R. S.About 5-10 mins drive from the airport. Very quiet and peaceful to relax. Good and clean rooms with all the amenities. Must visit if you are looking to rest for awhile during your travel.
A. H.Loved this little hotel. I had the pleasure of spending a few nights here back in June 2019. Rooms were well stocked with some essentials. Clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Brisbane.
m. m.Perfect as a stop over hotel although, Taxis from here to the airport can be expensive considering how close it is. I was charged $30 on my way to the hotel and & $35 on my way back to the airport the following day. It is just too far to walk and knowing this now I will pay the extra money and stay at the Ibis at the airport itself next time I stop over in Brisbane

B.Would recommend booking from their website as it was $40 cheaper than most booking sites. Room was what you'd expect from a budget hotel. Queen bed, shower , toilet and a small tv on the wall. Sheets had a few stains but everything was generally clean, quiet and was close to the airport for the early changeover flight the next morning.
Was a convenient drop box for your room key on departure and had no problems getting into my room with the swipe card.

K. S.It's a budget hotel so expect budget accommodation, but it's comfortable enough to give you an overnight rest and a shower between flights.
It's a short shuttle from the airport, and they provide the service every half hour or so, starting at 3:30am from the hotel and last shuttle leaves the airport at 9:45pm (give-or-take to allow for traffic).
The staff were great - friendly and helpful - which is what you're looking for after a flight (or two), or if you need a place to stay because of a delay/cancellation. Only problem I had was that there was a used bar of soap and water on the floor in the shower, so it had recently been used and not cleaned very well (poor form given that I was checking in at 10pm). Other than that, it was a pleasant enough experience.
If you're looking for a cheap room to rest your head for a few hours, you've found the right place, but if you're hoping for a king bed and stocked mini bar, you might want to consider something else... Oh, yeah, and there's no lift, so hopefully you don't end up on the 3rd (top) floor if you've got a couple of heavy suitcases.

S. C.From making the booking to being greeted politely and professionally this is a great place close to the airport to stay. My service dog and I enjoyed our stay with staff that were always friendly.
O. G.Nice and cheap, and damn close to the Brisbane airport. No aircraft noise, and a comfortable night's sleep. We ended up getting moved to a more comfortable room for no extra charge, simply because the receptionist (lovely by the way) though we'd be more comfortable. The menus for local delivery places in the rooms are nice, but you may want to finish all of it for dinner, as the fridge in our room leaked on our pizza. The TV worked, but the remote didn't. Easy enough to get a night's stay at any time. They have a check-in machine at the front, so you can check in at any time of day or night. They also have vending machines filled with everything from chips and drinks to toiletries and painkillers, so if you have nothing but your wallet, you'll still be comfortable here.
Overall, pretty comfortable, and good for one or two nights stay close to the airport.
a. t.Stayed there overnight, in transit, with my sister in October and very unhappy, that the price of the rooms were so over priced as we had booked through a 3rd party on line. Paid nearly 47.00 usa tax on the room which was clean and tidy, quite small but good for one night. No lifts which was a problem with big bags, carpeted stair were very, very thin and worn. Did approach the staff to query the price and was told because of a third party so nothing they could do for us.
Staff from the shuttle bus drivers to the customer service area, were friendly, efficient and lovely.

P. P.No lift which is less than ideal when you have large luggage. Clean, basic rooms and hotel is located very close to the airport (couldn't hear planes though). Vehicle access is off Navigator Place - Google maps sent us on a bit of a detour to get there as it seems to think the driveway comes off the highway offramp. Proximity to the off ramp is handy but means the rooms aren't particularly quiet. Continental breakfast is $9 additional so we went around the corner to a basic tradie-style cafe and paid around the same price for a cooked breakfast.
S. A.Had a great experience here! Of course this is a budget hotel, rooms are not very big, the services are quite basic; however, I found the staff here make a big difference. Darlena went above and beyond expectations to let us check in early after a very long flight to Australia and provided super friendly service in the following days. The shuttle driver is a very nice guy and shuttle service is prompt and professional. The breakfast is quite basic with an automated pancake machine, some yogurt, toast, cereal and fruit; you also get one barista made drink included in the breakfast price. Room comes with wifi, tea and basic amenities with the exception of shampoo, which you can get from a vending machine on the first floor. There is no elevator. Lots of free parking and airport is 8 min drive away.
L. M.You get what you pay for, and as far as budget accommodation goes this place was good. Bed was comfy, aircon worked well, TV and free wifi worked well. Only bad thing was the TV wouldn't play the sound on episode 3 of GoT's for me 😢, but that could have been my usb drive. Location to the airport and cheap shuttle bus was perfect. I would stay here again when travelling light.
R. E.Exactly as advertised, a budget hotel a short distance from the airport with a shuttle (at a cost of $5 per room each way). Room is small, only space to open one suitcase fully. Place was clean, menus in the room for local take out places. Breakfast starts at 6, so dont book it if you're on a red eye.

S.A bit pricey for what it is. Think backpackers with private rooms. Cost 27 dollars to get a cab there which is ridiculous because its 2km from the airport. The setup is good and professional (for a backpackers) Clean rooms but very basic. Shower was just a curtain. Cant see how they justify more than 50 dollars a night but i guess theres no competition. 5 dollar shuttle in the morning was handy though. Tbh just get the train into the city. Get more bang for your buck.

Beds was comfortable but not much room to move. Good wifi. Real downside is no lift which is a pain if you have heavy luggage and are on the top floor. We asked to be changed to a ground floor room which the friendly staff did very quickly and efficiently.
R. A.The room was like other ibis budget hotels, maybe a bit smaller. The room was clean. The 24hr check in and fast checkout are excellent. The free of charge wifi and parking are helpful. I agree that accor is overcharging guests a little because of the proximity to the airport. Anyway, I chose it for a night sleep after a late-night arrival and I'd recommend it for the same type of stays only.
A. C.Clean. Good complementary breakfast. A Food van was there at dinner time which allowed for good dinner. Good shuttle service every 30 mins to and fro from airport.
Only problem I had was the Ac had no remote and we were expected to operate the main switch, mode etc. by climbing up a stool or bed.
Name was confusing as there is one more Ibis Airport hotel (which is not budget) closer to the airport; taxi took me there first.
A. I.Arrived at 1:30am, didn't mind the self check in, but once inside there are no lifts and you couldn't swing a cat in the room and being next to a major rd just a constant noise. In saying all of that it was convenient to pick up my hire car which was 400m away.
T. M.This is nice, cheap hotel. It is basic by western standards, but clean and the staff are helpful. It serves its purpose: it is near the airport, and is a great place to stay overnight if you have an early morning flight . There are decent restaurants located nearby in Ascott. It’s also close to the city. About 10k.
N. P.Excellent hotel for a one or two night stay. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms are compact but we'll laid out and the seem quite spacious even though they are relatively small. The only thing to note is that there is no shampoo or wash clothes which would have been annoying but we had extra from the last hotel. Another thing against it is that the price for the family-sized room is a little more expensive than what I would have paid for this style room. Overall, I would recommend this for anyone looking for nice accomodations near the airport.
S. V.Arrived after hours and check in was easy. Pop in the pin code given and we got our key card. Hotel was really close to the airport but didn't hear any flight noise. Taxi cost us about £20 at 11:30pm.
Room was just big enough for 2, wouldn't have wanted to stay for longer than 1 night but it was just what we needed after 24 hours of flying. Bed was plenty big enough for 2 people though.
Great location for car pickups from alpha or east coast. Just a stroll up the road.
S. L.Worth 4 stars - apart from the very small rooms (we were in a two single bed room) and very poor shower pressure, it was very clean and had comfortable beds. Reception staff were very friendly. Also had breakfast which is worth the extra expense. Much cheaper to use their shuttle van to the Airport than getting a taxi.

S. G.Front desk lady gave no eye contact at all Issue with my breakfast payment added in booking. When I checked in was informed 530 was breakfast start time. I had to leave by then. The front desk said straight away non refundable as special rate with room Didn't even look at me when saying. I explained it was Not addition to room as offered by Accor website. Asked her to check She went out back and then came back and said it could be refunded. All with no eye contact at all once again. No warmth AT ALL. Gave impression of being in a big rush and no time. VASTLY different to previous statement there where I came downstairs after checking in...to a cosy soft vapiuriser and very lovely lady at reception. Super warm and friendly. I felt like I was in someone's home, just had that warm welcoming feeling. This time extremely different. I returned this time based on last time. Now, I will go elsewhere

L. W. (.Overall for the price, the Ibis Budget Brisbane Airport wasn't too bad. Included breakfast and well stocked vending machines were nice touches. We found the location a little difficult to find and didn't see much signage to help. Plus the sink and shower taps needed a little maintenance as they were loose and difficult to use. Other than those main issues, it's not a bad little spot just to spend a night close to the airport.
R. S.The rooms are small but functionable and cheap with limited airconditioning that is never quite cold enough. It is a no frills place to stay although I have been there twice now to find the room had dirty sheets but this is always followed by a lot of apologising and I suspect more to do with lazy, unmotivated staff taking short cuts rather than the owners.
M. C.Good enough for a place to stay. If you are a tourist, don't stay here as you are out of way from the interesting places. I am not sure about Australian accomodations but there is no complementary toiletries except for a bath soap. But yes maybe considering the price or could be just about.

Its great that they have a shuttle bus to the airport but is expensive at $19.00 per trip. Best to get a group of you together and divide the bill that way. Do not stay here if you dont have a car. There is nothing around but industrial factorys. Just use this place as a night over before you go to the airport. Free Wi-Fi!

R.This hotel is very basic and in an industrial area but is very near Brisbane Airport. The room was comfortable even though it was fairly small, and the bed was good. This hotel is ideal if you just want a reasonably cheap hotel to spend a night whilst in transit.
