S. K.Dined here for lunch for the first time in many years. Previously wasn’t keen on rushing back but - today was a different story. Staff were happy and attentive (happily moved us inside because of some elderly we had with us) looked after our table of 10 where nothing was a trouble. Meals had by the whole group were great value, good sized and nice and hot. They get my vote for coming back again now and have won me back as a customer for sure. Good changes 👍

F. H.2 night stay for a conference. The accommodation is basic, but clean and comfy. The catering was very tasty and plentiful. Beautiful balconies overlooking the river with lots of birdlife. Such a peaceful spot. You'll need to bring your own coffee/tea/milk if you want to use the jug in your room.
m. j.Great value for money. Food not as good as it used to be but still tasty. They have table service now which is a bit unnecessary IMHO. Beer was cold and the band was great. Rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable. Nice to be on the water.
L. M.Collis runs a very good ship at the Waterfront Hotel. The prices are great, for meals and drinks, and seniors are looked after. Drop in and enjoy, you won't be disappointed.

The food has been good twice BUT the third time was a let-down. I'm sure it'll be better in future as I'd be surprised if the chef/cook wasn't sacked. The manager was embarrassed & furious - that the chicken (parmy) wasn't cooked through. It wasn't just 'rare'.. it was raw!
I'll go back because there's NO WAY it wasn't going to be sorted. They gave us a refund for both of our meals to compensate. My friends meal was EXCELLENT.
M. B. B.Decent food, good prices on beer's. Has a nice outlook over the water (as the name suggests) with lots of room out doors for dining or events. Also has a few pool tables and nice sized sports bar. Good place to have a few quite drinks.

Although I thought it was particularly quiet for a Saturday night at this time of the year, that was ok because it meant it was fast to order! Up until a certain point - you have to make sure you hit the sweet spot or you can find yourself at the tail-end of a relatively longe line-up to order your meal.
The meals are generous portions and in the picture I've included, this is a Seafood tower for 2. Normally $80 and could totally feed 4 people (we, in fact shared the platter around the table in the end. It was a LOT of food!)
If you're a Woolworths team member, it's a bonus as food will be 50% discounted - hence why we chose the $80 platter, making $40 which was split 2 ways - $20 each!! Bargain!!!
Good live music. It was just a shame that the 'atmosphere' seemed lacking but it was a quiet night.
It's nice having the option to sit outdoors as well.

There was not one meal which I didn't like and the prices was compared to other states low. It's nice and clean and the stuff is amazing! The staff are very friendly and the food at the Waterfront Hotel is excellent and affordable. Love the location/view of the Maroochydore River from the rooms, so peaceful. The walkway from hotel along the Maroochydore River is divine. Close to Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Buderim and Mudjimba where there's a super restaurant called Happy Chappy! Would recommend the Nightcap at Waterfront Hotel any day!

- Entree, Calamari, had only 4 pieces of calamari.
- One of the steak mains were overcooked, Med-Rare requested and it was a Med-Well done.
- The crayfish we ordered was overcooked and rubbery.
Really only reasons for the 3 star - it's not a bad place you have there at all and if the food was better, easily a 4-star.
