M. C.My Daughter had booked a night here for her and I over the last weekend and we had a fabulous time! The receptionist called Drew (I think) was lovely, attentive and very welcoming. We had to call down to request some towels as there were none in the room and she came up within 5 minutes! What service! The only reason we have given a 4-star review and not 5-star was there was no chef on over the weekends for dinner. We would've loved to support the hotel and eat in for the night but alas, that wasn't an option. We will definitely be back (once the kitchen is open!)

A very good location - situated a stone’s throw from the CBD, riverside entertainment and dining experiences, and the night life of Fortitude Valley (the easy to use, hire and not to mention fun! city-based scooters can be ridden and dropped off right on the hotel’s doorstep). The building is new and modern with a touch of chic. The rooms are clean and exceptionally well-appointed. 5-Star service by the reception and cafe staff was friendly, authentic and considerate. Forget the big block-chain hotels where the individual doesn’t count. And forget older grotty hotels that, despite a lick of paint and a new light bulb, should have been torn down years ago. Kennigo Hotel is a must-stay for its handiness and class. (Queen room with courtyard, December 2021).
C. M.Loved staying here! Staff were very friendly and attended every need. Enjoyed the little quirky cafe on the verandah with yummy pastries and great breakfast menu. Acai bowl and bacon+egg roll definitiely recommend to have. Bathroom in room was impeccable and the beds were very comfy. Hotel very close to the city and easy to get around. Heard a new outdoor bar and italian restaurant is their next endeavour. Will be back for sure!
N. v. S.Nicely presented accomodation including great bedsheets and excellent breakfast (5 star). However missing some of the finer details like no coffee in the room, uncomfortable pillows, a curtain that won't fully close, and staff failing to answer the phone.

B. J.The processing time at the beginning of our stay took a little bit longer than it needed to, but the location of the hotel was quite quaint and struck a balance. The rooms, hotel atmosphere and surroundings were chic and had a modern feel to it with plenty of greenery and open air spaces. The rooms themselves had excellent systems, spaciousness and furnishing, with healthier-style toiletries. Although this hotel was due to a late-booking due to a hefty delay and missing our connecting flight, this hotel happily and successfully warmed us back to the vacation spirit. Much obliged!

The location is also very good, in the downtown area, walking distance from some amazing restaurants or tourist attractions. The only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars is the size of the rooms, a hit smallish, although cozy and with all the amenities. Definitely recommend it.

M. J.Rooms were quite small and lacked some crockery such as plates and bowls. But overall was a comfortable stay. Everything was really clean and new. Bed was a good size and free wifi was a good bonus. Air conditioning unit didn’t seem to have a heating function and had no instructions on how to operate it so that was a little disappointing as it was fairly cold getting up in the morning. Borderline walking distance to most inner city places but close to fortitude valley station

Small so if you stay for a couple days you don’t have to deal with a ton of different people. Amazing food next door and comfy rooms with cozy patios. Would definitely stay again.

M.It's ok. Conveniently located, helpful staff. Nothing too fancy but has everything you need. The rooms are not too spacious, however they are well organized and the espresso mschine is a great touch.
C. S.Decent hotel and not that bad. They have immense scope of improvement in providing customer delight, however they should aim at customer satisfaction to begin with. The bathroom of the room in which I stayed was very good - impeccable cleanliness, no stains, no odors, spotless clean mirrors and dry floor. The queen bed was very comfortable and great for a satisfying sleep. The lobby and corridors were clean and well maintained. What was below expectation were the hotel WiFi, mini bar fridge, expensive breakfast wherein it could have been complimentary or nicely discounted. The WiFi has a limit of 3 gb for a 3 day stay...can't imagine what all internet can I use in 1 gb per day. The bar fridge is empty but for a small milk pack. Any item must be ordered and they'll stack them up. There was shampoo and soap but no toothpaste, ha ha. The hotel is just right if you want to spend a night for good sleep and have no other expectations for the overly priced accommodation. I don't think it was value for my money.

t. k.Our stay at The Mantra Richmont Hotel was all that was promised. Clean and tidy room, friendly staff. Room could have done with more storage i.e a small set of drawers and perhaps a chair, but otherwise clean and quiet. Would have been nice to have had free WiFi like most other hotels.

- A short walk from the fortitude valley train station from the airport
- Room size was large with all the necessary things you’d expect. The shower was great too

- Allowed me an early check in after having a mishap with my fights
- Breakfast ($18) included a drink and a choice of gourmet dishes using locally produce

D. Y.Terrace room we've stayed in (406) had noisy fan in the bathroom which was constantly on unless you remove keycard (which also turns off all lights and aircon). It would be nice to have a chair in the room as well as some things in minibar (which was empty).

S. L.Nice hotel, very clean rooms and close to the city centre(walking distance). The ensuite in the double room had a glass window (not fuly frosted even, just halfway but you can see from torso up!) so there was no privacy in the bathroom. Would be fine if sharing as a couple but I was with a family member and was a bit of a struggle
T. T.Located only a 10 minute walk from the Valley, you have access to a variety of restaurants, clubs and bars without having to venture into town. Hotel has a gym and an inhouse restaurant but it is quite small and has a kitchen like setup. There's also no pool. Rooms come equipped with TV, hairdryer, iron, kettle and minibar fridge. Service available everyday and staff are friendly.

Its hard to critic this place - I couldn't find any weaknesses. My experience with this place was only positive. I would say this place in my top list to stay in Brisbane
R. G.Mantra Richmont.....OUTSTANDING
With a well earned deserved break after a pretty dismal and sad few months over the Xmas season, it was such a great pleasure to be a Guest of probably Accors first class signature boutique hotel I call the Mantra Richmont.
With the most welcome greetings from Jillian and Susie on the Front desk and there seamless professionalism in wanting to make my stay just that memorable. Well ladies what a great start.
In the meantime indulging myself with one of Andi's coffees for consumption in the Cafe was rival to that of ant Melbourne barista. Followed by a another 2 flat white coffees for if that didn't assure you. My 3 day stay not only coincided with the Michelin star cuisine prepared by the exceptional Chef's in the beautiful surroundings that is an old Queenslander but the unwavering and unforgettable service from Miss Harmony aka Hermione and her protege Bianca, we wanted for absolutely nothing. So after our Dinner of 3 courses and 3 bottles of red wine to accompany plus Cheeses. And too think that this was Day 1...Crikey.Before we could even get ourselves up after the Pork Tenderloin and ever so mouth watering Lamb...Followed by dessert and cheese...
Iwe thought that perhaps a uber in the form of a Concierge trolley would be more suitable to get us both back to our hotel room.
If you haven't experienced the Great service, the culinary delights in the Restaurant that even have a leg up over the French Laundry or better yet rival that of Per Se in New York.
If your from interstate or just live in the beautiful surroundings area that is Spring Hill, please visit this wonderful hotel or better still stay
for a night or two or three...we did...we dined all 3 nights in the Restaurant.

The last hotel that even came close to what you have given Troy and I was the Fullerton Hotel in Singapore, and even then I still think that Mantra Richmont in Kennigo Street, Spring Hill even surpasses that....

p. s.Dissapointed there was no mini bar when it said on the site all double rooms would have one. Not a good view but nice room. Shouldn't have to pay extra 20 dollars for parking that should have been covered in the total price

t. f.Usual mantra, we stayed very late one night and found the guy on service to be really great, friendly professional and helpful.
Room was tidy, ac on nice and cold, everything worked and the shower with the rain head was great.
The best thing abiut mantra is they are usually consistent. They may charge like a wounded bull for little extras, but if you have a choice between somewhere you havent stayed or a mantra, you can usually bet on the mantra for being clean, comfy and quiet.
Decor of the room was good, but the tv had dramas changing channel. Like the batteries were flat, but i suspect its something to do with the firmware or programs running on the tv. (like a slow computer) which is weird for a samsung smart tv.
Bed was good, not uncomfortable, but not the best for myself. My partner thought it was good however.
the adjoining room door had a piece of foam inbetween which is nice as it helps to stop any noise transfer, but we had a very peacful stay.
However we are still waiting on our deposit to come back, which is a little weird, but may just be the bank???

C. R.The mantra richmont was a suprisingly nice hotel that was very easy to find and less than a five minute walk to the night club prencint. The rooms were very pleasant and would be one of the best value for money hotels we have stayed at to date. Staff were very helpful and seemed to enjoy their work.
If we were to do anything different on our next visit it would be to request a room further away from the coffee shop as in the morning we thought there was renovations going on which turned out to be the barrista tapping out the portafilter.
All things considered we will be using the mantra richmont again in the future and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The attached bar was overpriced and snooty but they did turn around for a nice breakfast but push to get it included.

P. S.I stayed here because Jetstar as usual cancelled its fligh. Next morning, those organising my trasport from the hotel to airport left early without me. This gave me the opportunity to experience one of the best customer services I ever have. Barry at reception gave the transport people a call very prompty, engaged and alerted them on such a great personal level. It was so heart warming to meet someone who would go that extra mile. I would have missed my flight if not for his efficiency and empathy. You are very lucky to have this man in your services. Hotel was excellent too.

P. C. D. (.The Mantra Richmond is conveniently located in Spring Hill just beyond the edge of Brisbane CBD and close to Fortitude Valey. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. The beds are as comfortable as you can get for any money and the staff are friendly and helpful. I can't believe how cheep it is however there's no breakfast or extras included along with your room. The restraint next door is affiliated with the Mantra and theres a discount available (less than half price) for mantra guests.

K. S.(Translated) It is a relatively inexpensive hotel in a location that is within walking distance of the city. Chinatown is nearby and the city center can be reached in about 30 minutes. The bedding was comfortable and the amenity was also good. However, I was disappointed that the exercise facilities were not enough and the parking lot was narrow.

시내도 걸어갈 수 있을 정도의 위치에 있는 상대적으로 저렴한 가격의 호텔.. 가까운 곳에 차이나타운이 있고 시내도 30분 정도면 걸어갈 수 있음. 침구는 편했으며, 어메니티 또한 괜찮았음. 다만, 운동시설이 너무 부족하고 주차장이 협소한 점은 아쉬웠음.
