From the moment I checked it to the moment I left the service was exceptional. Every single staff member that I encountered was warm, welcoming, and helpful. Even when I got distracted and exclaimed quite loudly in happy surprise when I encountered a friend in the lobby in the middle of an interaction with the front desk service staff they were unflustered and happy to pause their service and then resume being of great assistance once I'd finished making a ruckus and hugging my friend.
The hotel itself is of course stunningly gorgeous with lots of beautiful airy spaces and gorgeous light. The food from room service and at the restaurant was delicious. Do yourself a favor and spend a few hours in a cabana by the pool, absolute bliss.

The staffs are all friendly and helpful.
We liked the interior design very much. So much green and very pleasant to look at. But too many people that are not staying in the hotel swimming in the pool. Very hard to get a day bed even though we are the hotel guests. fyi the hotel has a lot of children.

This is now my third stay at The Calile and I can confidently say it gets better every time.
The service is always outstanding and the staff are always friendly and go that extra mile.
Last time I stayed was for my partners birthday and the hotel sent us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco of their own volition which was incredibly appreciated.
Our most recent stay was for a weekend getaway and again the service was amazing. We opted to extend our stay last minute in which the staff kindly accommodated with ease.
Our poolside experience was greatly elevated by the impeccable service and kindness of a young gentleman by the name of Wilson, to which we are very grateful.
Would 100% recommend to any friends and/or family and will definitely return to stay any time we are in the city. Thank you Calile team, you are all amazing!

Stunning hotel, with a beautiful scent drifting through the building. Looking forward to purchasing the scent when it gets marketed ; ) Food at Helenika and the lobby bar was beautiful. Design perfection at every turn. Thanks for having us Calile x

I knew the hotel and rooms were going to be amazing. But we were blown away by the level of service at the Calile. I don’t think I even pressed the elevator button once ! It really made the stay feel very luxurious and really makes the price of the hotel rooms worth it !

Took my daughters to Lobby Bar last week. Great design, great drinks ,great service. We had a beautiful afternoon. Will come back! THANKS!

We had our wedding at the Calile. Kate and her team did an exceptional job. From the day we walked into the Calile for a look and she showed us what she had done for the bride and groom that day and said she would so the same for us, made the whole planning a wedding a pleasure. The day was everything we had dreamt of and so much more! The organising of our suppliers, the setup of the room, the food and drinks, the coordination of the events on the day, the management of the weather (I’m sure kate played a role in this as the day was timed perfectly around the rain!), the rearranging of tables due to covid at the 11th hour, and everything else Kate did behind the scene, all absolutely AMAZING!

Came after movies with my daughters for a quick snack. Service was brilliant, quick and polite. My girls liked being around the beautiful people.

The perfect location for our engagement night. Will be back each year where possible and will make sure we eat there for dinner. The breakfast was just awesome!
A. B.
Awesome venue but table service took about 20 mins per drink both times we went. Likely short staffed at the moment like the rest of the world. Order whilst still drinking 🙂

A very exclusive and distinguished hotel located in central Brisbane; placing guests in a Hollywood-style private bliss amidst the bustling Brisbane streets, unmatched by neighbouring hotels.
Upon arrival, the wide entrance greets guests with a sense of prestige. With a beautiful reception and welcoming staff to tour guests around the many high-class hotel facilities & to your room.
Each room is prepared flawlessly for arriving guests. Including a remarkable room layout, quality furniture, and amenities. Featuring live plants, atmospheric lighting, and unique aesthetics. Presenting an exceptional view of the Hotel pool and/or Brisbane city.
I strongly recommend a weekend stay at The Calile Hotel for locals and visitors of the Gold Coast/Brisbane area. Thank you to the lovely Hotel/Restaurant staff that accommodated my stay; I look forward to seeing you again soon.

The service was friendly without being intrusive. The ambiance is one of effortless luxury. Cleanliness excellent Food Devine. A stay at the Calille is a true experience. Perfect Christmas Day

Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Amazing vibe by the pool with tasteful music playing and the most comfy sunbeds ever. Hellenika pool food amazing. Restaurant in the evening even better. Staff friendly and attentive. Location sensational, surrounded by beautiful shops, restaurants, and cafes. The pool view room with balcony is very much worth paying extra for. We will certainly be back!
g. C.
Very comfortable rooms and beautiful area to stay in! So lovely to finally be up in qld and cant wait to come back xx
S. M.
Wonderful attention to detail in the decorating of the rooms, a wonderful feel of quality. Staff are very willing to help with any request! Located in the centre of everything, so many choices of things to do or do nothing and sit by the pool, relaxed and very happy.

Died & went to hotel heaven! Im pretty sure we just had one of the best hotel experiences ever. One night was definitely not enough. So much staff everywhere.. you literally dont have to do anything. We had a pool view room, ate at Hellenika & The Lobby Bar. Both amazing. The pool is next level. Cant wait to return! Definitely no need to leave the hotel during your stay. Why would you??
C. R.
Fab experience, felt like a queen! The pool was next level and I reccomeend lunch at Helenika, so cute.
B. R.
The room was very nice and tidy. Staff were very welcoming. Great area with lots of lovely cafes and bars nearby. Will definitely be back in the near future.
D. C.
Nice hotel, pool was freezing cold, despite the staff saying it was fixed at 28 degrees, it wasn’t and remained at around 18 degrees for the three days I was there. Most people were complaining, think it fell on deaf ears though, well it certainly wasn’t 28 like my local swimpool.
R. S. M.
The building is beautifully designed and constructed and the staff are amazing. Had such a great experience at my cousins wedding on the roof top terrace last night. The food was incredible & our waiter was next level service-staff, nothing was too much trouble! Highly recommend & I look forward to a return visit!
T. S.
The customer service from the staff has been absolutely perfect. It’s always so easy to check in and out here. We couldn’t be more grateful that they exceeded our expectations which made our daughters birthday so memorable. We’ve stayed here a few times and each time we come, they go above and beyond. The staff are always so nice and friendly.
R. G.
An absolutely beautiful hotel. Lovely staff, gorgeous rooms and the pool/restaurant area is divine. Love all the plants everywhere too.
A. K.
Ridiculously overpriced. I lived in Brisbane for 30 years, this is what's wrong with the Valley. It was diverse, now it's $10 coffees and McDonald's and homelessness next to THIS!
S.
Had a great lunch here. Very good service and great lunch special. Food was excellent. A querky place. Highly recommended.
J.
This place is lush. Staff are very attentive, well trained and well presented. Very high quality venue and experience.
M. R.
The best hotel in Brisbane. Cool style, simple sophisticated decor, top attentive service. Good gym, strange library room. Rooms are square so feel spacious. High concrete ceilings. Wind protected pool with cabanas around. Why not 5 stars? It's not perfect. No cupboards in the room so you live with your mess. They reserve the best seats in the restaurant to non guests (guests don't know so they don't care), pool area plays funky background music all day (too bad if you want even a moment's peace), they park expensive cars in the driveway (read homage to materialism). The hotel is in a pretty urban area with nice shops and bars.
H. T.
110% Best Service! Great staff. Wonderful facilities and good location. Highly recommended! Try the peach mocktail!!
E. H.
Architectural hotel with very high finishes. Luxury accommodation amongst all the buzz of James Street in Fortitude valley. Lots of choice for retail shopping and dining. We didn't see any back of house, the service in public areas is very slick. The only negative I would say is room housekeeping. We hung our towels up each day which I thought was the universal rule for hotels not to replace them and help the environment. Everything was still replaced each day, none of the mini bar, coffee etc were refilled after our first day. But overall great four day stay.
R. S.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, perfect location if you are looking for great restaurants during your stay.
N. K.
Awesome boutique hotel is fantastic location. Close to great bars and restaurants.

We had pre-dinner drinks in the lobby Bar and then went to their restaurant, Steak & Oyster. Really not very impressed.... Drinks were booked from 7:15 to 8:00... We waited for 15 minutes to have our order taken. Drinks finally arrived at 7:45. Waitress then came over to the woman who had ordered a Harvey Wallbanger and asked what were the ingredients and how do you make it. Then the waitress returned to say they didn't a bottle of one of the required alcoholic tipples but a barman had gone to the closest bottle shop. By this time it was 7:55. Very disappointing. The service at the restaurant was fabulous but the food was very ordinary. Again disappointing. Excellent table service. No presentation in the plated food. Would not recommend.
H. T.
Overall, nice hotel. I enjoyed cute room and relaxing time at there.
However, the room seems not clean in some parts. I found previous guest’s trash at there. That point makes fell a little bit disappointing for me. I want to stay there again so I hope they will improve their service.

A special place. Not perfect but nothing is. A few minor gripes things like water pressure and the noise if you have a pool view room but overall excellent. You have to appreciate the hotel is at capacity most of the time. The staff do very well and in general are friendly and efficient. Some of the staff are quite young even trainees but do a great job. The facilities are amazing with great design and decor. Top restaurants, shops , cinemas all at your doorstep and a very central location. In the interests of transparency it was our first visit and have stayed at many top hotels around the world but I can confidently recommend the Calile for one important reason. On our first night we were on our way down to dinner in the lift. There were a couple of people in the lift and we checked which level the restaurant was on which was clearly marked inside the lift . One gentleman commented are you dining at Hellenika? I said yes we’ve heard it’s good , have you been there? He chuckled and smiled and said yes they have many tasty dishes. We continued to dinner and were asked to wait a few minutes which was fine because a few of our friends were running late. The same gentleman from the lift walked over asked was everything ok with our reservation? He introduced himself as Michael one of the owners of the hotel and I said thank you everything is fine. We spoke for a few minutes and I congratulated him on the success of the hotel and how impressed we were. The point of the story is that the interest and attention to detail the owner showed is reflected in the whole operation from hotel to restaurants and so on. He didn’t have to go out of his way but did. A really nice guy.. The standard has been set high.

The Calile has a Lobby Bar which is fantastic with great staff except don't order coffee. When they opened we ordered coffee and could not drink it. Even wrote to management. Came back for coffee on Saturday. Ordered long black. Burnt, bitter and luke warm. You can get away with substandard white coffee but not black. Undrinkable which is a shame in the valley which is a coffee hub. Clearly management don't know what good coffee should taste like. Luckily there's plenty of options around. I tried to give feedback privately on your website, but there's nowhere to give feedback.

Really nice hotel. The location is good. The food is really delicious too
W. W.
I use their free parking facility at this super stylish hotel occasionally and they make you feel like a celerity just using the lift and foyer.
I am honestly looking forward to booking a stay at the hotel one day - I am sure I'll be treated like royalty. 🤴Classy.
A. C.
It was an amazing first experience and I'll definitely be coming back more often. My friends and I were so well served, I'm speechless. Super professional and friendly staff. Beautiful Loren and Marian served us, Laura did our perfect drinks. My friends and I tried several cocktails and deserts, everything was delicious and well presented.
I felt so comfortable, the service was exceptional. That's the kind of restaurant I would bring my friends and family. I would recommend to everyone who's seeking a perfect service and great food.
L. D.
Our wait staff was excellent, they far outshined the food and the food was beyond delicious so that's saying a lot!
R. C.
Beautiful Bloody Mary beautiful food and wonderful service.
We picked a Tuesday arvo to enjoy the whole arvo by the pool, our boozy brunch was amazing.

We had a fabulous stay at the Calile after wanting to visit this hotel for years. The style and attention to design detail is jaw dropping, one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. Although the food and drinks are pricey, it is worth spending a full day by the pool and enjoying everything the Calile has to offer. We look forward to coming back one day.
R. L.
A beautiful hotel that’s quite a scene at the moment. Well appointed rooms, sans the shower water pressure. Staff are professional and well trained, but that works two ways. Good at helping where they can, even better at saying no.
We stayed one night, but as soon as 12pm check out kicks in, you can’t go to the pool, or use any facilities. Unless you’re happy to pay a full night extra at $600+... this experience makes me think twice about coming back unfortunately.
Restaurant food and drinks are epic, pool is beautiful
Update: @Calile if you want to talk about ‘consistency’ how about the fact your reception staff assured me upon check in that I would have access to full facilities the next day as I was working from the hotel, only to be told the next day that after 12pm I’m basically a stranger and would need to pay $600+ to access anything... let’s think about the customer experience and whether the sake of ‘consistency’ is worth leaving a bad taste in people’s mouths. Someone who’s paid a lot of money to stay shouldn’t be treated like a vagrant one minute past checkout. Never experienced it in my life in any five star hotel or resort, from SOHO House to Aman Giri.

This review is based on our stay from last year.
My husband and I are from Sydney and I booked a surprise trip to Brisbane for his birthday. On arrival to the hotel our room wasn’t yet ready; we were told to come back later (and when we did, our room still wasn’t ready). Reception was too small to house the influx of arriving visitors and acoustics were woeful; with everyone talking at once it was near impossible to hear the soft-spoken team members. We were offered a $100 meal voucher for the inconvenience of the delayed check in which was appreciated.
The Calile itself is absolutely stunning and exceeded expectations. The architecture and the colour palette is so thoughtfully considered; they’ve done an incredible job of creating a hotel that is breath-takingly beautiful.
When we got to our room there was a bottle of champagne and a plate of chocolates along with a hand written birthday card - these were incredible touches and we were so impressed with this attention to detail. Our room was amazing - quality fixtures and fittings in a beautiful colour palette; it all felt incredibly high end and on-trend.
My biggest qualm with our stay was that we were charged the total cost of our stay + an additional $100 as the ‘holding fee’ (so effectively being charged for our stay twice until the hold was lifted) and this was not explained at all. This resulted in my account being overdrawn after our stay whilst I waited for the hold to be lifted. I’ve never experienced such an exorbitant holding fee before and did not feel the team were sympathetic when I called after our stay. In the end I had to call my bank to get the hold lifted as The Calile were not helpful with this at all.
After posting my review to booking.com where I originally made the booking, I received a phone call from a lovely lady (I think her name was Louise), who was much more empathetic and was kind enough to offer us a free nights stay as an apology for the experience. We haven’t had a chance to use it yet and I’m not sure if it’s still valid, but we did really appreciate the offer and were intending to use it before everything happened with covid and closed borders.

Showy, glam and fun highly recommend. Bring swimmers and people watch by the pool.

Where do I start! I surprised my wife with a night stay for our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, I can't thank them enough, we had such an amazing time, we didn't leave the building once, We had dinner at SK Steak & Oyster and again the staff were awesome, The steak was to die for! best steak I've had! Then breakfast at Hellenika in the Morning was also really good! To top it off cocktails by the Pool! what more would you want! The design and attention to fine detail is just next level with all the fine trimmings. I can not fault anything! My wife and I had smiles on our faces the whole time! we can't wait to come back!
A special massive thank you to Robbie and Gretel who looked after us so well, extremely friendly and warm who always wore a smile!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Service at the helenica was poor and rushed. Waiter had very little idea about the drinks menu and then when the drink I ordered was brought to me, it wasn't what I ordered.
The food was, however, delicious and well presented.
It is a shame as my previous experience was without fault.
J. G.
Amazing service and beautiful rooms. Highly recommend staying here!

Best hotel in brisbane loved the desigh and decoration...nice area with shops and the best restaurants in Queensland under your feet... we went Hellenika and Sk steak and oysters yuuuuummmmm. I'll be back!

The Calile is a wonderful place to stay, with the experience being truly five-star in every way. For a start, the service is truly exceptional, warm and genuine without being stuffy. I’ve not yet been to another hotel where the service is so prioritised. There was a power-cut during one of the evenings of our stay which we were kept up-to-date about and was promptly dealt with and did not inconvenience us too much... The facilities are top-notch (including the pool, basement parking, room amenities and surrounding restaurants and cafes.) The pool is perhaps slightly small for a hotel of this size and is crowded by wannabe influencers during the day, but can empty out toward the late afternoon. I’d happily recommend the Calile to anyone looking for a relaxing stay or weekend getaway!

I feel there are two facets to this hotel. The first is the hotel itself and it's location, both of which are really great. The hotel is in the heart of Brisbane and it's designed superbly and very well finished where art deco meets 21st century. The rooms are spacious and well designed, only downside the beds are of average quality and very springy. Overall I would give this aspect 5 stars.
The other aspect is the service. The hotel itself seems to have almost no visible staff short of in the lobby area and the staff that make up your rooms. Then the only other staff you see are around the pool area that attaches to Hellenika restaurant. The staff there appear to be doing their best but they all appear relatively inexperienced and also very young with no visibly experienced persons directing and maintaining oversight. This aspect I would give 3 stars at best.
Therefore my score of 4 (would have liked to put 3.5) stars above. For the trendy and hip hotel that it is aiming to be, and it is, I think the service does not reflect the image the hotel is portraying and the prices it is charging, especially on weekends when it's busy and staff cannot cope with the volume of guests at breakfast. Do yourself a favour and on weekends, reserve a breakfast table especially if in a group of 4 or more. But enjoy the location and the architectural design and vibe.

Chic and cool in Brisbane! A fab place to stay, we had a romantic stay overnight and it was lovely, a great position on James st , close
To everything! Our room was spacious and loved the shower! Quiet and a lovely staff, very well done hotel, could stay for a week!
E. M.
had a pleasant stay for a friends birthday; had complimentary bubbles sent up with a hand written note from the receptionist Imogen (give her a raise) and also shoutout to the tall blonde room service boy, don't know his name but he said he was the only person on tonight <3
A. F.
Beautiful and wonderfully located hotel. We got the “city facing” king size room, which was very spacious, with a full table and lounge along with the bed. Pool is amazing, though gets busy early—nonetheless the wait staff is very attentive to all at the pool. Easy parking, great on-site food, and easy access to boutique shopping, several breweries, and some great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
P. H.
Pronounced Carlisle, the Calile is truly an island get away. Surrounded by top notch restaurants, and in the middle, a pool. The rooms have one of the best mini bars I have seen. I have hoteled, a lot, and I cannot recommend higher.
J. S.
My wife and I stayed here for our 1 year wedding anniversary and had the most amazing stay. The rooms are so beautifully designed and so comfortable, you won't want to leave. We experienced fantastic customer service from all the staff. The Calile just goes over and above in every way!
S. R.
The Calile! WOW... I had high expectations of this hotel already from what I had seen online, and they sure were fulfilled.
From the minute my partner and I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Felt very personalised.
I had Booked a junior suite king room. The finishings in the room was beautiful, the 180 degree view of Brisbane city skyline was amazing, and the room had the most comfortable bed and hotel pillows I’ve slept on. The linen bathrobes were also so amazing, that I had to buy us one each when we left.
The Calile team even had a bottle of champagne ready to celebrate my partners birthday, a very sweet touch indeed.
Can’t wait to stay in another suite upon our return.
Thank you so much for an absolutely wonderful stay,
S. B.
Stayed for 2 nights, it is a very nice hotel with a great gym and pool and located in an excellent area with lots of great bars, restaurants and high end shopping within meters of the hotel and lots more dining options with 1km near the river. My partner and I had a great stay with a pool view room. We were visiting friends for their wedding and they also stayed here but it was disappointing to hear their stay wasn’t as nice as their room was half cleaned and also no bottle of champagne or flowers on the bed on their wedding night.
The Hellenika restaurant at the hotel has phenomenal food and excellent service.
I would recommend staying for a weekend but be aware you won’t get much celebration on a special occasion!
L. C.
Wow! This is simply one of the best hotels in Australia and must be experienced to be believed!
The service is impeccable from the moment you pull up on your car, front desk, roving guest services staff and of course food and beverage team. Everyone had a smile and genuinely was happy to be there and help us have a great time.
The restaurant is fast becoming known as the best in Brisbane and we dined for dinner, breakfast and lunch too. All amazing!!!
The pool area is super stylish and impossible to leave once you've settled into a day bed!
Seriously worth a visit, but 1 night is not enough!
S. J.
Most perfect place to stay. The rooms are lush as, the service is warm and welcoming and the decor is leaps and bounds above most hotels.
C.
Excellent, outstanding hotel. My favourite one in Australia at the moment! Incredible timeless design, everything is thought through.
Useful technology for the room, nice pool, just awesome.
Only improvement point is the poolside restaurant service but that will receive a separate review as it is not the hotel’s direct responsibility.
C. C.
Their work speaks for itself, their customer service is top-notch too.
R. T.
Absolutely blown away with this hotel! Beautifully styled room. Lovely outlook over the pool. Friendly and attentive staff. We had mentioned that it was a birthday when booking and arrived to find a handwritten card alongside some sweet treats, such a kind gesture! Will definitely be back.
P. H.
Great place. Staff are both helpful and friendly. Rooms are top notch and meticulously kept. F+B worth trying. Everything well presented. Recommend for sure.
D. O.
The standout of this hotel is the incredible design and sheer beauty of the architecture. It is simply stunning! However, it is severely let down by the quality of service by the staff. While there are a select few that are fantastic, they are too few and far between. Many of them are simply not up to the task. While training (or lack there of) undoubtedly plays a significant role in this, I suspect management offer relatively low pay compared to other luxury hotels, as many of the staff came across as backpackers. Although they were all friendly enough, they were also poorly trained about basic service etiquette, and the language barrier was also an issue on occasion.
Management could benefit from understanding the disconnect this hotel has from the look and feel of it (excellent) to the quality of service (poor). A hotel of this standing will undoubtedly attract people with more money, which comes with higher expectations of service. These expectations are almost certainly not being met and continued failure to meet these expectations will heavily impact the business in the long term.
J. H.
Hotel is nice good atmosphere and really makes you feel like you are away from the city on holidays. However need to mention that the bar staff needs to read up on general mainstream drinks. For a hotel to call itself 5star you need to be able to make an Irish coffee. I asked for one and got a long black with whiskey. Sent back and asked again. Second try was a good try but for the price it commands you really should know how to make a Irish coffee. Won't be ordering it again. This was from the lobby bar. Have not tried the pool bar yet
J. T.
It’s perfect. Rooms amazing, the staff are friendly, relaxed and really well trained, the restaurant is located next to the pool. Similar to Alpha in Sydney- epic. The gym and facilities are exceptional.
It’s a new complex that feels luxurious 70s, kind of Greek/ Med, awesome views of the city, upmarket shops and cafes on the lower level.
So yeah pretty much moving in.
K.
Something fancy and different, really nice and elegant food. It is pretty expensive though. Very expensive to stay the night too. What I can say is that the staff and very nice and attentive.
A. T.
Stayed here with the family last month and was extremely impressed with the room and how comfortable it was, the attention to detail to almost every you look at, and generally the level of service provided by all the staff. This was illustrated perfectly when I left my sunglasses in the cabana by the pool. The Hotel staff went out of their way to search for them, find them, then express post them to me, even wrapping them so they would not scratch - very impressive! We will definitely be back.
M. L.
Such a beautiful hotel and amazing staff

We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Calile Hotel. I can't begin to explain what an amazing experience it all was. From the moment we booked to the week after, the service that we received was outstanding. Kate and Tina and all the friendly staff made our day so special. We also stayed the night and ate breakfast there. The building details and design are so thoughtful executed. It was such an lovely venue and I am so happy that we chose this location.
A. N.
4.5 stars - amazing design of hotel and the rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, facilities are nice with good location. Prices for some rooms are very pricey
K. S.
I stayed here 3 times, for a week each time and everything was flawless. The rooms are beautifully designed and wonderfully functional. Huge, comfortable bed, black out blinds that open with the touch of a button and a lovely table and chairs. The sliding bathroom mirror/wall is such a great idea! Room service was delicious, although it is quite a limited menu. I didn't use the pool as it's very public and right next to a restaurant, plus people can just wander up the stairs from the street. I would prefer it to be in a more private location.
J. C.
when booking at the calile, it’s clear from the start that you’re booking for the whole ‘experience’, there’s plenty of reviews that speak to that. however, what sets the calile apart from other hotels is their customer service. we unfortunately had to leave on short notice because of the brisbane lockdown, and all staff were diligent, helpful and completely understanding - one less thing to worry about while things were unfolding. late check out? “no worries”, have to leave on short notice “of course, here’s you refund”. i couldn’t recommend the calile enough, and look forward to returning soon.
M. M.
We loved the Calile! Stayed 3 nights but wished we had booked longer. Was worth paying a little extra for the pool view room. Room was great, comfy bed, automatic blackout shades and spa feel. Gym facilities are top notch and the service was great as well. Needed to stay a little longer before checking out and they were willing to accommodate. When we come back we will be staying here for sure.
M. L.
What a beautifully hotel. Interesting architecture, minimalist, tasteful and elegant designs. For a minute we forgot and thought we were in Miami. The room is spacious and superbly appointed. Everything is in the right place which makes us feel truly calm, relaxed and well rested. The bed comfortable. Great location with plenty of dining choices along James Street and surrounds.
We had the best food this trip at the lobby bar and breakfast by the pool side at the Hellenika Restaurant. All the staff were really friendly and the service was great.
The only complaint from me is that we were there for the weekend, both Friday and Saturday evening the hotel lobby was packed with people attending weddings and filled with noises. They certainly take up all the space in the lobby and certainly makes checking in and using the lift a little stressful. It’s ok if you are looking for a fun party vibe, not if you want a quiet place.
