would stay there again. Once again great staff make a whole world of difference and they were professional and welcoming

But, few disappointing things including, towels n toilet rolls not delivered to room after request; very soft beds; and being charged for parking when didn't have car. A itemised bill at checkout wasn't provided, but e-mailed later.

The Swiss Super Suite is massive and has excellent amenities.
Ample Parking is also available.
And the best part is that it is always an amazing price too! You could pay twice as much in Brisbane for similar rooms.

J. D.We booked for a family of four, 2 adults a child and an infant. We brought our own for for our infant however we were only given two single beds in the room and there was also only enough towels for two people. When I called reception to explain there has been an error, they said they assume children sleep in bed with their parents. Firstly, that’s a big assumption to make and secondly even if that were the case a single bed is not adequate for this situation. He explained to me that I should have asked for an extra bed and that we would be charged $40 a night. I refused to pay and housekeeping came up and just left an extra set of sheets and one towel on the sofa bed for us to make up. On a more positive note, the room was clean and spacious and Cafe 63 located in the foyer had great food and excellent service. The hotels location is very convenient being at the southern end of Southbank and within 300 metres of QCH.
K. V.I enjoyed our stay, My only feedback would be there needs to be more cleaning products supplied, dishwasher in the room but nothing to pre clean dishes with. Also no toliet brush in the bathroom or bags in bins which I thought was a little weird.

D. B.Stayed here for 2 nights and would say that it is a great hotel to stay at for the price, they also let us check-in early which was great. Free wifi, shower gel, towels & sheets changed everyday. The room also had a TV and free tea/coffee to consume which was a perk. The restaurant below was very good as well.
A. T.Purchased river-view deluxe suite for wedding anniversary celebration. Room was beautiful but smelled horrible and was poorly cleaned, eg; melted candle wax on bench tops and the discovery of a discarded hypodermic needle under the kitchen sink which didn't seem to alarm the concierge much when we informed them. Then it took 2 weeks from check-out to get my $50 security deposit back. Didn't get covid19 though so I'm giving it 3 stars 👍🏻

Walked to the Metro Market 2 blocks away. Plenty of the restaurants in walking distance and a great foot/bike path along the river.
A. R.Actually rate this hotel 2.5 stars. Prices are fair but customer service is not good. The indoor pool is supposed to be heated to 26c but is freezing. When I told customer service about it, they said they couldn't do anything. Rooms are fine and AC is good

N. C.Courtyard by Marriott was a great hotel for our short overnight stay, while attending an event nearby at Woolloongabba. Arrival and checkin was made easy with on-site parking and friendly staff. Our room was on the forth floor and provided everything we needed for our inner city staycation. It was presented well, very clean, modern and provided a nice number of powerpoints for charging devices near the bed. Conveniently located in the foyer of the hotel is a Cafe63 (Brisbane cafe chain) serving coffee and a very wide variety menu for dining options. Would definately stay here again should the need arrise.
A. A.Very modern hotel, nice rooms although river view is largely blocked out. Facilities were excellent with the only let down the well worn king mattress and floor cleanliness. We asked for the mattress to be changed as it had two rather large hollows in it. Very strange for a newish hotel.The best they could do was turn it around. Fail. The floors really need to be vaccuumed more often than just after you check out. Otherwise helpful staff.There is a great Cafe 63 restaurant down stairs for amazing food. Good value in this area.

J. D.There’s usually one thing that nags me about a hotel I stay at. Well, Swiss-Bell you did it. I loved the whole experience. The friendliness and professionalism of staff, proximity to Southbank (just a short walk), the layout of the hotel, comfort of the bed, and all the available plug and USB power points was fantastic. And there’s Cafe 63 on the ground floor. A go-to cafe with its huge menu, great prices and good service.
I almost had an issue with the view. I booked a river view, and the view we had when standing back from the window was of another hotel/residence called River Plaza. When I brought it up, the friendly front desk guy mentioned that WOTIF (the site I booked through) doesn’t have the option for partial river view when they submit their deal. The room did have partial views on either side of the other building. Another reason to book straight through the hotel itself.
This hotel will not only cater to the business traveller with its close proximity to then CBD, but to friends and families of patients in the nearby Children’s Hospital, as well as every other travellers (singles, couples, families).
The first 7 floors are hotel and private residences from floors 8 to 14.
They had a cot set up in our room for our toddler on arrival, and gave no hassle access to my fiancée after her return, without a key, later that evening (they called me to confirm of course). There are other amenities like a pool, but we decided to explore the area instead.
I hope their Australia presence expands, because this might just be our hotel of choice from now on.

J. S.The rooms were well appointed. The staff was excellent and very courteous. It was clean all throughout - lobby, conference room, gym, guest rooms, and halls. The pool water was a bit cold, I thought it was a heated pool? But nevertheless a good experience staying there.

We stayed in 302 which has a large balcony overlooking the river, see attached photo view. Free WiFi. Soft bed which normally I would have issues with but strangly didn't. King bed. Still use little plastic bottles of toiletries which should be replaced with wall mounted refillable as with other 4-5 star hotels I have stayed at. Nice pool area and gym which looked new. Short walk to Southbank & free ferry to the city from the Maritime museum ferry stop. Large breakfast menu. Would definitely recommend

Very well maintained and immaculately presented room. Accommodated a moderately early check in (12pm) instead of usual time. No dedicated concierge but staff do an excellent job accomodating requests. I called ahaead to ask for a bath to be run for my wife for when we returned late to our room. Not only was the bath run, they kept the temperature fresh while waiting for us to return. In addition Alfred created beautiful towel swans above the bath and filled the kettle and turned it on so it would boil fresh when we turned on the power when we came back to the room. A+ service.
The restaurant and bar was very clean and nice, well priced and the food was great!
If I had to make any comment on improvement, it wasn't communicated at booking (that I saw) that you can drive strait to the carpark on arrival, buzz reception and quote your booking to be let in to check in. Much easier than waiting for the shared pick-up/drop-off bays to be available. Not too uncommon, overnight parking attracts an additional fee, but hey you can't have it all and Swiss-bellhotel Brisbane has most of it so hard to complain.
M. B.Great bed, Restaurant is Cafe 63 with its restrictions and poor service and meals. You will be charged full price at check-in and then when you checkout given the option to pay by debit card to avoid the surcharge. Housekeeping of your room is only done when you book it otherwise they will not clean it which we found annoying. Great location if you get the right unobstructed view of the river otherwise you will look at the blank wall of hirise nextdoor so be careful. Bed is one of the best we have stayed in but breakfast at Cafe 63 is best avoided for better fare just down at Southbank restaurants.

T. T.Recent changes or upgrades have led to some pretty soft beds in this hotel but you can ask and they may be able to put a board under to keep them a bit more firm. Foam based mattress that is starting to show age means a bad sleep if you don’t like soft.

Staff amazing, very polite and considerate.
Directions are complicated and you may make a wrong turn as the streets are all one way in random directions and you can’t turn onto the street directly. Just be patient.
C. A.My second visit stay at this hotel and it has been the same - A pleasant stay at this hotel for one night with friends. Lucky able to book last minute as the other hotel in Brisbane City was not pleasant. The cafe in the hotel is amazing.

Wasn't told that when we opened the sliding doors to go out n shut after myself aircon will automatically turn off so was annoying. Clean and I'll go back. Refund took time to come back.

Our request for a high-level room was not met as we were on the 2nd floor. The bathtub was generous as was the shower, however there were no comforts such as robes or slippers provided. Also if you want to play music you'll need to bring your own stereo as there wasn't even an alarm clock in the room.

L. S.For the midclass hotel actually is pretty good. The food are nice, the service is top-notch, the room is a good size and comfy; and it is in prime location.
The only negative poin is the view. Actually we were requesting the river view when we booked but...all we get is the river plaza building view right in front of our balcony which is blocking the whole scenery. I don't think you can sell this room with the view.
Overall we give this hotel 5 stars and we are really enjoying our stay here.

D.The room was simple but adequate and clean. The view is pretty well blocked by surrounding buildings. The pool is in an odd room but nice, if small. Unfortunately the room echoes. Small children squealing and not following rules spoilers that a little. Location is nice and close to Southbank, so it is ideal if you are looking for somewhere to stay after an outing or event in the area.

P. S.Well laid out room, modern with all you need for an overnight stay. A few settling in issues (pool not available) and some staff a little green. The attached Cafe 63 is brilliant, large range of choice, tasty and good value.

D. J.Modern, clean hotel in very good shape, friendly staff, good quality beds and very good noise insulation - despite being close to a busy street we could have a good night sleep. The roads around it are a bit strange at first but after the first day getting in wasn't difficult. Convenient for walking to CBD and South Bank and parking is cheaper than most other hotels in CBD. The only problem is that I'm not sure if they potentially have enough parking spaces for all guests, might be worth checking with reception in advance.

Only negative I thought was there is no designated parking spot provided for you but there is plenty of parking so you should be able to get one.

S.The front Foyer is very simple and we were greeted by Jacintha, who had a "okay" customer service. In fact the guy next to her was the same. Nothing extra ordinary.
The room was amazing. Very Clean, USB ports on the walls, a bar fridge and a normal fridge which is excellent though out and bar which we made it cocktail bar :) The toilet is big and the window to the room is nothing to be afraid off as they have no glazed it off.
The breakfast is at franchise cafe called Cafe63 which is owned by an Asian lady. However their Malaysian staff have excellent customer service. It's nice to have different breakfast every day than if you stay in an accommodation that offer buffer which is same eggs, sausages, bacon and fruits everyday. The breakfast package with a coffee, main meal and a milk shake is very possible with the capped price.
The only downside was around 1am first night someone tried to open our door. When we mentioned to the one of the senior managers in the hotel, Amy she just brushed it off say, she is in the hotel business for 10 years and it is common after people coming in after drunk. Hmmmmm... Funny thing we had a friend staying in the hotel few months back and it happened to them as well. Make sure you have the latch on the door.

The rooms are clean modern spacious and comfortable and there is a microwave, a bar fridge, a full size fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a large LCD TV with cable channels. There is also a couch and a balcony with two small chairs.
There is a Woolworths approximately 400 m walk to the train station with the Woolworths underneath.

D. D.One of the best we have stayed in Brisbane. Hotel is new and has a lot of modern features, usb socket s in the power points so no need to bring an adaptor. Everything about the hotel is impressive, decor, lifts, timber features throughout.
The hotel does not have a driveway so it is best to access the side road off Vulture Street and pull into the underground car park. There is a button to press and talk to check in desk to gain access.
Close access to Southbank Parklands recommend walking along Vulture St about 100 metres to the west of hotel. There are hire bikes opposite hotel and in the entrance to the parklands.
Had 2 meals at the restaurant I recommend it highly. Barramundi was salt water and delicious cooked perfectly. Coffee is great see pics.

P. B.Courtyard has just opened and is perfectly located for a stay in Brisbane. This is the place to be, on the doorstep of South Bank and South Brisbane rather than in the dank CBD. We had a gorgeous walk from the hotel straight onto the river walk that literally follows the river in both directions along beautifully landscaped paths - turn right for the dramatic Kangaroo Point Cliffs walk or right for Brisbane's answer to The Bund and meander into precinct after precinct of Brisbane's best restaurants. The hotel is clean, professionally well staffed, and the staff are welcoming. If you are a regular corporate traveller to Brisbane this is the perfect home away from home where you will sleep well. The pillows are amazing, I asked the Courtyard by Marriot staff if I could buy one when I checked out!!
