Restaurant is good too with a photo display of the area before it was developed into the airport, which was also home to the Gibb family, better known as the Bee Gee's. Comfortable walking distance from the domestic terminal and railway station.
D. F.The Ibis in Brisbane was just acceptable. We stayed one night as it is walking distance to the airport. For this convenience alone we would visit again if we had to stay overnight in Brisbane for a connecting flight the following day. The continental breakfast was not that good. Mushrooms, poached eggs and bacon were acceptable. Sauasages were very tough, not sure how this can be achieved, but it was. Fruit was very bland and not sweet. For a Barista coffee you have to pay extra, which is not right given the food was not of a good standard. Overall, very average

This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down.

Price for takeaway bottle of wine I felt was over priced $45 was the cheapest option. Location was great. Aircons needed cleaning. Could see the dust in all

Tasted & looked like it was cooked 48 hours earlier, definitely not fresh. Check in & out staff very good. Catering staff acted as though there was no interest in customer service.

V. P.Very handy Airport stay when catching early or late flights. Under cover walk ways to the airport or hotel shuttle (not during covid) Reception staff were welcoming and check in was fast. We stayed here twice on this one trip aNd both rooms were modern clean and the bed was sensational for a great nights sleep. The block out blinds also helped. Our room over looked the control tower and further.We we’re in standard Queens which had large flat screen TV and free WIFI. Deck and chair in room. On-site bar and restaurant with buffet breakfast dinner or snacks. Food was good Check out was contact free and taxis were waiting out front $15 ride to domestic terminal at the Airport or a 10 minute walk.

C.Massive hands down to the staff, who were absolute angels and kept their cool when a bunch of grumpy people came to check-in at 2am (myself included)! They were very friendly, helpful and full of advice when checking in, leaving such a positive impression. With everyone being exhausted and short-tempered, it would have been so easy just to do the bare minimum when checking guests in. We were able to arrange a taxi for the next morning (and the member of staff gave us all the options & costs for transport), and organise a wake-up call. The rooms were also great and appear to have been designed with a short-stay/quick overnight traveller in mind - exactly what we needed for our stop-over in between flights (I think we were there for about 6 hours in total!) with enormous bathrooms and walk-in power showers, and a moderate sized room - small given the bathroom, but still large enough to fit an airport luggage trolley and 4 large luggage bags including a snowboard. They were even really good about us leaving our luggage trolleys in the foyer the next morning as we had a taxi to take us straight from the hotel to the international departures terminal.
The breakfast cafe has lots of options and everything priced individually (a very good range of foods including cereals), so no need to book breakfast in advance as you can just pay for what you feel like on the day. Things like ham & cheese croissant, or sausage & egg muffins were $6.50-$7.50, and a full English breakfast is around $18.50.
The walk from the domestic terminal to Ibis hotel is about 20 minutes and great if you don't have heaps of luggage.
p. n.I chose to stay here because of early flight and definety made departure a lot easier. Room was bright ,modern and clean on arrival. large bathroom. Good cafe on ground floor.

B. C.The room had a comfortable bed with a very effective block out blind, great night's sleep. Only downside was the bathroom setup let's water from the shower soak floor towels as pictured. Food at the attached restaurant is also quite good for the expected higher pricing.

The check in service was very good and we were made to feel welcome. Smiles all round! We had dinner at the restaurant and were very pleased with the quality of the food. I must say that the customer service was outstanding from all restaurant crew and really made the night a pleasant one. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, with everything that you need. Breakfast was again of great quality and again the customer service was of a very high standard. They actually made you feel like you were the most important person in the room. Check out was a breeze and again with smiles all around. Well done Ibis, you have left a very positive mark in our minds.

W. M.Hotel is very handy short walk to domestic airport. Room very good. Does need a coloured line from airport to hotel such as you find in hospitals to direct you to the right area as the route is not entirely clear. Anyone whingeing about the hotel needs to eat cement and toughen up 🙂

It is conveniently located near both domestic and international airports.The most outstanding thing is the customer service from their staff. The room was a good size with a view, modern furnishings and well presented.Most importantly the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and good wifi. Our air conditioning worked really well (unlike so many hotels). We can highly recommend!

The restaurant is so much better than it used to be with tasty, good size meals at a fair price - Accor member discount applies. Options of indoor/outdoor bar and dining. Always lovely staff. Very Covid conscious without being OTT.

C. L.The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the domestic terminal (sheltered access via the airtrain station and multi-storey car park). The staffs are efficient and my room is clean and comfortable. The restaurant on the ground floor serves a wide variety of hot dishes, light meals, desserts and drinks. (Order and pay at the cashier first.) There is wifi in my room and the speed is ok for emails but not for video-streaming. (There's an option to pay extra to upgrade to fast wifi.) Despite being close to the airport, the hotel is surprisingly quiet with no trace of flight noise. Although the room rate is not cheap, this hotel is still a better option than downtown hotels for travellers with overnight stopover, as a train ticket to the city already costs $18 one way.
S.What a hidden gem. Decided to stay close to the a/port for my early morning flight. Super friendly and efficient check in. Great room with a view of a gorgeous QLD sunset. Clean spacious room and a great restaurant with huge and tasty meals.

However I would highly recommend this Hotel for an overnight stay if you have an early departure or late arrival. Glenn the Hotel manager was very supportive and went above and beyond to make my stay there as comfortable as possible. I look forward to staying there the next time for my 7am flight and again when I return on an 11pm flight.
L. P. A.I enjoyed a nice sandwich toast set for my Lunch cost $10 at Cribb island restaurant. One thing I notice as an open kitchen. All people working on the kitchen are not wearing any hairnet or hat to cover thier hair. One boy had a bit long curly hair working in the kitchen as helper. Other chef are similar had a fair hair. It seems like a safety issue to have a look at by the management.

E. N. O.It is a 10 minute walk from the airport if you have a carry bag or light luggage. Those with more bags may catch a cab. Great hotel with a restaurant and conference centre. Rooms are great with nice views. Shower Items do not match other hotels but it is acceptable. Only negative is dirty & dusty looks outside the window blocking the great view.
M. E.Very handy location for both car hire return (next building) and then the to the domestic terminal. Staff were very friendly. We had a great view of the runway however the windows are in dire need of a clean. Aircon while on low as possible was barely cool enough to sleep.

C.A very functional hotel. Rooms small but comfortable and clean. We had a great view of the city off in the distance. The bistro is a bit garish with brightly coloured plastic chairs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The meals were OK too. Not fantastic but OK. The old adage 'You get what you pay for' applies here. We usually stay at the Pullman next door, which is a bit pricier but lovely.

Good protection from rainy weather - there was an ongoing thunderstorm while we heading to the hotel and we only got exposed to the weather on 2 occasions - both while crossing the road. The rooms are small but convenient and modern. The service was friendly and polite. The restaurant down stairs was great too and the staff was very polite and helpful.

S. P.Great hotel to stay at if you’ve got an early flight in the morning. The restaurant on site was surprisingly fantastic, with a big menu that’s all cooked on site. The kitchen was very accommodating and even cleaned our baby bottles. The room was big and had everything we needed to have a super cozy stay before we left Brisbane. Front desk were helpful and recommended the shuttle service which was cheap and easy.
M. E.Really pleasant hotel, very convenient location. It's only a short walk to domestic, well signposted and mostly undercover. When coming from international, tell your driver to exit the road into the Pullman and then continue 100m further to get to the Ibis. Our Uber driver did three laps as the maps aren't very clear.
We found the staff very friendly and food in the cafe quite good. Overall a very good standard and far different from so many airport locations that charge big $$$ and provide poor service.
A. M.Very convenient location if walking from the domestic terminal. Transfer shuttle service to the international terminal costs $5, which is fair. A nicely appointed room. Plenty of easy access power points, a fridge and ironing board plus plenty of floorspace. The bathroom only has a shower curtain separating the shower and toilet which I find a little irritating. Nice little bar/restaurant area. Overall a really nice & convenient hotel. Would stay here again.
K. B.I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. The front desk staff are quick and efficient. I arrived early, before 2pm and my room was ready upon arrival. The room is extremely neat, tidy and clean. I was supplied with plenty of coffee and UHT milk. There is currently no courtesy bus operating because of COVID restrictions but the domestic airport terminal is an easy 7 minute walk by a direct concrete pathway. The bistro staff and wine staff are a delight. The wine choice is currently limited to the very best Australian selection as international wine's are off the list. The bed is so comfy with best fluffy pillows I have ever experienced in a hotel. I will be back on my next interstate or international trip. Thanks for making me feel special and a valuable customer.
A. Z.Stayed here 4 times now. Close to domestic airport, can book shuttle which takes you to international. Rooms are very quiet despite being so close to the airport. Showers are great and strong stream. Continental buffet is good (but with standard food). Dinner al la carte has good selection and generous servings. Also, much cheaper than other options.

J. J.The hotel itself is quite new, and it reflects on the room: clean, functional and contemporary. Some might say it's smallish, but it's big enough for me and has everything I need. Staff were courteous and professional. The hotel's restaurant also has a decent selection of food and drinks, so after a long flight, you won't be hungry or thirsty for long. So if you're not wanting to base at the CBD, this is a good place to base for the airport and surrounding area.

If you get an invoice when you leave then you can use the sky rail for free to the international airport (trust me you want to do this!)

C. A.This hotel was $120 a night for a room for me, it was an ok price, nice shower, nice bed, good view, limited food here though if you don't have a car.
Also I did have to move rooms because the people in the room next to me were watching football and I could also hear their conversation so they really need to do something about the paper thin walls. I had an early flight and needed sleep so I moved - the guy helped me move rooms and without hesitation so that was good.

However the direction signage is not 100% straightforward and clear, with a twisting path needed to be followed through the parking garage, albeit okay for persons of any ability. Rooms were clean, tidy and reasonably priced. Was even rewarded with a free drink on check-in. It is a bit distant to go back & fourth to the terminal for meals, the hotel restaurant was good though.

M.Quiet and comfortable rooms especially considering the proximity to the airport. I came in on a late flight and was hoping to get room service but apparently there is none at the hotel. Breakfast ordered in advance was $27 and was probably worth about $5. Generally disappointing, but a reasonable option if you just need a place to sleep while waiting for a next day connection.

M. J.Good quality of sleep, location is close to the domestic terminal. As with airports food is a bit pricey. The rooftop bar wasn't in operation durong our stay so we missed the grand view. There was however, a free bus that transfers to Skygate/DFO during the day. The interval is approx. 30mins. We utilized it to buy some basic supplies from a supermarket and some all important factory outlet shopping. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and good quality and the staff are friendly. Parking is free if you eat at the restuarant and get your ticket validated at the front desk - otherwise parking is very expensive. Very accessible to the airport and quick access to the motorway.

J. S.Clean and comfortable reception welcoming, quick and efficient. Had an afternoon tea there which was very nice. Also had dinner which we shared. A main and side. Sent both back as were cold. New main came back somewhat smaller this time and obviously over done in the oven but at least it was warm. Sent side back for being cold again and cancelled the order. Meantime Lauren was extremely helpful every step of the way and desserts were delicious. Took away the sour taste of the dinner.

Excellent location (we disembarked from the Airtrain at Brisbane Airport with large suitcases today and it was a breeze walking here), tomorrow we board a plane so we know how easy it will be to walk to the airport with our luggage. No need to wait for a taxi! 😀 We had a great meal at the hotel's restaurant (called Crib Island Beach Club) and as I cannot have gluten I found I had a nice little selection of meals for me to choose from. They have a large number of vegetarian meals on their menu. There was a nice wine selection and the staff have been fantastic! Highly recommend this hotel when transiting in Brisbane!

The food's decent, there are good options with special dietary requirements, and my kids absolutely love the seating outside and watching the planes, trains and traffic moving through.

It is a bit of a hike from International, they run a shuttle for $5. Or you can get the free transfer bus to the domestic terminal and from there it is a short ~7min walk. If I am coming from International I normally just get an Uber ~$8 its easier and more convenient (there is normally at least two of us!).
