M. F.We were on a day bus tour which unfortunately did not stay overnight as all the accommodation options seemed fantastic. For a farmstay it would be ideal as there is plenty going on, or room to enjoy some country tranquility. The hosts/guides were very friendly and knowledgeable.
B. S.Attended a wedding there 17/08/19. Never been there before stayed in the Main area where there was a very nice kitchen with all you could need. The 2 kitchens all with separate fridges.
The cabins are lovely too with own fireplaces and far enough away from the others.
Heaps of stuff to do walks, animals, canoes, water was too cool for me

From our very first meeting with Nikki she was amazing with communication. Then, on the weekend of our wedding the set up, service and pack up could not of ran any smoother thanks to the teams professionalism and excellent support. The venue is amazing with breathtaking scenery, excellent accomodation and amazing facilities. Thank you so much!
M. N.You don't usually write a review until you have stayed and left the property but I don't need to wait 3 days. What a stunning place. We are staying in cabin 1 right on the creek. There is everything we need for a self catering stay. Even mozzie spirals in the cupboard. And we expect to see a few of those being next to the creek.
Check in was fast and very helpful.
The cabin is spotless.
First thing was a dip in the creek. Water warmer than the sea at Hervey Bay. Canoes out tomorrow.
We ore ordered the dinner and breakfast BBQ packs and they are well worth the money. I will be posting a review on trip advisor and putting photos on.

S.Absolutely beautiful. the cabins are gorgeous, comfortable, clean and cosy and offers plenty of space between cabins for privacy and to give the feel of seclusion. the location is stunning and tranquil but close to town if needed. the owners are warm and welcoming and very helpful. Perfect place to do nothing and relax and there are activities on offer. Everything is taken care of and well thought out cant fault anything at all, perfection.

Also there rooms are amazing.
And the owners are very helpful and kind, and will help you if have a question about there farm, animals and local area.
The children are really nice and will also tell you about their animals and the farm.
F. T. W.We had the pleasure of attending a wedding at this working cattle property just 30 minutes from Rockhampton. The setting is alongside the beautiful Headlow Creek and if you are a keen photographer, you simply must relax in your deck chair waiting for the perfect opportunity to capture the end of the day, it is truly stunning. There are single cabins available as well as an ultra modern main building which has 4 rooms , all self contained and offering the option for families to indulge in a relaxing yet fun filled holiday. You certainly feel like you are in another place and time. This is a perfect spot for the laid back adventure.
A. V.One of the best places to chill unwind and just relax Ryan and Nicki are some of the most beautiful people you will meet. It may not be your typical 5 star resort but it's got character and charm in bucket loads.

There is no air conditioning. You miss this on hot days, but the wind is always present and with the fans it is also bearable.
In the shared kitchen, each room has its own refrigerator and a washing machine is also available. Those looking for peace and quiet are in good hands here, and farm tours are also offered for those who always wanted to be a farmer.

Wenn man einen Aufenthalt auf einer Farm denkt, hat man im ersten Moment vielleicht ein wenig Bedenken, was einem dort erwartet - in diesem Fall waren es total warmherzige und tolle Gastgeber, die den Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis machen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut.
Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden. An heißen Tagen vermißt man diese schon, aber der Wind ist immer präsent und mit den Ventilatoren lässt es sich auch aushalten.
In der Gemeinschaftsküche hat jedes Zimmer einen eigenen Kühlschrank und eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben, und für die, die immer Farmer werden wollten, werden auch Farmbesichtigungen angeboten.

Everything clean and cozy. Terrace overlooking the creek. Canoes are available free of charge. Choice between stove, gas grill or wooden grill. We got both beef, lamb and poultry for the BBQ. Along with a selection of vegetables and a platter of lettuce. Wine and beer can also be ordered. Parking is in front of the hut. No WLAN. After the BBQ just enjoy the wine and look at the starry sky. Great.

Kurz hinter Rockhampton findet sich dieser nette kleine Ort. Ein ganz toller Farmstay am Hedlow Creek. Zwei kleine gemütliche Holzhütte mit allem was man benötigt. Kühlschrank, TV, Ventilator alles da. Alles sauber und gemütlich. Terrasse mit Blick auf den Creek. Kanus stehen umsonst zur Verfügung. Auswahl zwischen Herd, Gasgrill oder Holzgrill. Wir haben zum BBQ sowohl Rind, Lamm als auch Geflügel bekommen. Zusammen mit einer Auswahl an Gemüse und einer Platte Salat. Wein und Bier kann ebenfalls geordert werden. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Hütte. Kein Wlan. Nach dem BBQ einfach den Wein genießen und den Sternenhimmel schauen. Toll.

Einfach ein Traum!!!! Wundervolle Leute, super Gegend und auch die Kabin's sind einfach nur schön! Von der Feuerstelle, Grillplatz bis hin zum eigenen Steg zum Wasser, alles nur traumhaft schön und toll!
Ein Ort für ruhige, entspannte Tage!!!
