The place have fantastic position on Bruce Hway . The room was spacious and clean.The reception, check in and out very easy ,and the people of reception desk very helpful. The only thing ,the motel need improvements, to back to his shiny days.There is a lot of potential and will be sad that so convenient place ,can't offer more

Please book direct with the motel/hotel. Don't book with a global third party site. We had to cancel our booking due to compassionate grounds today. Silly me cancelled through the global third party listing site and they charged for the entire stay even though we have not left Perth. The staff at the Motel Nomad were terrific and they provided me/my family with reasonable options including cancellation. And they will not get a cent. Do Aussie businesses a big favour and go direct to them. My cancellation fee will go overseas and I'm not happy about this. Thank you Motel Nomad and I hope to give this compliment face to face one day.

Great place to stay in Cairns! Quiet, yet quite central. Lovely people owns this small business. They are providing great local advice as well, it is always lovely to talk to them. Rooms are nice with sofa where you can sit as at home. Not many places have that luxury.

Hi there guys 🌞 I would like to give the biggest Shoutout to the Management and Staff at the Nomad Motel in Cairns I've just finished my one week stay there and it was absolutely incredible! Trisha and her staff are absolutely amazing ,they sure look after their guests and the property was very clean and looked after. The pool was lovely, The bar down stairs has great food 🤗 ,and the room was clean,beautiful and comfy. I had had a very relaxing and peaceful stay and im looking forward to next time , Thank you so much Guys :)) Be back soon 👍👍

I am reviewing the service at The Laneway bar after our company Christmas Party. Great ambiance, terrific food with drinks and service with a smile. This was probably the best venue we have ever chosen for a laid back gathering and I would happily recommend The Laneway to others.

Drove past this fantastic motel coming through Cairns. The lady and man at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Gave us advice on things to do and restaurants to go to, made our trip lot more enjoyable. The motel has just been renovated, extremely modern, clean and funky! Definitely value for money, breakfast was great and i would highly recommend this motel to anyone. Nick

This place has since had a facelift and I can honestly say wow. We had a friend stay here and the service was friendly and the rooms looked spacious and comfy. We went there on a recommendation. Now we know why.

Thanks to Tricia for looking after the wife of a friend who was left stranded in Cairns after her very first airplane flight. I thought that she would be safe and well cared for at the Motel Nomad and she was as the owner and staff made her feel welcome and helped with meals and everything she needed.

Go to MOTEL NOMAD Cairns which is now our Top Pick for accommodation close to Cairns CBD, Cazalys AFL Entertainment Club, Spotlight, Cannon Park RaceCourse, DFO shopping plaza, Yankee D's Restaurant & Bar right out front. CHECK IT OUT! you could not be disappointed. Something else improved each time we visit too. We love you Motel Nomad - keep up the great work!!!! We'll be back!
