L. A.We booked online which was easy BUT I didn't know about having to prebook parking. Ended up parking around the corner $80+ per night.
We're on the 31st floor side view facing west.
The hotel is kinda old but very nice. Our room has a bathroom/laundry, kitchen, lounge dining and seperate bedroom.
It's brilliant to have a balcony. The view at night is spectacular!

Only complaint was the front desk staff was not very attentive and did the very basic check in duties with little added customer service or positivity to greet their guests and make them feel welcome.

We were up on the highest levels which provided beautiful views of the city , especially at night when everything is lit up all different colors. Shops , cafe's , bars and the Casino are right at your doorstep which is very handy . Had a nice week stay there , could have been better where the actual room is concerned but a nice stay none the less

Some items looked like they had never been cleaned and just put staight back into the drawer or cupboard.

C. P.Great spot within walking distance to everything in the CBD and the South Bank. We booked a one bedroom unit but were allocated a two bedroom unit (2nd bedroom and ensuite locked) with a big balcony and million dollar view over the river and South Bank. We had all of our meals out there and it was a little noisy even 18 floors up, however heavy glazing kept it very quiet inside. Furniture and equipment a little basic, but quite adequate for self catering, and everything very clean. The fifth star is for the friendly service, superbly comfortable big bed, and great value.

L. q.Great location, really enjoyed looking out the glass wall of the swimming pool. Paying more for the river view is worth it. Parking is a bit tricky, you need to book ahead, and plan the route to the car park in advance. Once you are there though it connects to the hotel nicely.

M. B.It is as advertised. Rooms are clean and in good condition. Laundry facilities are in every room. Location is excellent with the casino just across the road and Southbank about a ten minute stroll. Counter staff were always very friendly and accommodating. The parking is a bit tight and the location of the entrance is a bit of a challenge to find. I would stay here again.
D. T. b.From what I understand Oaks Casino Towers is not affiliated with the Casino in anyway whatsoever, it only has the ‘Casino’ moniker due to its geographical proximity to the treasury Casino. It’s actually situated in a great location and the one bedroom apartment I stayed in was huge.
I have to say this place is pretty good value for the money.
The rooms décor was somewhat dated and could’ve done with a modernisation.
The first room they put me in had a strong smell of cigarettes so the staff moved me into another room which also has a bit of a cigarette odour, this pretty much ruined my stay.
The Oaks Casino Towers was a ‘mistake booking’ for me as I intended to stay at the casino proper, but at the end of my 3 night stay I came to the conclusion it wasn’t too bad or it wasn’t that great, a solid 3 stars.

After a stroll around the city in the later parts in the evening we came back to a very comfortable bed and nights rest with the central air on. T. M.The best thing about being here is the location. The rooms are self contained with a airy balcony. To find the parking is hard as there is no stoppong outside the hotel and you need to turn down a laneway off Chaarlotte St, then use the unmarked intercom to have the door opened.

Not knowing where I was going I ended up being very impressed with its location which was only a walk from the station and had everything I could possibly want close at hand. Even before we went to our room we were checked in by the concierge whos name is Jason..honestly we have never in all our time staying in hotels in Australia and overseas been treated so professionally. Jason went above and beyond for us. He is truly a gem. And now the room! WOW. Talk about immaculate and clean. And all this and I still haven't mentioned the veiw. Honestly this will now be our place to stay whenever we are in Brisbane. 1 trillion percent recommend this establishment.

T. M.The Staff and ***ager are fabulous. Fantastic location within metres of quality restaurants, cafes, bars and entertainment. The cinema is very close by as are convenience store, restaurants, takeaways and bars. Generally it was a pleasant stay, highly recommend for travellers who just want to hang around the area.

We couldn't sit on our balcony or leave doors open as our room was a few floors above the cooling towers of the neighboring building and it was just too noisy. The staff at reception are very friendly which put me off complaining on check out.

T. M.Excellent place to stay for a quick get away or a long stay. Be sure to eat at the pancake house around the corner. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated in the bend of the river and an easy 10 minute walk to Eagle Street pier.

Love oaks and always stay at oaks hotels all over the country, casino towers is the best one in the cbd. Wonderful reception staff, had a lovely kiwi lady help us check in and was so helpful with recommendations!! Such friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Gorgeous views of the river and city!

Room service and reception staff were friendly and very helpful.
We would like to particularly commend Shamayka on reception duty while we were there for ensuring we could check into our room earlier than 2.00pm and her assistance with any queries we had.

D. A.The casino towers placed near the heart of brisbane city and few mintues walk from queen street. Lots of stores from department stores to shops, restaurants, convenience stores and cinema. The rooms are clean and tidy. Reception is open 24/7 and they're very nice and helpful. The parking is a bit downside because the access to it is from Charlotte street. Also its very limiting to guests visting residents of the hotel.
B. S.Great location, everything you need is in walking distance or you can jump on a ferry. Great view, I would suggest river view room as the view is amazing from the big balcony.

The door from the lounge to the balcony did not open so we had to go through the main bedroom which was inconvenient to late sleepers versus early morning balcony users.
