First time staying and I honestly didn't know what to expect, except wow! The staff were all amazing and friendly, the atmosphere was peaceful and charming, the room was good and the bed so soft. The service is top tier and the food beautiful. I didn't want to leave! Families with kids are common here and I'm so glad, it was such an amazing time just with adults and small groups, no screaming kids running around, everyone even guests were respectful and friendly to be around. Definitely will return.

Romantic, glamorous, fun and beautiful, we couldn't have wished for any more from this hotel. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. Cocktails in the pool were fantastic and the breakfast served in the room was delicious. The room was beautifully appointed with everything we needed and more. We will definitely be coming back to stay here!

My second time stay here in two years and it did not disappoint me at all! Special thanks to receptionist Aaron who helped us with the check in, he made our stay even more special for our girls night trip! The room was specious and clean with updated technology, breakfast is very quality as well. Bar staff are friendly and the view from the rooftop is just beautiful. Only one thing I find that can improve is the pool temperature is cold which didn't bother us much, though it'll be nice if it's adjusted to 26 degrees. Pool staff are very friendly and professional as well. Thanks for making our stay nice, I'll always come back
to this hotel when I'm in brisbane. Highly recommended !

I was lucky to be able to stay here while dealing with chronic pain, and it was life changing. The calm, caring energies cultivated here helped remove my tension as much as the nourishing meals and beautiful spa. To be able to wake up to a spacious bath where I can comfortably stretch and soak my aching joints, and take a perfect breakfast on the balcony with the fresh air coming off southbank was absolutely curative. I'm very grateful for the experience.

Our room was great. Little disappointed in some stains on lounge & some damage on large mirror & bar. The tap in spa & one nob was loose & the air con turns off when doors to balcony are opened. Standing light didn't work. Minor imperfections but service was great. In house dining was fantastic. Concierge was great. Emporium is central to everything. Electric scooters everywhere outdoors for quicker access to places you don't want to walk to. They don't tell you about $45 per day for valet parking. Shades have to be closed to see television as too much glare.

It's a five star hotel, so the expectations are high. Our stay was overall good, however a few things were not to the standard that one might expect.
For example, in the bedroom, the fittings were loose on some of the bedroom furniture, like the drawers, so that they came off when opening them. This was a little disappointing.
That said, the valet was very efficient, and friendly and the room clean was to a good standard.
The rooftop bar is excellent with an overwhelming selection of drinks. It most boast one of the best views in Brisbane.

Perfect. Friendly and helpful staff. Great room! Fanatic service and delicious food. In a great location and the best pool view.
We had so much fun and relaxed too.

Amazing staff! There was a miscommunication with Terrace kitchen closing and our booking time, however Supervisor Taylor and waitress staff were lovely looked after us and served us. Also menu is halal! Great food and drinks, definitely recommend. Extending our thanks.

We stayed for my birthday last night, when we are arrived check in staff told us that they were having problems with their systems, they offered us a deat in the bar with complimentary cocktails until it was rectified. They didn't panic, they were very professional.
Their staff were amazing. Nathan on the Valet was so helpful.
We will be back as soon as we get a chance.
Thankyou Emporium for making my birthday amazing. 🙂

Incredibly positive experience with this hotel. Husband and I stayed in a few times just for a romantic getaway and it was beautiful. Rooms were ready earlier, so we could check in and enjoyed our stay. Swimming pool was clean and beautiful. Stunning views and location. Absolutely fantastic friendly staff. Everyone shined with happiness and positive attitude. We will come back.

My personal favourite roof top bar in Brisbane. With sweeping views of the river and city you can't beat coming here for cocktails and dinner whilst watching the sunset over the hills.
Ultra classy hotel reminiscent of what you'd expect to see in Dubai. The hotel is wonderful to stay in overnight for a romantic retreat or weekend getaway.
The restaurants are spectacular and the cocktails are amazing. The entire hotel screams luxury and the service is top notch.
Definitely a must stay if you live in Brisbane but make sure to ask for a river view room and the other side has an underwhelming view.
All in all would definitely recommend.

Emporium was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Australia. It’s beautiful. It’s extremely clean and it has the most amazing amenities. The spa area is stunning! With an ice pool, wet and dry sauna. Beautiful views everywhere. I just LOVE IT and it really is value for money.
C. N. d. L.
They have a wonderful rooftop.
The venue (rooftop) is extremely beautiful, comfortable, and with one of the best views in Brisbane.
I'll definitely come back!

Great rooms and great reception, restaurant was fantastic truly Silver service. Wines to match every meal.
Couples Massage was fantastic. Great sauna and steam room. Pool area could do with more seats, but the area is set out beautifully (a must see at night). Level 21 Bar at night was average.
The rooms are fantastic. We stayed in a King suite, the room ‘welcomes’ you on entry by opening the blinds. Room spa was amazing, fits two comfortably, with your champagne ;-)
Breakfast waiter Harvey was fantastic, breakfast manager Luckea (no name badge, had to ask for his name) was extremely rude, bordering on offensive. Saw him treat 3 lots of guests immediately after us with disrespect also. Service definitely did not match the rest of the hotel.
Concierge and Valet was great and easy. Would have been a STRONG 5 if not for breakfast manager sullying the experience.

Exquisite! Everything was perfect right down to the zebra I took home as a memory. Piano bar was our perfect relaxation place after our honeymoon dinner. Finley made our long Island ice teas to perfection! His brilliant customer service stood out for us. The feel of the whole place made us feel like VIP. I loved it. Thank you!

Excellent hotel in almost every way. Special mention to the oversized shower with clear/opaque changing glass, the body wash provided, the rooftop pool, the location (quick and easy access to BNE CBD and walking distance to anywhere in South Bank) and the staff, who were always friendly and very thoughtful. If you want to stay in South Bank, don’t consider anywhere else.
R. D.
The service, decor, atmosphere & location were AMAZING. By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It was my husbands 50th and the little extra cupcake and handwritten birthday wish from the General Manager added that extra personal touch.
Thank you Team Emporium

Came here for a wedding. Nice, modern event room. Good atmosphere. Friendly team.
Food was a bit bland (based on feedback from room full of Vietnamese guests who live for salty everything), but well presented. The mocktail was delicious!
D. M.
Rooms are outstanding and definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Just one downside is that the pool is way too cold which is a big negative if you are thinking of trying it out.
Z. W.
A very pleasant surprise enjoying a 3 piece jazz band at the Piano Bar! We thought there might be a solo pianist but was delighted to stumble across these very talented, swavv jazz artists! We had a very enjoyable time, loved the music, artistic flair, ambience, decor, mocktails and tapas. We look forward to coming back and enjoying more jazz! I suggest management market the entertainment/artists/bands better throughout the Hotel as we had brunch upstairs and coffee downstairs the day before and had no idea Jazz was on the next day. We also searched on FB for Jazz performances and this didn't come up. We also suggest offering hot beverages as well as cold.

Really wanted to give 5 stars. The location is amazing, the room was beautiful and most of the staff were exceptional. However, we had a few things happen that spoiled it. When we first arrived we had booked for the french restaurant and ordered fondue. Apparently, the kitchen had missed our order and we had waited a while before having to ask the staff. They were apologetic and gave us free glasses of wine, which was nice. Then we went up to our room and we had organized for the romance package on arrival which wasn't there. That was disappointing and it was quite expensive so called reception and they asked us to leave our room and come back in an hour. We did and it was set up when we came back. Then the next day we booked with reception for the rooftop bar and when we got there they had no knowledge of our booking. They seemed put out by the inconvenience that caused them (despite the restaurant being half empty for the duration). This seemed to lead to slow, rude and condescending service. We left earlier than planned feeling as though we didn't belong. We did complain to reception and management was very apologetic and gave us a bottle of wine and some macaroons. We may have just been unlucky but the mistakes all seemed to stem from bad communication between the different areas. This is the only reason it wouldn't get 5 stars because the rooms were of the highest standards, food was good, the views from the gym and the rooftop infinity pool is stunning (especially at night). Most of the staff are really nice and helpful which is what made some of the mix ups so frustrating.
A. K.
All positives for the emporium! The service was amazing, the room was definitely what you pay for and more, the maintenance and cleaning of the hotel was exceptional. I’ll be back to stay again for longer!
W. M.
Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities. The room has everything needed, plus more. All the staff go above and beyond with the quality of service.
An amazing stay for our 40th wedding anniversary
J. M.
Ashleigh on the front desk great asset to the company. Excellent hotel and facilities .Amazing staff which made our stay more enjoyable 😉. The Japanese massage place absolute blissful. Thank you we will definitely be back!!!

Had a wonderful and relaxing second stay. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great facilities, will definitely be back again.

Arrived and had lunch at the rooftop bar, food was fantastic and staff wonderful.
Had 2 rooms booked and was celebrating with a degustation truffle meal for three people at the signature restaurant. Absolutely terrible , a waste of time ! Not only was the food a disgrace but the totally bad service were no one was in control. The staff were pleasant but oh dear 0/10 for service! Someone needs to organise these hospitality people. Unbelievably bad.
Rooms are nice. Hoping breakfast is better!!!
J. M.
Stayed here both Saturday and Sunday night. Saturday night cost $624, Sunday night cost $257.
Whoever designed this building has a great passion for architecture. The detail through the complex is simply stunning. The suites are extremely well appointed and with the clever use of mirrors makes the room appear much bigger. However at 40sqm its not a large room, good value at $257, poor value at $624.
The roof top bar has amazing views across Brisbane, service was good, food was ok, but you would not eat here if you were expecting fine dining.
Overall, yes do try it but I would not recommend at $624 a night.
N. N.
Funky room, comfy bed and fantastic views across the city.
Nice rooftop pool and bar..
Helpful and friendly staff......I've stayed here many times and it never disappoints.
M. W.
The rooftop bar is unbelievable beautiful with a city view and the river. Great food, ambience and drinks

Love, love this place ❤ Staff bend over backwards to make sure you're happy and comfortable. Cocktails in the Piano Bar AMAZING and Christopher always goes above and beyond. Highly recommend 🙂

Enjoying an easy drive into Southbank, with simplistic directions to the emporium hotel to celebrate ten years of marriage, pulling up to the hotel, we were greeted with efficient door attendants who began to open our car door and warmly welcome us to the emporium. Whilst we were a little early for check-in, we left our luggage in the lobby and travelled up in the most eye-catching elevator all the way to level 21 to enjoy a beautiful lunch located on ‘the terrace’.
We were greeted by a very attentive manager named Reece who ensured all details were perfect for our anniversary; his mannerism was exceptional, as was his great personality; Reece ensured we received the best service whilst we continued our stay over that weekend, making sure staff knew our names and that they continued that high level of service.
Our lunch on ‘the terrace’ was ever so elegant with such soft and graceful sounding, whilst we sat by the window taking in such stunning overviews of the city with a chilled glass of wine and divine cuisine full of flavour, taking in the soundings and enjoying all the elements.
Once our room was ready, we walked into our ‘poolside cabana suite’ 2102 instantly; we felt like VIPs gifted with ice bucked filled with a beautiful bottle of bubbly sided with a plate of fresh dipped chocolate strawberry’s along with a personalised celebration card. Our room was spacious, well lit, with soft features and pops of gold; the room also offered a large, elegant bar ready to mix cocktails all day long, exquisite double glass wardrobe doors with thick white fluffy robes hanging inside. Large Luxurious Bathroom with marble throughout, freestanding bath overlooking the pool and city, large warm and cosy bed with everything at the touch of a button by your side table. Everything about this room was luxurious. Having the pool just a few steps out the door was simply magical; being the first ones to experience that golden glisten sunrise over the large infinity pool was simply unforgettable.
Our ‘poolside cabana suite’ included complimentary access to an inner-city chauffeur service in a luxurious Maserati Levante, our driver Sam drove us in style to our booked dinner reservation in the city, he ensured we had arrived safely, and when it came to the time to be picked up, Sam arrived like magic, such a gentleman.
Breakfast was served in ‘the terrace’ our waiter Luca seated us at a beautiful table with big plush velvet chairs and ensured we were going to have a beautiful day, starting with juice, coffee, followed by a scrumptious breakfast. Luca introduced us to a waiter named ‘peter’ who was taking care of us for the remanding of the day.
Peter guided us to the pool area where he had prepared a poolside cabana with sunscreen, fresh rolled towels and water; whilst we enjoyed a beautiful day in the sun, Peter was very attentive. Creating and most beautiful cocktails, devious snacks and ensuring we were well hydrated and enjoying our time, such a great personality and made our day very fun.
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away at the emporium hotel and cannot wait to come back again to enjoy this fantastic place. Your staff really made our weekend fabulous, highlighting how special it was; we are ever so thankful to Reece and his team for ensuring we received the very best service and that we really felt special.
The only negative I have is the 11 am check out; I find this quite early compared to other resorts we usually stay at, we did try and have it extended, but as there are only three ‘poolside cabana suites’, we were unable to extend our stay.

Beautiful rooms, front desk staff at arrival were unbelievable! Security guy at rooftop was very nice!
My concern was the manager of the rooftop bar, he was soooooo rude and very intimidating! It ruined my experience with that rude man running around giving negatives vibes!
My room was perfect

We have just arrived and already relaxed. Bobby dazzled us and made us feel very much at home, as did Alex in reception. We needed to relax and that's what wea are doing. Just a night out, just what we needed.
Had a great lunch at the Terrace. Level 21. Anyone can go and have a drink or a meal.
Two thumbs up.

2nd Review - 24th October
Set a booking by myself to find out I needed to have an adult with me because I’m a minor 😅 invited my mum and we had a drink each and shared a dessert. Staff are very friendly, we requested an outside table and were moved as soon as available. We shared a red bean tart and enjoyed a watermelon soda (my drink), and an expression martini (my mum’s drink). Quick service and still a great view :) quick tip though for anyone wanting to sit outside, bring a jacket or wear something warm 😄 thanks again for the great service :)

Just dined at level 21. Well, booked for an after meal view and some drinks. Tried the lychee & ginger soda (mocktail), was delicious. Staff were really nice. Will be back for some foods and to try another drink. Great place to take photos of the view or even with friends in a selfie.

This place is amazing, especially the service Best place to stay in Brisbane by far. Definitely going to come back next time

Great customer service. Facilities were always clean and in good condition. The team were very acomodating when trying to book restaurants for us at the last minute. We did not realise the hotel does not provide toothpaste until we got there but appart from that we really enjoyed our stay.

The room was very spacious and hotel was up-to-date. I thought the price was quite expensive but it was very worth for short stays for me. The staff was also very friendly and the service was awesome.

Absolute luxury. You get what you pay for. Staff are outstanding as well. Rooms are superb. Lifts are like a ride at Dreamworld without the wait 💕🙌👌

Whoever said Disneyland is the happiest place on earth has never been to the Emporium in Southbank, I’m proud to say I’m a part of the Emporium family now becoming a member after my first stay. The room amazing and beautiful rooftop views, happy staff in particular a standout member in the valet parking team Bobby going out of his way to elevate our stay from great to perfection. Over all unforgettable!

Stunning in every way. Superb hotel, with rooms that are sumptuous, views to die for snd location that is perfect. Bus, train stations right next door. Ferries a short walk away and footbridge allows for a pleasant stroll into the city itself. Dozens of restaurants and cafes nearby and all the amenities of the South Bank Parklands.
C. D.
Every time we stay here our experience gets better and better. We love how relaxed the staff are and easy going. Can't wait for our next visit. 😃🥰

Great views on the rainiest of days and a fantastic room with all the mod cons. Service was top notch

I only stayed one night and needed to return home the following morning due to Brisbane lockdown. The Staff , every single brush on any level was nothing less than exemplary. The only issue I have is the VISTA description of my room. The saddest Vista in room 910.
C. K.
At every juncture, interaction and point of contact, staff were accommodating, responsive, and all round excellent human beings. We stayed in The Frangipani Suite, which I can assure you is probably the peak of my existence and everything that happens in my life will basically be downhill from here. Thank you Emporium for absolutely spoiling us with the epitome of luxury in this city. This place, nay palace, is a paragonic tribute to art and beauty, and you have ruined all other hotels for me forever. See you again soon.
P. W.
This is one of our two favourite hotels in Brisbane. Absolutely fabulous location and rooms that have those extra touches of luxury. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and have a “nothing is too much trouble attitude”. Very clean rooms; great rooftop pool; and close to everything. We will be back soon.

Wow! Just 5 star ....great service, incredible room, valet parking, superb location, delicious breakfast, awesome restaurant, lush pool on the roof! Best hotel in Brisbane!!

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the most friendliest, professional and helpful staff! The place and rooms are spectacular! The food is amazing! Not to mention the lovely gift from the hotel for our honeymoon. Will definitely be back when we visit Brisbane again!

Great place Roof top restaurant
Clean with a great vibe.
Staff were friendly and professional.
Bit over priced.

With the exception of Belle Époque, a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff and service. The rooms were massive and luxurious and the on site food and wine exceptional. Good quality facilities with a rooftop pool, gym and bar also.
Unfortunately we were let down on checkout with several hanging coats and shirts not brought down with the rest of our belongings (they were unpacked out of the car and hanged up in the room by the concierge on check in without a problem) and we didn’t realise until we left, resulting in having to return to the hotel. They then couldn’t find our missing clothes, which ended up being with housekeeping who evidently hadn’t told anyone they found clothes in our room? Concierge staff seemed unhurried and relaxed about the whole situation. If you’re going to offer a full valet-only service from check in, you must regularly have guest coats and shirts that you hang up in guests’ rooms, so the same care to taking them back down to the car upon checking out should be taken. We ended up leaving 40 minutes late on our way to our function as a result of this. A disappointing way to end a $500+ night and in the future may choose a cheaper hotel and I’ll self-park and unpack my own car.

Wonderful north facing vista with outside terrace Best views of Brisbane with great food and wine

Strange mix of old world service( waist-coated male staff) and neon -lit lifts and music for 20 year olds. Terrace bar had great views. Rooms very good

Best hotel in Brisbane. Big thanks to AJ for looking after us at the rooftop bar and given us awesome customer service.

Killer view with great cocktail and polite service.
It was wonderful to stay over in brisbane city.
Signature menu was amazing. The fish special was best I've ever had.

Wowy what a fancy place! Loved everything about it. The view from the pool is breathtaking and so gorgeous!
H. N.
Couldn't fault them, the pool can get busy which doesn't leave many beds available. Spectacular views.

Ashleigh was amazing at the front desk.and the service was spot on from the time we got there, to the time we left
H. R. M.
The good:
Amazing facilities
Amazing view
Food at the Signature was amazing. The fish special was best I've ever had.
I've got a birthday cupcake within half an hour after we checked in even though I've only made a casual remark to the lady that checked us in.
Breakfast was amazing at the terrace with a very attentive waiter.
The bad:
Tried to charge us valet until I got them to double check our package.
Waited for 15 minutes at the Signature to get seated.
And the just over an hour for entree to be served.
Over charged us by $300 at check out because yet again didn't know what our package include.
I've emailed the hotel to let them know about all the above about 10 days ago and I was told someone will get back to me...10 days later...I'm writing this review...

We stayed here over a long weekend with a toddler and it was fantastic.
Greeted by concierge who were warm and welcoming they quickly valeted our car and got our bags up to our room.
Checking was busy but still friendly and we were given great directions to the various aspects of the hotel.
The mirrored elevators with multi screens and the rooftop pool were big hits with my kid.
Once we got into the room it was beautiful.
Everything was clean and well laid out with a few hidden features like the TV in the mirror and the rising power point from the bench under the TV.
The bathroom was clean, and well stocked with a beautiful spa bath and shower facilities as well as a double vanity and separate toilet.
The mini bar was well above par, well stocked with a separate wine chiller with a good selection of full size bottles.
Everything was clean and modern with touch pad controls for everything from the air con, lights, privacy screen to the curtains.
The only downside of the modern tech is the TV built into the mirror feature which with the glare and reflection made the TV impossible to watch with any light source in the room - but to be fair - people don't come to this hotel to watch TV so that's me being very picky (but a must with the toddler)
There wasn't a huge selection of fox TV channels to watch which made entertaining the boy a bit tricky, though with screen mirroring and free unlimited WiFi that problem was quickly solved - another big tick!
We dined for breakfast the next morning at the rooftop restaurant. The staff were friendly and accommodating. A tough venue to multi purpose from night time bar through to breakfast restaurant but we'll executed.
We both had eggs benedict and everything was well presented, though the eggs were a little powdery, likely from too much vinegar in the poaching water but still edible.
Room service that evening was again fine, but just missed the mark on a few things. I had the club sandwich (always do, it's the comparison point with any hotel IRF) which was overly seasoned with pepper on the chicken (fine for me but probably not anyone who doesn't like pepper) but the rest of the sandwich was underseasoned. Solid 7/10, bot bad. My pet hate which seems to be a theme with a few places lately is no sauce with the side chips - a ramekin of aioli or even tommy sauce would have really helped the dry chips.
My wife had the confirmation duck which was tasty and exactly what was to be expected, though the beans did look like glorified baked beans of the tinned type. A nice cassoulet would have been a little more in keeping with the upmarket theme of the hotel.
Overall an exceptionally beautiful hotel which seems like it would be painful to keep clean but really adds a touch of elegance to city that needs some sparkle.
Congrats team, will be back!

I just spent a wonderful night at Emporium Southbank with a friend to celebrate my birthday. The hotel is amazing, and staff are very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. Rooms are a cut above. We loved the "hidden" TV in the ornate frame, the food, the pool, the crazy visuals in the lift. This place is indeed some kind of special. So fun! I'm bringing the family back next time.

Loved this hotel. As soon as we arrived the staff at the reception were so friendly and nice with us. We were there to celebrate our babymoon and we couldn’t pick a better hotel. Our room was so beautiful and modern, clean, great views and the best, the swimming pool. It was amazing. The best place to relax and enjoy. I can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay here over Christmas. Nice location, nice sized room with a fabulous rain shower to boot! Only downside was that we didn't book a room with a bath, so could not have girly spa nights (a lesson for next time). There is also an amazing French patisserie just outside the hotel with beautiful croissants and sweets. Would definitely stay here again but will be upgrading to a bigger room with a bathtub!
H. N.
Couldn't fault them, the pool can get busy which doesn't leave many beds available. Spectacular views.

Lovely spot. The staff are top notch. The rooms are pretty lush. The pool is obviously a stand out. I booked without knowing it featured such a stunning feature. Worth a visit just for the pool. Only areas to improve - room service ordering in pool area if the F&B options are closed poolside- the terrace bar was closed for refurbishment - so was told by the towel attendant I had to order from my room - other guests said staff took their orders poolside - go figure - I ordered from my room for the pool and they delivered to yep- my room - well that sucked. A phone extension in the pool area would solve this like at the W pool deck on ‘off peak’ days. (ps they are jackhammering the floor on 21 so even 5 floors down don’t plan on working in the room after 9.01am)

I have now stayed at the emporium twice both experiences were so starkly different you would think they were two completely different hotels. Let’s break it down shall we.
June 21 2020 my husband and I booked in for the king suite for our wedding night. What could best be explained that happened next was just your classic series of unfortunate events. I don’t like to dwell on the past so I will just say that they knew that they royally messed up and the manager wasn’t going to let us leave without making it up to us so he gave us a free stay to use within a year and promised that our next stay the hotel would make sure it was a fantastic one. Well it’s been nearly a year later and the results are in and omg!!! It was the best experience I have ever had at a hotel!! Not only were all the staff super fantastic and friendly and very genuine (mind you they were very friendly the first time too) but the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel like we were VIP! The biggest highlight was the facility were sooooooo much better than last year. Last year everything was broken including the sauna steam room pool and plunge pool. This year everything worked exactly how it should be and the steam room was amazing!! The biggest difference last year it smelled really bad very mouldy smell this year was super refreshing and with a slight hint of eucalyptus. Wouldn’t even have thought it was the same room. Last year all our food was not even brought out to us and came out cold. This year all food was extremely prompt super tasty and served with incredibly fun and friendly staff. If this is the improvement that the hotel can do in only a years time then I’m definitely coming again next to see if they have upped their game again!!! Thank you so much emporium family you really made our anniversary one to remember!

Lovely rooms, good service. Over all awesome experience from driving in to checking out.

Fabulous hotel, all staff helpful and polite. The attention to detail on the design of the hotel is amazing, very luxurious and fun feel to all areas of the hotel. The rooms had everything, I loved that there was a wine fridge and reasonable prices too. Just planning our next trip back.

A satisfactory stay. Food was good. A singular staff member wasn’t very friendly, and that affected the whole experience. However, our room was quite nice, and we enjoyed the complimentary gym.

This place was amazing, took my children here for a night to experience a little luxury and it was a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful, comfortable and had great modern features, we loved the big bath and we had a great view from our balconette. Of course the pool was the highlight and I could not fault the staff, everyone was so pleasant and helpful, even the lovely valet remembered my name and said good morning when we were heading out for breakfast. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay.

This hotel is lovely! The pool is great especially the view over the city. Special shout out to Cyril who works in the Terrace he is amazing! His French accent is a delight but his service is what made me write this review. My partner and I were served by him here at at Donna Changs and it was great at both.

Fantastic hotel! Staff were excellent and the room’s interior was one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen - LOVED the wet bar and zebra slippers. Could’ve spent all day lounged by the pool! Belle Epoque and Terrace amazing as well, Iced Vovo cocktail is a 10/10! 😍

Thought It was a bit overrated ...... found things in our room from previous guest and our river "view" was blocked by a building ...... thankfully we got a partial refund but we found the W much more enjoyable

Me and my kids stay at Emporium for 3 nights. We have stayed numerous hotels in Australia and overseas mainly 5+ star hotels and big chain hotels( W, Hilton, Hyatt, Wynn, Stamford etc)
This is a boutique hotel and it really changed my mind by staying few days. You cant name it enough how greatly and high tech, state of the art facilities they have( until you experience you won’t know)
We had a few incidents( it was smoking free hotel but few times there was smoking smell coming through once open our Balcony door- but this isn’t really a Hotel Faults. Secondly, payment need to be really throughly done( eg. confirmation email saying what is included but they were charging valet parking extra on the bills( regardless how the reservation teams been communicated, email confirmation is proven what is inclusion on my package). My daughter found little glass chips on our king bed after house keeping done- she is 5 years old and she stepped on her elbow, luckily there was no bleeding or injured her elbow. Once I brought back to front desk, Staff insisted to do send house keeper to changing whole bed linen and vacuum the room throughout.
We did booking directly with Hotel and package was really a great deal plus hard to find a hotel with balcony especially stay
few days. It was breath taking view and The terraces bar ( breakfast and night time bar was amazing). Gym and Sauna, pool facilities is alright. Infinity pool view is amazing however pool staff need more attention and they need to put more staff during weekend. It takes good 20-25min to getting your coffee or drinks with one staff handling over busy period.
Very spacious compare to other Hotel especially bathroom with Spa bath amazing and also TV is hidden inside the mirror:). soundproof was great. In room dining room. 24 hours In - room dining service and late night snack was really a pick as well. As most of hotel only offer till 11:00 latest.
Such a convenient location everything is so closely appears. Restaurants , chemist, transport ( Southbank station is just out side of the hotel step, Metro Woolworth is down stairs, cafes, ferry station is 3 min walking distance.
One of front desk staff name ( I think she was a supervisor role) “Precious” she was amazing staff member how to handle with bit of situation comes. As a guest, we do have expectation and when it comes to some disappointment it is more important how staff can turn around situation is very important. She knows how to take it as positive way and consider guest’s feedbacks importantly. Hotel is not a place giving guest as a perfection. It still runs by human so there will be minor issues always arise but it is matter of how the staff handling the situation and willing to show can do attitude and do beyond then what you imagine. I really highly admired and happy with guest service teams at Emporieum Hotel ( including Valet Parking teams. So efficient and kindly manner-especially there were Asian look staff who was there entire my trip and been amazing as well)
So overall my experience was one of top lists and I would definitely going back soon. Highly recommended this hotel then anywhere in Brissy.

Celebrated my partners birthday with a two course vegetarian dinner and drinks at their Signature Restaurant. Ordered the entree and vegan cheese board to share with two mains.
The dishes were flavoursome, the service incredibly friendly and helpful, and the drinks were well presented and selected.
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

We came to the Emporium for my 30th Birthday and it was one of the best hotels I've ever been to. The staff were on point, the room was amazing and lush.. magic glass is definitely worth the trip for haha!
Overall good experience.

I picked this hotel because of its location and transport options which didnt dissappoint. Staff where friendly and helpful. The king room was fresh and well presented. Excellent bathroom. I stayed 3 nights and choose to have breakfast on the 21 floor. Good menu selection with good service and views of bris city.
D. C.
Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here for a birthday celebration in a River City Suite which was spacious and the views were amazing. We had dinner at The Terrace Rooftop Bar and Restaurant and both the cocktails and share plates were delicious. Breakfast selection was generous with many options to choose from. All staff were helpful and sincere and service was great!

Had a wonderful stay at Emporium hotel. The valet is extremely convenient and opens up right into the lobby. The check in process is easy and staff are very friendly. The rooms are exquisite and so beautifully decorated. I love that they actually have a balcony in each room because you can catch such beautiful sights of South Bank from that high.
I. P.
Awesome view. Great food and the staff were so friendly!

WOW. What a hotel! While this Hotel is an incredible place to stay, with beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and breath-taking facilities - It was the service from all staff I encountered that really set them apart from any other hotel.
I had booked rooms & The Terrace Private dining room for my work Christmas Party, and my expectation was well exceeded. The manager on the day (13/11/2020) at The Terrace Private dining room (Leonne, was her name I think) was absolutely amazing. She welcomed us in, curated a banquet menu for us on the spot based on what she thought would be delicious, and then effortless services the room & my guests. The food was 10/10, we had the perfect amount, and the experience was worth every cent.
When we went to collect our car from the concierge on check-out the gentlemen working noticed my fuel light was on and programmed into my nav the nearest fuel station for my convenience. This level of service would have been impressive from any one staff member, but the consistency across anyone we encountered during our stay was impressive.
If it isn't already very clear, I'd highly recommend staying at Emporium in South Bank. Or if you're looking to hold a function, The Private Dining room is the most beautiful spot for a long lunch or dinner.
M. M.
Room service is excellent.
Infinity pool with cocktails is a great experience. Food and drink service is excellent.
Fridge in room not cold enough and
bath tub leaks though

What an absolute delight to stay at the Emporium Hotel South Bank, the team responsible for the training of all staff need to be commended. This is a 5 star property with 5 star service.
Attention to detail, nothing is too much trouble and staff genuinely go out of their way to ensure that you feel you are being looked after in a special and unique way.
From our arrival on check in, valet parking, concierge, room service and breakfast in the stunning Terrace Restaurant all 110% professional and uniquely personable 5 star treatment.
Emporium have got it right, they understand why they are in the 5 star hotel business and I doubt there is any other hotel (5 star or otherwise) currently in Australia that can even come close to the Emporium South Bank.
Congratulations to the management and team at The Emporium South Bank.

This hotel was an amazing experience! It is quirky and beautiful, the staff are beyond helpful. The rooms are great and the beds oh so comfy. The rooftop bar was cool too, unfortunately it was a very windy day so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we hoped. The pool was nice too, cool view and we loved the little shaded cabanas.
T. L.
The hotel and rooms were lovely but some of the staff in the terrace bar were dreadful and so slow getting our drinks and just give you the impression they didn’t want to be there, needed a rocket up the backside. For this reason we cancelled our dinner reservation and went to Southbank to an Italian instead. Also we stayed one night and the concierge messed up our timing to bring our car to us, we called 15 mins before which is what is recommend but waited over half hour for it and they just didn’t care. Very poor service and paid just under $500 for the night as a treat for my sons 18th, Left feeling very disappointed and not the experience I was hoping for.

If I could leave 6 starts I would. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and we've done a lot!! Fantastic attention to detail all over the hotel from the big screen on drop off to final checkout. Will definitely be booking again very soon, well done Emporium crew 👏👏👏
E. K.
Amazing hotel with the most wonderful customer service I have ever experienced!Awesome views from River City King room, breathtaking views and delicious breakfast at the Terrace restaurant and really relaxing atmosphere at the pool area.
Thank you Emporium for a memorable stay!

My (now) wife and I decided to have a very tiny wedding when the pandemic eased up, and as we live in Victoria but my parents live in Northern Queensland, we thought best to meet in Brisbane in case Melbourne went back into lockdown. And it did, while we were in the air!
The Emporium's staff went well out of their way to make sure that our tiny little wedding (couple, celebrant, three guests) went ahead without a hitch — even to the point of moving us when it looked like we might get rained out — all for a very small group.
All of the team members were incredible, and standouts were Chris, Peter, Alexander and Rob (or was it Rod — sorry if I got this wrong) took absolute care of our small group for the entire time we stayed.
The rooftop infinity pool is a gorgeous spot to spend some time, the restaurants (and even the room-service burgers) are top-notch, and the hotel itself is located walking distance from an almost unlimited number of dining options in Southbank.
The Cabana Rooms (on the top floor) are opulent, have a balcony that overlooks the pool, and the kind of bathtub you dream about. Also, the rooms that aren't as high-up in the building are still striking (we had to extend because of lockdown and the room we were staying in was booked) and are very competitively-priced.
I cannot recommend this hotel to you more highly. We will be going back for our anniversary, without a doubt.

Very happy with the stay at Emporium Hotel, in Brisbane. The facilities (e.g., gym, pool, bar and restaurant) are great, rooms clean and extremely comfortable, good breakfast and friendly staff. There are complimentary bottles of water everywhere, which is an amazing initiative.
I was disappointed with the fact that I couldn't use my streaming device as the TV is locked-in behind the mirror and HDMI entries are not available (*if available in any way, the instructions should be clear as I tried and couldn't find a way to plug anything in). That's unacceptable that such a beautiful and modern hotel doesn't offer this basic feature; I'm not sure if the reason is to make customers pay for the pay-per-view content, but, again, we are not in the 1990's anymore, that's not justifiable, and will cost one star here.
I'd definitely stay at Emporium again, particularly if the "problem" I´ve described is corrected (just leave a HDMI cable available).
K. L.
This place is a gem of a find right on the South Bank in Brisbane. The elevators are an entertainment in themselves. Food great, ambience fantastic, rooftop bar has the best of Brisbane views. Great French patisserie right next door. Easy walk into the city. Restaurants right on
Your doorstep. The TV is in the mirror, which is unique as otherwise it just a mirror. Bathroom immaculate. Service first class with very attentive staff
B. A.
Had dinner on the 28th of may, however the highlight of the night was made by Ernnesto the bar tender who made well balance and exciting cocktails.
Big thank you, to the entire team and the drinks which were complimented by the tasteful dishes.
J. h.
Wowy what a fancy place! Loved everything about it. The view from the pool is breathtaking and so gorgeous!
A. O.
A little disappointed, had to wait over an hour for our room at 2pm check in when we asked after an hour of waiting in the bar (the bar was amazing best Espresso martini I’ve ever had) they told us 2 minutes we sat back down for a further 5 and had to go back up and ask and finally after feeling like we had annoyed them was given our room key, our luggage was also just put in a corner on the floor while we waited beside the desk anyone could have picked up, Our room the twin river view was nice felt quiet grand the lack of instructions for the air con that didn’t seem to be working when It was clearly showing it was on on the screen. We are generally tec savvy but we couldn’t work it out no instructions of any type or booklet to display room features or hotel features, We had a hot restless night. Breakfast was yum the service was impeccable In the restaurant!

My husband and I stayed at Emporium last weekend for our anniversary. We arrived on Friday late afternoon and departed late afternoon on Sunday.
When we arrived, the concierge team could not do enough for us, they took our car, our luggage was whisked off to our room, they arranged for our car to be cleaned and off we went to reception to check in where the reception staff were more than helpful, polite and attentive.
Room/Suite - We went up to our exquisite suite on the 18th floor which was just beautiful. It was spacious, there was a cocktail bar, a gorgeous luxurious bathroom, bathtub, triple shower and blinds that opened automatically - the only one small fault was that there was no lid on the cocktail shaker we had planned to use however guest services rectified this within 30 minutes of our call
Piano bar - we ordered two drinks after we returned to the hotel post dinner and before we went back to our room. The bar was practically empty with only three other couples there... we waiting 45 minutes for our drinks as the bartender was too busy messing around, talking to other staff members and the couple who were sat at the bar - the drinks finally arrived and were awful (whipped cream on an espresso martini) so we popped them on our room bill, left them and went to our room.
Spa - We went to the healing stone spa on level 21 for an 80 minutes massage on the Sunday before departing.Whilst the massage itself was very nice, there were no facilities, no changing rooms with plugs to dry your hair etc which was a little annoying since we were then going out in Brisbane for lunch and drinks.
Breakfast - breakfast was GREAT - in both the french patisserie downstairs which we LOVED and also the terrace bar - it was incredibly tasty and great waiting on staff however we made a booking for Sunday at the Terrace bar 9.00AM for breakfast - we arrived at exactly 8.59, the female manager/hostess saw us and wandered off talking to a colleague, at 9.05AM we went to walk in and were told to wait at the door to be seated so continued to wait even longer until 9.12 until we were finally looked after. We pointed at a table of two and said could we possibly sit there and the response was "no it's reserved" .. my husband replied "it could be reserved for us, we booked for 9.00AM" she told us she didn't have our booking even though I had a message to my phone from emporium confirming this booking. They then put the bill down on the table before we had even ordered our food and requested we settle it now.
Terrace bar - We called at the beginning of the week and booked (with a girl called charlotte) the terrace bar for Saturday night for 5.30pm , I specifically requested a cocktail table on the balcony, she said that was no problem, repeated the whole booking and that was it sorted. When we arrive, the male manager who was on host and seating people seemed overly stressed, he very very abrupt with everyone and sat us down in the middle of the room, we explained we had actually booked an outdoor table (there was only one other outdoor table being used) he said "you can't have, we don't book those tables, so I said oh we definitely booked one with a girl called charlotte and his response was "well she shouldn't have done that because we don't reserve them" and continued to sit us in the middle of the room even though there was clearly a lot of space for us to sit there.
Pool area - AMAZING, beautiful views, lovely sun loungers, great poolside service and cocktails, lovely staff. It would have been nice if there was a little background music round the pool and if there wasn't a sun lounger underneath the shower as we weren't able to access it with someone lying on the sun lounger. Aside from those few comments - AMAZING
Overall our stay was wonderful and we will definitely return, I feel it's important to give the constructive feedback especially when paying around $2,000 for 2 nights on little tweaks that could take this 5 star hotel to the next level
D. A.
Table service was nice. Good vibes!
J. 6.
Brilliant service, great dinning experience. Both the people and the building are first rate.
We enjoyed a meal in their signature resturant, while family stayed there, but we had previously stayed a few nights during river fire.
Highly reconmended.
T. C.
Ashleigh was amazing at the front desk.and the service was spot on from the time we got there, to the time we left
G. V.
Beautiful 5 star hotel. The service was excellent.
K. T.
Beautiful place, with friendly staffs but food was below average. We didn't want to complain anything because the service was good. Sorry i can't help my self but to put a review about how bad was the food. I am so sorry but i think you guys have to change your menu. We ordered spare ribs with extra side of bao. The bao was soaking in oil (yes it was mentioned fried, but we received deep fried bao) the spare ribs were tasteless and dry. We also ordered sashimi (in thick sliced) , pasta bolognaise and beef brisket (also tasteless and dry) .
I don't know how would you take my review but we want you to know that we love the place and the service but we didn't like your food, it was worst than ikea preheat dish
A. J.
Awesome place to stay and visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
H. S.
Every single staff member here was so professional yet kind and sincere, and extremely helpful. They respond to emails quickly. The rooms are amazing, very well cleaned. We came here for our honeymoon and they made the experience awesome.
EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING.
Can’t fault the emporium at all!
😁

Probably one of the best luxury hotels. The elevators have in-built screens that have constant moving imagery (a warning for anyone who do not do well with flashy light tvs) and their rooftop pool has amazing views and even have birds living in the trees. We stayed in a river view suite and the walls were all mirrors which made the room look really large. The bath tub was a good large size and there was two showers so you can have the main one dripping straight down or hold the removable head around. You can get room service which the food was decent or you can go downstairs and just buy from Woolworths or eat at the restaurants nearby. Just slightly disappointed with the plumbing as the toilet flush and the spa button for the bath were both temperamental. Also disappointed with the Bluetooth speakers as you can't really pair with it since you need to pair with code and the tv won't display it; you have to use the screen share casting option instead which is only available on certain devices.

Wow! What are a great hotel. So luxurious and comfortable. Great and attentive staff
C. T.
We stayed for our anniversary in the river suite and it was amazing. Couldn’t fault a single thing, the staff were friendly and attentive, they gave us a bottle of champagne for our special occasion and even snuck into our room to place heart shaped chocolates on our pillows while we ducked out to get dinner! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!!
J.
Fantastic family stay at this hotel ... service is outstanding and the roof top pool amazing.
Really enjoyed stay and would come again.
Few improvements for management to note :
1) Please label food at breakfast bar.
2) Please clean floor at rooftop bar.
3) Let guests AHEAD of TIME know that pool may not be open if it’s raining or there is too much rain.
Small improvements would make this 5+ Start hotel.
M. B.
The staff were amazing from check in to check out. Really super friendly and helpful. It was a one night stay with my better half and we had a massive suite with a river view. Everything was so clean and all the touches they have made made the stay special. Will be back soon hopefully!!!
M. R.
We were excited about staying here for our wedding anniversary- but it wasn’t worth the higher cost. It would have been better to stay in the more expensive room at a property with a more reasonable price.
We ordered room service and asked for a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine from the mini bar. They couldn’t find one and by the time the food came and we’d eaten, we’d still not been able to open the wine. We ended up opening a more expensive bottle with a twist top, as we watched a film on the iPad (technology in room was limited).
The bathroom also flooded. The drain couldn’t move the water away and the whole ensuite filled with water. It is unpleasant wading through water and wet towels.
At breakfast service was slow- the Terrace couldn’t handle the volume of people or the wet weather as we waited 45mins for breakfast, while the wind and rain blew through the gaps in the bi-fold doors.
The bed was comfortable and the food was nice- the whole experience was alright, but when you pay for luxury you expect luxury and they didn’t meet the expectation they set with the exterior look and marketing. We were willing to pay for luxury and were disappointed. In the end all the extra costs stung (breakfast, parking, mini bar) as the receptionist smiled curtly, made a note about a blocked drain and said ‘see you next time.’ We’ll be going to The Sebel, The Pullman or the W.

No other word can describe this Incredible accommodation. Everything is beyond amazing. From the beautiful large rooms, containing every luxury possible. Stunning views and the most amazing food served up in the Rooftop Bar. And then topped off with The Best Pool EVER! Counting down the days till we can return . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ☆☆☆☆☆
B. R.
Incredible rooms & lobby/valet parking staff were excellent and very attentive! Maddy who checked us in was lovely.
We stayed in a twin river city suite and it was perfect - very clean, great pillows and soft comfy beds!
Sadly, the service at breakfast was appalling - would recommend you don’t bother and go to a cafe at Southbank. A little disappointing for a hotel of this standard! ☹️
A. M.
If you want to be spoilt, the wonderful staff here are more than willing!! Grand rooms, glorious views, cocktails by the Infinity Pool, fantastic gym & elevators that are a spectacle themselves. Come for the experience, return for the comfort & relaxation it'll give you!
M. C.
It’s very rare I feel compelled to write a review, & when I am it’s usually for all the wrong reasons…enter the Emporium Hotel South Bank…what an absolute breath of fresh air! This place is so highly recommended it would give you a nosebleed! From check in to check out a fantastic experience, staff were amazing, piano bar fantastic & the Terrace Rooftop Bar…OMG! Just when you think it can’t get any better you walk out onto the rooftop infinity pool area; words just couldn’t do it justice. The gymnasium, steam room, sauna & spar are immaculate & the rooms…are on another level! Elegant, bright, roomy & the mirror slash TV a nice tech touch. All in all an absolute pleasure, will be returning soon for sure! – Marco Catalano

We stayed at this hotel last night and we're very impressed by the size and luxurious furnishings of the room. The shower and the TV, the comfortable bed and good choice of teas were particularly pleasing. We didn't dine there but did have bar snacks and drinks on the terrace at sunset, by the time we left the roof was getting busy and taking on more of a night club vibe. Valet parking is excellent, trouble free check in and out, great service. Everything a good hotel is supposed to be, and a welcome addition to Brisbane.
D. W.
Very well appointed apartment with stunning views of Brisbane City. Roof top terrace restaurant has a diverse menu and vibrant atmosphere
P. L.
This is the second time we stayed in this beautiful hotel and we will definitely be back next time we visit Brisbane. All staff here at the hotel are polite and friendly, especially Nelson at valet he is terrific and helpful
D. B.
Lovely hotel and great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms could use a little maintenance and deep cleaning. The terrace offers great views of Brisbane CBD and river while enjoying light snacks and cocktails.
M. F. -. B.
Great rooftop bar and view although we arrived at 545pm and it was already packed with people and it was night club mode. We expected a quiet drink before dinner.
We had to stand in the middle of the room as there was limited seating. Perhaps lunch time would have been a better time to visit.

Went here for our anniversary. IT WAS AMAZING. The view we had was epic, overlooking Southbank and the Brisbane River. The room was elegant and the bath with the "magic" glass was awesome. Breakfast was so good with a huge selection of foods. All the staff were friendly. Bottom line is if your looking for a romantic night/weekend this is the place, the price is worth it.
B. M.
This is an amazing hotel. Service is exemplary, facilities amazing. Definitely a great stay. No mention of having to book for breakfast on check in, breakfast as a result was very rushed. Food was ok, coffee was warm.at best. Everything else about the stay was first class
R. M.
Great view, beautiful decor and great service, comfortable. Interesting cocktails. Bit expensive, but perfect for a treat.
J. C.
The whole experience from check in to check out was friendly, efficient and very enjoyable. My stay was a birthday treat with my daughter and I was impressed with the personalised card welcoming us to the hotel (not to mention the yummy block of chocolate!!!). The rooftop bar was a fabulous place for a birthday cocktail. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Thank you Emporium.

I can’t say nothing about rooms because I have a room suite ❣️🥂 and rooms r excellent But instead of the rooms I will tell her how is sky bar this is the sky bar of Brisbane. View east astonishing you can see half of Brisbane ❣️ this sky Park is must see ❣️ it’s always very crowded people are very beautifully dress. This is place to be and show up❤️🥂
Then swimming pool area is really beautiful and view astonishing❣️ Gym is also good with nice view but sauna area is beautiful and nice but I could not find any spot where to put towels and they didn’t have any shampoo or soap no changing rooms no place where put soup and shampoo no hooks for towels and clothes 😡😡🤬🤬 really zero stars for that! Disgusting to change your clothes in sauna what is wet after shower!
D. M.
My friend and I had dinner at The Signature restaurant and it was just amazing. Incredible customer service, gorgeous French waiters and the food was to die for. I had the best martini as well. We started with cavier then scallops & roasted pumpkin. Highly recommend this restaurant for a gorgeous night out of fine dining. We will be back.
S.
We had our anniversary dinner at the restaurant of this hotel and it was absolutely fantastic! The service, the dishes, the beverages and the atmosphere were perfect. We really liked the interior decor, too. Modern with a touch of cosiness. We will go back!

WOW, WOW, WOW.
Staff, room, everything perfect.
First time stay for our Anniversary and it was amazing.
Magical lifts.
First class service all the way.
Terrace bar amazing, Piano Bar chilled with awesome helpful staff.
Food great, cocktails even better.
Truly a luxurious stay.
Thank you.

I had dinner last night here with my wife. We have 3 kids and rarely get out, so we were excited to try this relatively new venue. We went to the rooftop terrace which was crowded, but a gent at the door was very happy to source us a table with an amazing view and sat us down. We ordered our meals but the crowd was pretty loud and people were bumping into our table - it was a Saturday night and the place was in full swing. We felt like we'd made a mistake and should have eaten downstairs instead as it was a bit too loud (damn I sound old typing that!). We didn't want to cause a fuss but casually mentioned it to our waiter Jackie, and he said he'd fix it. He went away and came back with another waiter, Guy. These two waiters then asked us to accompany them, they took us through a door to a private rooftop terrace off the penthouse pool which they had just reset after a function. It was absolutely breath-taking! They closed off the area just for us, and we had the most incredible candle-lit dinner just the two of us, looking out over the entire Brisbane skyline. The food was superb and the effort and consideration both Guy and Jackie put into saving our evening was highly appreciated. These two staff are an absolute credit to the hospitality industry. One of the best dinners we've had in a long time. Thank you Emporium - your new hotel looks amazing.
C. S.
In one word... amazing. Loved our stay here. From the fantastic customer service (BIG thanks to Jimmy) to the fabulous room/amenities to the excellent location, this new hotel is hard to fault. Just a note.... the rooftop bar is packed and noisy on a Saturday night so don't expect quiet cocktails as I did. River view rooms are a great choice.

I had the pleasure of being gifted a night in a king suite at the emporium hotel by my partner. From the time we pulled the car up to the valet we were so impressed. Adam’s friendly face greeted us and swept us out of the car and into the lobby without us having to lift a finger with our bags or worry about our car. Phoebe greeted us at check-in and worked her magic so that we could enjoy our room much sooner without us even having to ask! She was so lovely and really made the effort to do everything she could for us to enjoy our stay. Sarah brought our bags up within minutes of us entering the room and took the time to show us all the fancy features! And boy did they impress us! The room has its own corner bar, a fully stocked wine fridge and seperate coffee area, light up wardrobe, the comfiest of beds, FREE SLIPPERS, and a pillow menu. But the full marble bathroom with his and her sinks is the real show stopper! The shower is HUGE and has a second rain shower head that you can run at the same time as the normal shower. The shower is full see through glass but with the click of a button has a frost setting for privacy! You seriously have to see it to believe it! Plus, the water pressure was WONDERFUL! Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better the gorgeous gold feature mirror is actually also a tv! The size of the room was insane and we were so so sad to leave! Did I mention the amazing elevator illusions?!
This is definitely a five star experience, not just because of the room features, snazzy bar or breathtaking views, but because of the staff! Everyone is so genuinely friendly and happy and all took the time to smile and wave or have a chat when they saw us around. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much for having us!
J. B.
I cannot say enough about the quality of tonight's NYE on the top floor of the Emporium. Simply magnificent! Fantastic food all night, outstanding live band duo, super friendly staff, quick flowing drinks, amazing views, gorgeous venue. We had guests from overseas and we wanted to impress them with NYE Brisbane and you exceeded our expectations. Thanks so much, thanks to the staff who delivered above and beyond! 10/10! Unfortunate ending to the night.
P. K.
The most wonderful thing in this hotel is the gorgeous swimming pool, you will be able to see the beautiful Brisbane river while enjoying a swim. The pool service was great and the staff helped us to get some more chairs and he was very attentive and professional.
Our room was very HUGE and clean. Everything was very user friendly. We were very satisfied.
The Bar at level 21: We went there on Boxing Day, there was insufficient staff in the bar. The cocktails were just ok (I can easily find better cocktails in a local pub). We have been waiting for a long time for our cocktails. no one was cleaning and tidying our table while we sit down for almost 10 minutes. We had a very bad experience there. Low quality of customer experiences and services.
S. B.
Went here last weekend and was pleasantly surprised. The rooftop bar is beautiful. We came a bit later so we missed the sunset but the night sky was still gorgeous. Everything looked new and clean, the fit out was amazing. The staff were very professional and friendly, and a special mention to Charlie who was very pleasant and incredibly professional despite being hounded and harassed to get in by so many people. She manage to keep well composed and was incredibly professional at all times.
This bar will be one of our new favourite places and we can't wait to go again
S. D.
Absolutely one of the finest hotels in Autralia.
The roof top Terrace is an incredible experience. The rooms are exquisitely designed to enhance peace, calm and an oasis of tranquillity in the city centre. I'LL BE BACK😁
H. H.
Had an amazing stay here. The staff are friendly. The food is delicious. Loved the colour changing lift! The bed was comfy and the King Suite really was something special. Loved the fragrance bath salt crystals to indulge in the jet bath, the frosted electronic glass walls, the electronic controls for lightning, the duel shower heads, even the automatic blinds. It was a real treat to enjoy a stay here. So close to everything in Southbank you can walk, and the city is just over the river. And the Huge mirror in the suite that turned into a TV. Very cool. Recommend it!!

Clean bathroom, comfortable bed and tasty conference food.
Breakfast buffet was good (but not amazing), I ordered pancakes separately and it was not that great. Coffee was great and so was the atmosphere.
One scary incident:
I was walking back to the hotel and lots of glass pieces fell down from upstairs. Looked like a broken window from upstairs. Had I walked faster I would of be injured or killed.
But I will still go back and stay there because it was clean and spacious.

By far the best experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are top quality with no expense spared. We received a courtesy call from concierge about 30 minutes after checking in to confirm we were satisfied - what a lovely touch! We would definitely come back and would recommend to anyone wanting a luxury stay.

Nice hotel, rooms were really comfortable and modern. Technology and audiovisual was pretty cool. Pool was cooler in the morning and warm in the evening, to be expected. The terrace is a bit hoity and being next to the pool, I think those dress codes need to lax a bit so quests can enjoy ammentities pool/ then stop in at terrace after. Highlights were the pillow menu, brass throughout, concierge's service was spot on. Overall really nice experience.

My son Scott Jones took me here for a Mother's Day week-end. On our arrival Saturday afternoon we were welcomed by a most pleasant and courteous staff. After settling into our suite, we went to the 21 st floor bar where we indulged in a couple of glasses of Champagne. Saturday Evening, this bar is very busy and enjoyed by the younger generation. We however, opted to have a snack and enjoy the music downstairs in THE PIANO BAR. Sunday morning we took a short stroll through the gardens of beautiful bougainvillea to visit the local markets where they sell their interesting wares. We had a nice coffee, Scotty bought me some lovely garments etc.,then wandered back to prepare ourselves for the special MOTHER'S DAY LUNCHEON. The meal was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. This was served in the bar upstairs where we sat and admired the fantastic view of the city whilst partaking a few more Champagnes and enjoying a grand meal.
The decor of the hotel is really something. Very Bright and different with all it's glass and mirrors.
The service we received from the entire staff was superb. It was possibly the most enjoyable Mother's Day I have had for many years. I can hardly wait for another visit. Many thanks to all the staff who took such great of us. Loved every moment of our visit.

Views views views.. bar is very funky with psychedelic colors and kaleidoscopic imagery including elevators.. but best views of Brisbane city..
J. L.
Amazing place with beautiful rooms and great service. Shout out to Elina at the reception desk. Very helpful and wonderful, she went above and beyond to help us out this morning.
T. N.
Was at the hotel to attend a wedding reception on their opening weekend and was amazed by the look and feel of the lobby and function room. Very impressive. The food was great and the hotel staff were attentive, friendly and happy to accomodate.
Yet to stay in the hotel so can’t comment about that. We were a little disappointed though that we were not allowed to go up to the rooftop pool area because we were technically “not guests”. Will come back another day.
G. C.
Classy yet modern and upscale restaurant and bar. Excellent customer service. Beautiful bathroom (I had to say it) Amazing views. Love it.
M. M.
I visited the hotel for for lunch and the place is gorgeous. The piano lobby bar has amazing cocktails on offer, great service and great food. Shout out to Ray, he took care of us and was very personal, his espresso martinis are phénoménal!
G. C.
Stunning hotel. Nothing more to say really, the rooms are exquisite. Check out the photos from the room. Massive bathroom and spa. Huge shower could fit 4 people!! Lol. Magic glass for privacy. TV screen hidden behind a mirror. Great views. Pool and facilities, spa, sauna, gym, steam, day spa are simply amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful as well. Not cheap but well worth the money and experience.

Located in the Southbank precinct, this boutique hotel is definitely worth a visit. You can check out the this hotel on its website to check on the packages that would be available. You could also venture up to the 21st floor to The Terrace a boutique bar and restaurant. The views you get from this part of the hotel are absolutely fantastic.
Great views of the the Brisbane CBD & Brisbane River.
You could have Brunch up in location until 11.00 am. Lunch is served from 12.00pm onwards. You need to go up this area to really appreciate what this place can offer for a wide range of people either staying at the hotel or just enjoying a good time.
There are other restaurant's at the Emporium Hotel as well as Function areas for corporate events or weddings.
Parking is available for people staying at the hotel, there is a charge for parking.
The staff at reception are very friendly, & make you feel most welcome.
Can't wait to go back again to enjoy this beautifully designed hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room service was amazing, staff were lovely and accommodating. Definitely will be rebooking at this hotel for future stays.
P. K.
Great place, good views great atmosphere and food to marc. We had a fantastic Sunday afternoon that lingered well into the evening.
Highly recommend.
a. F.
Outstanding service.
We checked in a little early, so went for drinks on the terrace bar, and the front desk lady came and found us, to give us our key
The roof top bar here runs rings around the 'W' hotel.
This hotel needs to be a 6 star,
Its amazing
F. D.
What an evening!!!! I booked a table at Signature for our wedding anniversary. The whole experience was amazing from the Valet Parking to the elevator going to the roof top bar. Thank you to Cesar, Antoine, Alex and all the team at Emporium for making it a memorable evening. The food was awesome and very well priced for such quality. A special thanks to Jimmy at the Valet Parking, great customer service. We will definitely come back.
S. S.
Stayed here recently for 3 nights with family. Perfect location. Very comfortable rooms. Fast room service. Good facilities on rooftop. Lvl 7 or higher for best views of city at night and river. Nice to see the steam rooms making a comeback!
G. M.
I was fortunate to stay here as part of Mater Mothers early discharge from hospital program - but I found the staff, room, food and amenities down right awesome. Great location, friendly staff and room was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.
J. K.
While visiting from Canberra recently, my husband and I were introduced to the stylish rooftop bar of this hotel by friends who live in South Bank. It is a fabulous place for a drink and catch up with friends on a Friday evening. The decor is amazing and It was full of atmosphere with large comfortable lounge chairs as well as smaller more intimate tables as well as nice background music and a fabulous view out on the balcony. The funky illuminated light show in the lift makes it a fun ride up and down. We didn’t get to eat but our friends said they have always enjoyed excellent food from the menu. The selection of gins was impressive and included both Australian and international varieties. Strange that there was only one Australian Whiskey though - and no Australian brandy (not that we have many - yet!). There was a good selection of cocktails.
J. A.
One of the coolest and most modern hotels I’ve ever been to. The Night life atmosphere is incredible. The rooftop bar was stunning and definitely the “spot” to be. Loved our stay here.
j. s.
Myself and my husband spent my 30th Birthday in a vista king suite recently and loved IT!!!! Beautiful view, room fittings and service. Especially thanks to Nicholas the Assistant Manager for the gift sparkling wine, very thoughtful. Thank you Emporium South Bank for making my ISO birthday so special. xoxo
M. M.
Unforgettable experience!
Simply superb 2 night stay. The attention to detail in design and function is the best we've seen in Brisbane.
Lavishly decorated rooms with spectacular views and the incomparable rooftop bar to enjoy as well.
Already planning our next stay!
J. *.
Wonderful hotel for the price. Amazing rooms with touch home controls. Comfortable beds and exquisite ensuite. Service was excellent with a real luxurious design. Rooftop pool was amazing with extraordinary views of the city both day and night. gym access with a view and access to sauna and steam room. Food was pricey but many eateries just a stroll down the street. Very close to brisbane river and streets beach. Perfect place to enjoy what the city has to offer.
K. D.
If you're after a first class stay in Brisbane, look no further than the Emporium Hotel Southbank. The staff were amazing in helping me organise a surprise romantic weekend to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. The room (river king suite) was divine! Everything you could dream of. Breakfast was impressive too. All in all, a wonderful stay. A special thank you to Graham for helping me out. We'll be back for sure :)
H. B.
The lobby of the hotel was captivating, making me excited to go up to the rooftop bar, The Terrace. When we exited the elevator we were met with a beautiful bar, light up marble tiles floor and mirrors all over, this is one of the prettiest bars I've ever seen. The drinks are on the more expensive side, but the view from the outside area makes up for it.
E. F.
Absolutely wonderful stay 😀 Clean rooms, wonderful view, comfortable beds. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Delicious cocktails and fabulous rooftop bar.
M. D.
This has to be the best hotel in Brisbane! The staff are always very welcoming, the view to the city from the rooftop is breathtaking and the food in the cafe and restaurant is delicious. The highlight in our room (city facing) was having a bath whilst being able to enjoy the Brisbane city lights. Will certainly stay again.
N. S.
Stayed here Mid OCT 2019 for our baby moon.
Hotel and rooms are very nice. The Rooftop pool is great for relaxing with a fantastic view of Brisbane. If your looking for a stylish boutique luxury hotel - this is the place.
J. L.
Honestly, this hotel is hands down the BEST we have ever stayed at and my husband and I travel a lot. Beautiful decor amd spacious rooms with a unique touch to give it the extra special sonething. The staff under the stewardship of Chief Concierge Graham
are well and truly 5 star. Do yourselves a favor and visit the exquisite Emporium.
J. L.
We had our wedding reception at the Emporium Hotel back in September 2018 and had a really good time. Staff were friendly and hospitable, even the turn-down service staff were very welcoming. There were a few small hiccups as it was their opening weekend, but nothing major. Our guests enjoyed the reception and are still talking about it to this day.
J. M.
Modern, sophisticated upmarket hotel with live music entertainment, and a breathtakingly remarkable roof top bar /open air viewing platform over Brisbane city. Even their unique lifts, to such panoramic night vistas over Brisbane, surround the occupants with electronic / visually dramatic displays ( walls, floor and ceiling).
A wonderful experience, with excellent, friendly staff, and facilities.
G. V. D.
This hotel had the most stunning view at the bar from top floor...great vibe and music - will come again
N. W.
Spectacular view across Brisbane from the Terrace Bar. The decor was interesting with the back lit floor and bar. Riding an elevator with lcd screens for walls and floor was fun too. Nice peach mojitos as well.
The only annoying thing was the number of tables with reserved labels on them. It seemed like there weren't many available tables for people who don't have a reservation. It meant that you had to be careful not to leave your seat, otherwise it got snapped up by someone else lurking nearby.
Still a great experience though. Pleased we went.
a.
A nice place, but the service was appalling. We ordered 3 very simple drinks and after 20 minutes we still hadn't received them! The team manager (who took our orders) had actually left and we were left waiting until another worker helped us.
L. H.
Stayed at the Emporium for the Mater Mother's program. The stay was fantastic, the staff were incredible and the hotel left us feeling well relaxed and well looked after. Awesome program, great stay, highly recommended.
N. J.
From the front desk staff to the valet l, they all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We can not recommend this hotel enough. We will be back again very soon.
S. W.
A fantastic New hotel in a perfect location. It's rooms are very plush with amazing modern automation systems, the hotel is chic from it's lobby to it's Hi-Tech lifts. Bang in the middle of the cultural precinct, we found the staff super helpful too. Highly recommended.
H. C.
Brilliant hotel in the heart of the Main Street of Brisbane. Caters to all travellers. Brilliant staff and amenities. ||Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. ||Pool area makes you feel you are away from the city but you are a stones throw from amazing restaurants, shops and entertainment.
B. N.
A place to relax. Good food and drinks too🇷🇼
C. B.
I've thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Delightfully surprised by the use of technology throughout the hotel ( I didn't know where the tv was located 😂 Found it eventually). Amazing city views from the infinity pool area. The lifts! It's a must to just go there to ride in them! Very accessible, right next to South Bank Station, direct ride to and from Brisbane Airport. Woolworths and eateries next door. Amazing hotel, worthy of the awards it's received.
J. K.
Loved the room. Definitely one of the biggest room I’ve ever stayed. Great service, I felt comfortable with the staff all the time.
D. S.
Very good hotel. Slightly pricier than other choices but worth it. Well situated very close to museum and gallery area, riverfront and public transport (major train and bus station literally outside making any trip, including transfer to and from airport on the train a breeze).
Well proportioned rooms, lovely outlook (we had riverview room), great bathroom. Good in room tea and coffee provisions, well stocked mini bar. The only downside is heavy commercial attitude. Everything is for sale, from mini bar items to pillows etc. The TV is devoid of any movie channels to make you pay around $15 for rentals. Other than that it's nice
A. P.
Stunning modern room and great service. The roof bar is really fun, great views. We had a work event there and the service and quality of food was fantastic.
S. G.
My family was staying here and we went to visit them on Sunday afternoon. Both the hotel and the apartments are quite impressive. We decided to pop up to the rooftop bar for a quiet drink but I found when traversing from the apartments to the hotel that the concierge was extremely rude and very uninviting. Sorry guys you work in a service based industry and there is a lot of competition in Brisbane now so it’s time to drop the pretences. Maybe we didn’t fit their profile but never judge a book by its cover.
Our family members explained that he was staying in the apartments and that we wished to go to the rooftop bar and viewing platform for a drink and the conceirge made it difficult.
Now we weren’t scruffy by any means but it was a Sunday afternoon and we were wearing dress shorts and T shirts for goodness sake it’s Brisbane.
Once we finally made it upstairs the view was amazing the staff were excellent and the drinks were well very priced.
Would I go back probably not, but never say never if business takes me there but the W is right down the road.
First impression count
R. G.
One of the finis hotels we have traveled to. The decor amazing, the terrace lounge has fantastic views. The best part was the staff, from the security man at the terrace to the driver of the hotel car everyone was friendly, helpful fabulous
C. G.
No pun intended but the top level bar at the Emporium is next level. Excellent views of Brisbane make it a place to enjoy a cocktail or Belvedere on any evening and it has an epic design from floor to ceiling, this place is a definite for date night and is stunning. The servers are sharpe and professional, drinks are good and so is the food 🥂🍽🍸
D. G.
Absolutely fantastic! Would stay at the Emporium South Bank again in a heart beat and hopefully next time without the COVID restrictions around dining/drinking. Big thank you to John for making our 5 year anniversary special it was much appreciated. If I could offer any feedback on what was an amazing stay it would be that you make your in room multimedia system compatible with iPhones and AirPlay - it would be nice to be able to stream Netflix or the like from your own device to the TV. See you again soon :)
J. S.
I took my mum to the high tea on the rooftop. WOW! Everything about it was sensational, absolutely spectacular. The food, the service by Zachary? so beyond our expectations to make our afternoon extremely memorable and special. THANK YOU
A. M.
Hotel is luxury and worth its money.
Most spacious rooms in segment in BNE.
Modern controllers of your room light, aircon etc.
Not 5 stars for restaurant (other post)
B. B.
Honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The views from the pool and the Terrace are incredible. We were lucky enough to enjoy this hotel during Riverfire and so got to see the fireworks etc. A wonderful experience.

This time we had food in the piano bar which was very very good. The roof top bar us always good great views and staff
H. E.
Fantastic spot, gorgeous pool view only open to guests staying. Friendly staff and grand while minimalistic styling. The food on the rooftop was fabulous.
R. L.
We went to the rooftop bar this afternoon, the view is fantastic and the signature rosella spritz we ordered must be very popular among girls, pinky and sweet.
N. M.
The room is amazing , pool great / bar fantastic .
Check was average and menu not the best .
All in all i was very impressed
i.
One of the best hotels. The riverside suite was amazing! Spacious shower, spa, mini bar and snack area. Great view of southbank especially at night. The bed was very comfy and also had a selection of pillows you can choose from. My partner loved the room a lot. The hotel also has an infinity pool up on the rooftop with a gym, steam room and sauna which also i might add a food and beverage service. The hotel also has a couple of restuarants for fine dining and a piano bar. So basically it has everything you need for a relaxing stay. And the staff were exceptional i might add. 10/10
R. K.
Great service. Friendly staff.
Nice rooms.
J. S.
Overall - Great staff, good atmosphere, good amenities.
Mattresses in our room were depressed so we had two nights of poor sleep.
T. W.
Great service, efficient and friendly staff, great food and drinks.
L. T.
Stay was very good. Clean, comfortable, and we didn't receive any noise complaints. The missus is a screamer.
N.
Great view! Can be a little stuffy down the pool end of the venue when the roof is closed. Was surprised at availability of seating which was great for the weekend before Christmas. Worth a visit. Give the lychee cocktail a go.
G. L.
Pleasant staff all round. Was at a private function. As a paying customer/guest, Parking at the venue should be complimentary. Imagine a 3h event!
C. F.
One of our favourite places especially the Signature restaurant and bar - best espresso Martinis in Brisbane.
J. G.
Do yourself favour and stay here. Amazing service, great amenities, terrific location and reasonable price.
Not one negative comment at all.
D. H.
Brisbane's newest 5 star hotel doesn't hold back! They've taken the winning formula they had in the Valley and stepped it upa notch. Great menu, and not super expensive considering the decor, setting and menu. Recommend!
M. F.
Great place to stop by. Queenslands best boutique bar -The Terrace with beautiful city view.
Amazing restaurants and bar. Great hospitality team.
Highly recommend for a stay if someone is looking for a great experience.

Over a month ago my partner and I got married at Southbank emporium! Our experience was beyond exceptional, Amanda and the events team help and coordinate the whole day, with nothing being an issue. Every thing ran smoothly, thanks to the team!

Over the top design hotel with great service and food. Bit too much mirrors and gold in the rooms for my liking.
S. P.
Beautiful suite. Staff lovely.
G. F.
At last 5 star service and menu at South bank. They have a great team, all the way from the front door to the bar, restaurant. Food quality excellent.
A. P.
Fantastic service, very swish, spacious room and amenities. Would've liked a way to watch Netflix or other streaming services in room (only limited channels and paid movie options).
K. M.
Love going here - the rooftop terrace bar is wonderful with amazing city views and the piano bar and main restaurant are superb.
D. C.
We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay at the hotel, and could not rate the hotel, staff and facilities any higher. Just stunning..
A. C.

The best hotel I’ve stayed ever in Australia.
View was beautiful, high quality all of services.
A. P.
Incredible food. Excellent staff. And the top floor bar is immaculate. Highly recommend if you are visiting Brisbane or even if you live here and never been!!
T. H.
Tonight was a wonderful experience for tapas and quiet drinks with the girls. James in particular was warm and friendly. His service is oustanding!
S. N.
My partner and I stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. He asked for the pamper package which consists of rose petals and candles to be placed in the room. This unfortunately did not happen so he requested it for the next night and again nothing, yet they were happy to charge us for it twice. Very disappointed that such a thing was overlooked on both occasions.
C. M.
I stay in alot hotels all over Australia and this hands down in one of the best. Amazing and bar at the top with infinity pool. Massive rooms and the whole hotel is design and decorated to 100%
R. L.
Has a great restaurant on top.
J. M.
Dropped in for an off the track late lunch on their Terrace bar, incredible river view and service! The oysters with tarragon recommended by Nisa are beyond amazing and generously served on a cute bed of salt. The best eastsides and espresso martinis in Brisbane can be found with bartender Nile, refreshing and truly hit the spot.
We are woefully not staying in the hotel itself but we definitely know where to return when we stay in Brisbane again!
C. A.
Absolutely beautiful, loved our king suite, extremely relaxing overnight stay. Gorgeous views of the city at night. Thankyou Emporium
M. D.
Ohh what can I say ? The best spot in Brisbane for an afternoon drink and food.. Fantastic view over the city and river.. cool and breezy location.. elegant surroundings and people around you.. We had a lovely stay at the Emporium Hotel. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and our family paid for our accommodation. The room was opulent and the staff very obliging. It was also very central.
B. H.
Beautiful, clean, very modern luxury accommodation with attention to detail. Staff are very professional, courteous and friendly.
G. H.
Amazing views from this chic rooftop bar. Food great. Would have been good to get appetizers before main as requested so a little disappointed with service, otherwise good.
R. A.
Rooftop bar rivals anything in the world. I am lucky to have been to some great rooftop bars- this is amazing. Beautiful fit out, lit floor and star gazing roof top. As good as it gets.

Excellent rooftop bar with superb views around downtown Brisbane, overlooking the river. Chic location, with marvellous facilities, & bars along with good friendly service.
D. C.
I have been staying at the Emporium for years but this was my first time at the new South Bank location.
I brought my fiancé for his 30th birthday and the concierge Graham bent over backwards to help me.
He organised a whiskey tasting in the city which we were taken to in a Maserati. The team also organised one of the whiskeys from the tasting to be in the room upon our return with engraved glasses for the occasion.
At every turn they went above and beyond.
Emporium has been my top hotel choice for the last few years and will continue to stay that way.
L. M.
I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and the Emporium by far is the very best. The room was breathtaking, every element of the hotel was stunning and the staff were the politest and most helpful hotel staff I’ve ever come across. You won’t be disappointed with this hotel!
R. T.
Really nice hotel. I would have given it five stars but the housekeeping needs some attention. Breathtaking view from 21st floor.
D. C.
Customer service is tops! Love going to the Piano Bar, so entertaining and staff are very welcoming and attentive. My fave watering hole
L. F.
Love the expansive views from the balcony. The coffee was delicious. How about those lights in the 'disco lifts'.. they are worth getting stuck in!
F. H.
Nice fancy room but the mirror/TV means you'll watch TV watching the opposite wall reflection. A very bad good idea. (No one goes to a hotel to watch TV, do they?)
D. L.
Stay was pretty good! The public bathrooms really nice as well - attached to the restaurant.
Close to South Bank train station and the bus station, as well as local attractions.
M. H.
Great establishment, amazing food and drinks. A massive thank you to Natalia!! Absolutely amazing service. Extremely professional, knowledgeable & friendly.
P. S.
One of the best customer service experience to date. Beautiful service, the rooms are awesome. I loved it very much.
W. l.
Would be five stars if they weren't so expensive. 1700 for 3 nights and minibar barely touched. Amazing hotel, service was outstanding.
E. Z.
I was visiting Brisbane for the day with my friend Dr Liz Isenring and she took me to Emporium Hotel and we totally loved it. Top spt!
M. v.
Modern hotel and rooftop bar has a nice view. Lighting is a bit harsh and clinical, would benefit from a softer, warmer feel.
S. M.

Nice place but the service was a little bit patriarchal when it came to who in the group they were addressing. Also no food
E. H.
Every thing is always consistently perfect!!!
B. M.
While the setting, service and decor were fabulous the food was very disappointing. We were there for a function, not the restaurants, so please don't take this as a review of the restaurant.
C. R.
