M. S.Room was very clean, modern and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful with checking in. A bit challenging to check out early with car being in basement and swipe card required to gain internal lift access.
Work around is to load up, drive car onto on street parking, then go in to drop of swipe card. Not a big deal if you know.
Overall very handy to South Bank Brisbane. A great spot to base yourself from.

A. K.Not sure how the star rating service works for accommodation but can tell you that this feels like it is well deserving of more than 3 stars. Suzy is very personable and friendly and has done a fantastic job with Menso at Southbank. The quality of fixtures and fittings in the rooms are 5 star, with all the extras you want and need like a pool, BBQ and Suzy's Bar. Location being in the heart of Southbank is perfect for those wanting to stay in the area. Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area.
K. C.My studio room with balcony was immaculate. I appreciated the aircon and two ceiling fans in Brisbane's warm, humid climate. The dishwasher was a surprise bonus! Staff were friendly and helpful.
L. C.Stayed for 1 night during a business trip. Great location, with only a short walk to South Bank. The room had everything we needed and was prefect for our quick stay.
My only suggestion would be to add some USB points to 1 or 2 power points so that we could have charged our phones.
We will stay there again!
Z.Room overall was neat and tidy albeit very basic. Robes were extra and there is no guarantee of parking, which also an additional cost. Location for the price was pretty good though it was only ever a place to sleep.

The worse part is we checked in after 2pm, but the room obviously is not so clean. The previous guest left the words, “This room is stinky “ on the memo was still place on the table. Some rubbish in rubbish bin and some leftover in fridge. Used hand towel was not removed, previous guest left one of her ear ring on the table and the worse part was the coffee maker is un-functional...
After all, I had have to call the front desk to request the uncleanliness and clarify a few damages which wasn’t caused by me.

J. J.I was booked into the Menso for business in Brisbane. I loved the decor of the room and the fact my room had a fan as well as aircon. My group made good use of the BBQ on the roof top entertaining area. Breakfast while enjoying the city skyline was wonderful. A short 500m walk to the heart of Southbank meant fine dinning was an easy option. I would stay again and would recommend to others seeking a nice place to stay.
D. K.Fantastic apartments! Stayed in a balcony room, very clean and had everything we needed. Some staff were exceptionally helpful and obliging, although we stayed for 5 days and apart from being offered fresh towels once, our room was not serviced. This was disappointing. The rooftop infinity pool and surrounding rooftop lounge, sundeck area were gorgeous...(pool was too chilly to swim though). Easy location for about a 7min walk down to Southbank precinct.

A. A.I intended having a relaxing hassle free 2 day Christmas getaway...and that's exactly what I got. The rooms are modern and we'll equipped and we'll priced. A great location so close to all you need to keep busy or relaxed. The roof top area is lovely, however, I felt permanent shade sails were needed to complete this area. In any case I would definitely return.

Management moved us to a 1 bedroom apartment, which was nice but no spa bath. This was our honeymoon & was excited about the spa bath. Location is close to everything in Southbank. Room was very quiet.

H. L.Ok hotel for the price. A few issues with check in as we weren't provided the the proper keys for our room and our access for the carpark wasn't activated, so we ended up parking on the street. The room was clean and tidy, but the bathroom is smaller than I anticipated for a 'spa room' and my partner struggled with the short height of the shower head.

The Menso has obviously ust opened for business but perhaps a bit too early...... the finishing in tge bathrooms needs much more work and has compromised theer safety of guests........ for the price we paid for a room with spa ....which is just a bath with spa jets...... I would have expected more than this. There is no over delivery here!!!
K. F.Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Not huge but it's somewhere to sleep. 5 minutes walk to Southbank Parklands. Restaurant has nice staff and the food I had was of a good standard too. Pool area is quite nice. Good BBQ set-up on the roof. I stayed for a couple of weeks. Only 1 set of coffee pods even staying that long. Towels only changed once and bed linen not at all. My biggest gripe is that the internet was short of abysmal. Yoga poses needed to get a signal and then it would drop or run at dial up speeds. I gave up trying to use it and just went with 4g. Still giving it 4 stars as most people wouldn't stay as long as I did so the internet wouldn't trouble them so much. Certainly nicer than where I'm currently staying (and it's a big name) and a fair bit cheaper.
S. W.Great location. Easy walking to many popular spots, including the South Bank Parkland and beach and all the restaurants in that stretch of Grey Road. The South Bank train station is 200m up the street.
My studio room was very new and fresh. It's not big, but it's big enough.
You can cook a meal in the room. There is a glass top induction hob with two burners, plus pots and pans and cooking gear. I like that. Microwave-only studios are a big turnoff for me. I just want to fry an egg.
There is free WiFi, but I found it a bit unreliable.
I'd stay here again. Two more nights to go!
T. L.Room is big,nice and clean but the cleaning service is not everyday and the complimentary refill for chocolate is too. And yet for the coffee, you have to pay money for the additional coffee cartridge for the in room Dolce Gusto machine.
M.$100 bond when you get to front office and $20 overnight parking if you can't find convenient on street.rooms were neat and tidy got upgraded to a 1bed apartment due to some water damage in a room.i wanted with a spa.gym was small but wasn't going to use it anyway so didn't care .plus side was rooftop pool in this qld heat felt great.
A. S. N.Memo apartments is located only few blocks the Southbank gardens and the station. It is very close the Brisbane convention and exhibition centre. You will need to walk for 10 minutes to get to the restaurants. Rooms are modern but a tad small. Beware there are additional cost associated with some of the items.
