Price was okay, but there is a few issues. Rooms aren't very sound proof, for example I could hear the elevator all night and people opening and closing their doors. My room also had mould in the air-conditioning unit, broken cabinetry and a dirty bin.
Very convenient location, restaurant was nice and the staff were lovely (although not all of them were wearing masks correctly).
Reccomend staying here if you only need the convenience of being almost directly in the CBD.l (which is why I was there so no biggie).

Our second stay now at The Sebel Brisbane - its perfect for our family mini stay in the city to enjoy Christmas activities. The one bedroom apartment is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Location is great to be able to walk everywhere, and close to public transport.
Staff are always super friendly and helpful - we love our annual stay at The Sebel!

This hotel is stunning, the design is flawless and something you constantly admire. Every detail here is considered and immaculate. Can’t wait to come back!

Always a pleasant stay at the Sebel. Great service and well appointed rooms.

A great hotel in an excellent location. Easy walking distance to treasurey and Queen Street Mall as well as Southbank

Great hotel. Right in the middle of the city. Spacious rooms and craft restaurant has good breakfast and dinner

A surprise in the heart of the CBD. The first thing you will notice is the huge apartment style room with balcony. Hard to beat the size of the rooms with a full kitchen and seperate lounge dining, amazing value. The service is welcoming yet can be a little slow when busy. The attached cafe / bar is a good breakfast venue and they serve great coffee. The gym is not worth visiting, go to Goodlife around the corner for a casual visit. Overall a great place to stay on business or leisure and close to everything.

Great stay, great room, great location and brekky was delicious. Our fave place to stay in Brissie.

Well and truly above expectations! We’ve had so many bad experiences that it was amazing to find somewhere that was actually fantastic! Comfortable beds, helpful staff and on site parking. Our stay was fantastic! Thank you

Nice room, modern, look very clean and fresh and great location, fantastic service
S. M.
Beautiful room, beautiful view and the lobby is cozy, clean and comfortable. Pricing is good, they have a bar and restaurant attached and the receptions/admin staff deliver a high standard of professionalism and service.
The location is brilliant, with it only being a 2 or 3 minute walk to Queen Street Mall. Just a lovely place to stay.
M. P.
We had a great room with a great bed and a great kitchen. The room service was also terrific and on arrival we were gifted chocolate easter eggs for Easter. Would defiantly recommend to anyone who wants a great room for a couple nights. Will be back

Nice place and location with 24*7 reception.
Best restaurant in the ground floor. Love it !!

Outstanding Services and Flawless Conference
I recently used The Sebel Brisbane for a Business Conference including over night accommodation for our delegates. I could not have been more impressed with the staff at The Sebel. From my first enquiry to the final day of our conference, every single thing had been thought of. Everyone I dealt with was prompt, professional and helpful. Alicia and Jarrad and the team on the day were fabulous. I want to particularly point out that the room was perfectly set up, with everything I had asked for, including multiple power boards for delegates to plug their laptops and phones into, ensuring everyone was able to participate and focus all day. There were also multiple AV adaptors available when I walked into the room to ensure I could connect immediately to the projector and I was even given a number to text throughout the day for any and all requests or queries. I did have to use this number and the team were fast to respond and helped in every instance. Food was delicious and served in a Covid Safe manner, and the balcony off each meeting room was fantastic. So nice to have some real outdoor time and space when you are in such a focused environment for the whole day! The rooms were also really well appointed and comfortable. Prices were incredibly reasonable. My only suggestion would be for a healthier snack to be provided (ie - dried fruit and nuts for conference) rather than the standard mints (which are heavy on sugar and noisy during presentations). Thanks again Alicia and Jarrad - see you all very soon for our next conference.

Beautiful place! Beautiful people! Favourite place in Brisbane! I first learned about The Sebel when I was looking for a place to live long-term. I was so fortunate to meet Angie Rayner, the Reservations Manager, who kindly showed me around, answered all sorts of questions so perfectly and promptly, and was so very helpful. I was so impressed by her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer service - I thought, "This would be a wonderful place to live." While my relocation plans to Brisbane were changed, I always remembered The Sebel. Fast forward to this week. A dear 77-year old friend of mine was visiting Brisbane and she had found herself booked into a "dodgy hotel." I wanted to rescue her, and give her a place to stay that would make her Brisbane trip memorable and happy, most assuredly. There was only one choice - The Sebel! I called up, and spoke with Yasmeen, who was so kind and booked her in for three nights (with a great rate). Then I spoke with Ivon who was also so kind, and made her arrival so easy and happy. I can't say enough good things about The Sebel, and the lovely staff and beautiful facilities, so I will quote my friend: "It is unbelievably lovely here. Very elegant and comfortable and the total total opposite to last night!!! The room was ready.... and the staff were lovely! Thank you, thank you! Can’t believe how blessed I am...Today is a very special day for me. [husband's name] and I were married 51 years ago today, so I could give thanks for the great gift that he was to me." Thank you everyone at The Sebel!

My wife and I had a little vacation from the kids (thanks grandparents) and decided to use our Accor membership to find a place we could get away and unwind for a few nights. We have stayed in Sebel apartments before and we were really impressed so we naturally decided to try The Sebel Brisbane. The staff were great, the location is really good and generally we were happy except for one thing...
At 2m tall, I'm not a little person and there was no way on earth that I could shower, nor could I use the bath the size of my left foot! Even my 180cm tall wife struggled to use the shower head that was set at approx 160cm high!
Frankly I can not imagine anyone at average Australian height feeling anything but cramped in the shower/bath. It really is that bad and it fits in well with the tiny bathrooms that they've gotten away with.
Honestly, if you're average height or above, DO NOT stay here unless you don't wish to shower or bath. I've only ever found bathrooms as diminutive as these in Hong Kong where space really is a premium... What excuse a company like the Sebel has in Brisbane for being so stingy is beyond me.
We will not be returning, as a tiny shower is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, yet at the same time, I'll choose a place that values practicality above profit margins first.

Customer service was outstanding, very modern room. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Great location. Parking was on the expensive side (what happened to parking being included.) Great location.

Spent a fabulous weekend at the Sebel Brisbane. Staff were very friendly, room was clean and well presented. Great central location with a short walk to Botanical Gardens, Queen St Mall, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.
S. R.
Bed was comfy, room was well set out, don't go for the breakfast. Lots of other places around. Restaurant not big enough, had to sit out side in the heat, with the building works. And the food was very bland. I would stay here again
M.
Great one night stay and had a room overlooking up Charlotte Street, facing Southbank on riverfire night (extra bonus!) Bed was super comfy and rooms had good a/c. Bathrooms just a little dated. Excellent swimming pool and sauna. Good gym too. Couldn't get a better handy location to the cbd. There was a parking charge for your car. Had paid for a breakfast with the online booking, all continental fruits, cereal etc and one choice of the menu for a cooked item, no buffet as such. Staff were great.
R. P.
Great suites and friendly staff with a restaurant on the ground floor
W.
I booked this hotel on its brand reputation being a Sebel. Five star it is not. No valet, in fact we had to use he public carpark across the road due to them being full. Ironically Wilson parking was cheaper than the Sebel parking. In a five star hotel valet is expected.
Their covid measures are dated to say the least. Even in Hobart we were able to scan in and no forms required. Not at the Sebel Brisbane.
Then there is the mini bar and room service. No mini bar in the room. Removed due to Covid apparently, and the mini bar room service closes at 9pm. This is not a five star hotel in any way. The room was dated. But comfortable never the less. Not a five star in any way and I won't be staying again.
P. L.
Extremely comfortable beds and the staff were EXCELLENT.
Our room had cooking, dishwasher and washing/dryer facilities.
We've been there many times and will continue to return.
S. G.
I have stayed here a few times now and on average the staff at reception are just ok. While once they where friendly the other times I have found them to be polite but sharp and abrupt in their responses.
The rooms are great plenty of space in the one bedroom apartments. The beds and pillows are comfy and the soaps and bathroom liquids smell nice and seem a quality product.
The cafe attached to the hotel has great lunch’s and the best coffee in the cbd.
The price point is competitive and good value for money.
I will stay here again in the future just hoping the vibe of the staff improves a little.
Cheers

Will be staying at the Sebel again in the future. I booked 2 nights to celebrate my partners 30th birthday. I was very impressed when we walked into our apartment, on the table there was a piece of tasty cake, balloons, bottle of wine and a card from the Sebel team wishing happy birthday.
Loved the view from the apartment, the friendly accommodating staff and the location of the Sebel.
D. H.
Overall we had an extremely relaxing and enjoyable stay, in a location that was central and well appointed, with a level of service that truly exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again.
Our apartment was spacious and very comfortable, with many inclusions we weren't aware of, like the full kitchenette and balcony.
The attentiveness & professionalism of the hotel staff we had contact with was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble & every request we made was welcomed & accommodated fully.
Our breakfast experience at The Croft House was below the usual standard we are accustomed to when travelling and if the breakfast hadn't been included in our package we probably wouldn't have returned the second morning. The continental breakfast selection was unimpressive & our a-la-carte selections were hit and miss, although the Grilled Halloumi & Pumpkin was delicious. Overall breakfast was average at best, and as the hotel is so centrally located, with so many exceptional dining experiences available close by, I just don't see the need to settle for average. Still I wouldn't let walking a few hundred meters to have a great breaky stop my from staying again.
B.
Generous sized room with everything you need. I enjoyed the sauna as well. Great location for exploring the city on foot.
K. K.
Reception was very warm and friendly, lots of smiles. The room was very clean and comfortable with a great view and lots of room to move. The room was very quiet for a city hotel which surprised but pleased us. Pre-dinner drinks at the bar were refreshing and relaxing as we sat and chatted and watched the world go by. Breakfast was fabulous and being Accor members was excellent value for money. We will put the Sebel on our must stay again list for when we return to the City.

A friend and I stayed for 3 three nights to attend a conference. My friend slept in the sofa bed which she said was very comfortable. The bed and pillows I had were great. The room was clean and well equipped. We had a delicious dinner at The Croft one night. Moreton Bay Bug and Prawn capellini. It was excellent. We had a cooked breakfast each morning which was served promptly and was very tasty. The coffee was very good.
The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and the service was great. The staff at reception were also very good.
I have stayed here many times and it never disappoints.

How rude of us. My wife and I enjoyed a weekend in the city (grandparents looked after the kids) and I mentioned our anniversary (couple) while booking.
We went out for a meal and came back to a very acceptable bottle of sparkly wine in a bucket along with a nice card.
Thank you Sebel staff for attention to detail and for giving a hoot. We will he back for sure. Staff are all very helpful and the restaurant was faultless. Walk everywhere location, huge suite very high up as requested - jings. Thank you all. 10/10.

Firstly, we needed to delay our booking due to family issues, the hotel very wonderfully accomodating in letting us move our booking back a month. My wife and I were greeted very warmly at reception and made to feel welcome straight away. After being offered a great late checkout of 12pm we made our way up to our room on the 20th floor. We arrived to a spacious 1 bedrooom apartment and instantly were drawn out onto the large balcony to check out the city views. These views spanned from the Brisbane wheel, all the way to Eagle st. The city skyline at night was a wonderous sight. Shortly after we got to our room we received a knock at the door and the lady that greeted us at reception was at the door, smiling again, this time with a complimentary bottle of champagne for us on our anniversary. It was a truly tremendous surprise and we were very thankful. Checking out the rest of the apartment, the lounge was a great size with comfy chairs, and a seperate kitchenette was excellently appointed. A good size bathroom had enough space to get about and the shower nozzle had amazing settings! The king size bed was tremendously comfortable and we both had a great sleep. Both the bedroom and lounge exited onto the balcony. The only negative I can think of was that the wifi was not free. We had a truly great stay, wish it could have been longer and we would happily return!

Good hotel if you want an apartment style room. Prices are good for what you get. The apartment has great floor space so you can relax. There is an outdoor pool and spa. Our room has a small kitchen with 2 hotplates and a 7.5kg combo washer dryer. Just be aware that it does take longer than a standard wash/dry when using 2 separate machines. Hotel staff are very helpful and the restaurant The Croft House was a great place for dinner. Recommend the pork belly or the brisket for the main.
We are a family of 3 and used the sofa bed without issues. Views are ok but I'm sure the higher levels have more to see.

Loved my stay at The Sebel Brisbane! Friendly and helpful staff, and prompt service. My Studio room was super clean and so neat, equipped with just the right amenities. The bed is cosy. It's also centrally located, which made it easy for me to grab food etc. I highly recommend this hotel.
M. A.
Our family had such a wonderful day. Unfortunately heavy rain forced the staff to relocate us to their restaurant but it did not affect us at all. The food was absolutely beautiful with endless prawns, oysters, glazed ham, turkey and all the trimmings. The bevies were cold and the staff were lovely. Definitely be back next year!! Thanks again Sebel

My birthday plans to go over seas had to be changed to a brisbane getaway.
I had a great room and was even provided with balloons ,cake and a card from the sebel waiting for me in my room.
Loved my birthday and loved my stay
Thank you

Great location, friendly service, recommended for sorry status in Brisbane
S. S.
A lovely little tucked away delight. Has a restaurant on site which is a bonus. Parking is available also. Only fault, if disabled, or really tall, the shower may cause issues. TV in bedroom is tiny. Otherwise really comfy bed, very clean and strangly..the hand soap is amazing. Views of the city. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Close to alot of Brisbane shops, casino, parks etc.
M. B.
Excellent location and the service from the friendly front desk staff was spot on. The amount of space you get compared to a typical Brisbane based hotel room is great. Many Apartment style hotels often loose points due to the lack of availability of hotel type services (eg scent on site food/room service etc). The Sebel gets this balance right and as a business traveller, I highly recommend it.
D. S.
Absolutely one of my favourite hotels. Always spotlessly clean, staff are wonderful and a great location

What a fantastic weekend we had at the Sebel. From start to finish the service was awesome, friendly, efficient and warm. We got upgraded to a suite which was great and when we arrived we were impressed with the room size, cleanliness, comfort and modern decor. We were disappointed by the kettle with Nescafe stick and the bath with the slowest fill time. Everything else was fantastic! I tried the biology shampoo/conditioner/wash and loved them. I'm thinking about finding out if they create a full size bottle. I was really impressed with the other clientele too - there were plenty of lift rides and we all just chatted happily. We didn't have any meals at the Croft house but we had a couple of drinks there and thought it was great too. Because of its location we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to in the CBD from the Myers centre to the eagle Street pier. We'll be going back again.

We have stayed at the Sebel previously and was satisfied. However, we stayed this year and what an awesome surprise. The room/apartment was perfect. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The new refurbished restaurant served great meals, but we especially enjoyed the structure of the breakfast. The Sebel have nailed the concept of freshly preparing breakfast on request and no pre cooked options kept warm! We have always enjoyed the location, we will be returning again for sure. Well done.
H. V.
Check in was smooth and quick. Monique from the reception was absolutely lovely and sweet. Our room was ready by 1300. The room was clean, modern, and cozy. We were surprised with a bottle of champagne which was personally sent up by Monique. The bed was comfy and the view was good from the 25th floor. Overall, we had a beautiful time and a good experience with The Sebel. Will definitely return again and thank you Monique, Yasmeen and all the others for being so lovely and nice as well as for the beautiful bottle of champagne.

Sensitive staff—we thought it was very touching that the sofa bed had been made up before we arrived for the children. Then, it was even better after we returned from a day out to find it again made up, however, with their little bunnies arranged neatly and welcomingly on the sofa bed cushions. Well done!
We thought the hotel was excellently situated for what we required.
While we were there we had no issues with extraneous sounds/noise, it was quiet and comfortable for the four of us! Well appointed apartment.
S. C.
I have stayed at this hotel several times. I chose it for the central location - close to shops and many restaurants. The size of the suite is excellent for a stay of several days (or more) - with a good size kitchenette and laundry facilities, spacious lounge and dining areas. The lack of balcony furniture is the only disappointment. I organized a business meeting here and was very happy with the room size, catering, natural light and outdoor area.
J. F.
Great hotel in a great location. This is a smart, friendly and very professional hotel in the Accor group of hotels. The rooms are of a very good standard. The hotel has a bar come restaurant that is smart, trendy and good food offering and a wide selection of drinks. There is seating outside on the pavement. There is also a bar type seating facing out on to the street great for people watching. My favourite hotel while on business in Brisbane.
J. S.
Great hotel. Beds were a bit soft but the pool and service made up for it. Rooms also have foxtel and you can replicate your phone on the tv. I didn't use the gym, I'm a goodlife member so I went down the road.
K. D.
To start with, being my first visit to Brisbane, I was greeted by friendly faces at the AccorPlus check-in counter who informed me that my booking had been upgraded to a one bedroom apartment on the 26th floor. This kicked off a great week and was nice to relax in the apartment at nights to wind down after a full work day. The room and facilities were fantastic. The onsite restaurant offered great dining for both the the breakfast rush and dinner. Thank you for a pleasuable stay.
G. T.
This place is excellent. Mentioned our stay was to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary and instant upgrade and bottle of bubbly, delivered personally by the lovely, efficient receptionist. Neglected to note her name but, thank you. Room was excellent, location unbeatable, value exceptional. All staff we dealt with were very pleasant and professional, one of those seamless, stress free events we all love. Can’t recommend it enough, thank you.
J. S.
The Sebel has very nice and well equipped rooms. Perfect for short stays and even slightly longer stays. The rooms and even the hotel had an up to date look about and had nice staff to go with. Had some minor issues with cards stop working and one of the lifts went a bit wonky in terms of deciding which floor to go to but they were very minor. As with most hotels, has a nice looking Restaurant/Bar attached down stairs. I didnt try it out but from what I could see it looked very nice to eat/drink at. Ive stayed in quite a few hotels and can say that this is the most modern feeling one I've stayed in for a while.
B. O.
Nice hotel. Great location in Brisbane close to food . Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and a great size. A little nosiy. Did not get to see if they had or use any other facilities.
W. B.
Lovely family friendly hotel.
Location is fantastic with Buses and trains close by. Plus, it's only an 8 min walk from the ferry terminal.
Reception staff are friendly and very helpful and were willing to answer any questions we had as well as suggest some great places to eat!
Rooms are cosy and comfortable. A great getaway location.
P. D.
In terms of accommodation this was a great place to stay. Great beds. Very clean. Roomy. Central location was handy for what I needed.
Two minor complaints. Service the bike in the gym as you cannot adjust the level of the seat and only a child can ride it safely at the level I found it at. The i home pod for playing music and setting an alarm appeared to either be broken or I could not figure out how to turn it on. I checked it was plugged in and on at the socket but some turning on instructions would help. (Just so I knew it was only the power button and something should light up as nothing did). Neither were significant and did not hamper my findings on my stay.
S. M.
We were treated so fantasticly by the staff & the apartment was just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble & my husband who was in Brisbane to recieve a bravery medal was treated to champagne & a teddy bear & a lovely hand written card from the staff personally delivered to our room. Was just a wonderful experience for us as a family. We will stay nowhere else when we are in Brisbane next. Very impressed!
S. S.
Great location and close to Queen Street Mall and heaps of pubs and local eats. A great buzz on the street level at almost all times. The hotel is losing out to more recent contemporary additions round the corner but more than makes up with their excellent customer service.
A great choice for the business or leisure traveller. Their restaurant, The Croft Door has a small but good menu and great tasting food and a decent choice of wines, beers and spirits.
Rooms are priced higher than the neighbouring properties for little benefit to the customer and hopefully that changes soon.
R. D.
Great service :-) I had had a tough day and the receptionist saw the tears streaming down my cheeks so she later organised a chocolate platter for me- delivered to my room personally just to cheer me up. A heartfelt gratitude to her. It just made the day and I felt that there are angels on this earth who just brighten your day and she is one of them. Hats off for your service Sebel.
M. D.
Location is central. Room is clean and requests taken care of quickly by front desk and housekeeping. Kitchen staff went above and beyond to serve us breakfast items even though we arrived at 11am (half hour past end of breakfast time) - food was delicious. We appreciated the gesture.
L. S.
Great service and even an upgrade. Lovely communication pre-visit with reception staff to organise both early check-in and late check-out due to timing of flights. Close to shopping, transport, entertainment. Great coffee in the CroftHouse - not so great in the room. Well appointed mini-bar and the bed was oh so comfy.
L. A.
We took our first trip to Brisbane for our anniversary and booked at the Sebel. The experience was amazing . All staff are friendly , the rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable . We arrived 1 hour early prior to check in and we were extremely exhausted - the staff allowed us to check in earlier , they put us in the room we also wanted .
The staff gave us a complimentary wine & a lovely note for our anniversary which made our experience even more enjoyable . Check out was very easy and I must also mention the housekeeping staff were also very friendly and attentive to our needs . Thank you Sebel Brisbane team we will be back on our next trip!
R. B.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was spacious and décor was relaxing. Service was very good in all areas. Personally, the conference room was not ideal for a large group, especially the way it was set up but overall a wonderful place to stay.
D. A.
The place is spectacular from the front desk where the staff are friendly and attentive to your every need. To the room that is 5 star in absolutely every way. If you have to stay in Brisbane stay here and don't miss out in the fully cooked breakfast. Staying at the Sebel will have you thoroughly spoilt in every way.
I. B. F.
This was my second time in The Sebel Brisbane, and the stay was lovely as always. The staff is always helpfull, the rooms are clean, and the services are very good. And it is perfectly located in the middle of the CBD. The overall experience for the price is excellent.
I was out for the weekend, and the staff at reception stored my suite and laptop for the weekend so I didn't had to carry them arround, so that was very very helpfull.
D. C.
The hotel is well located for us, we enjoy the buzz of Brisbane CBD, and it's close to dining out at the Pier and ferries on the river. The room/suite was spacious, clean and peaceful. Fantastic view, from the 30th floor and everything we needed was neatly placed in the room. We felt the benefits of the Accor Plus membership, and as always, we're very pleased with our participation. We decided to book into The Sebel Brisbane, because we always look at the Accor hotels first when deciding to spend days away from home,.The Sebel was on the Accor list of hotels, so we knew the standard would be good and would meet our expectations.
Z. M.
Very convenient to everything, Great inner city location, Pleasant rooms without being luxurious, Great beds, Small gym, sauna and pool... Close to everything but not noisy at all! Lovely attentive and helpful staff. Small kitchenette, reasonably priced parking! We have stayed there many times!!!
A.
Loved the staff and the room size
L. L.
Very nice spacious rooms in the heart of the city. The room I got was setup like a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and lounge that had balcony access. Our room also had one too. Overall the stay good and would book again next time.
G. N.
Enjoyed my stay at the Sebel, had everything I needed and all amenities were top quality. Huge comfy bed (most important!), ample-sized workspace, good internet connection (next most important!). Even a bath in the bathroom which I enjoyed after a long day of travel. Great location as I was attending a conference at QUT. Staff were friendly and helpful.
M. H.
When I initially rang up to find out about parking costs I ended up booking in as well. I said that I wanted a higher floor and at the time it wasn’t explained that I could pay extra to guarantee it. I ended up ringing back the next day to see if I could upgrade but unfortunately because I had prepaid I wasn’t able to (which I thought would be the case). The lady I spoke to was lovely and highlighted the request for the higher floor. Not only did we have a lovely view, the room was also very spacious. And a bottle of champagne was delivered to our room for our 25th wedding anniversary! 😊 Overall we had a lovely experience and wish we had been able to stay longer!
M. D.
Nice rooms and a super comfy bed. I got the option to buy breakfast for only $1 a day when I booked. The breakfast is really good - a few basic buffet options but the best is you can select a dish from the cafe menu.
R. S.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Being Accor plus members we were treated like royalty.
We were given an upgraded room & late check-out. The late check-out made all the
difference to our stay as we were able to do so much on Saturday before driving home
late afternoon.
The Sebel is in an amazing location. I usually stay at the Sofitel but much prefer this location.
Dinner at the restaurant was great. Best salmon I have had at a restaurant for several years.
D. D.
My husband surprised me with an overnight stay in the city to go to the rugby. The room was fantastic, comfy bed, great towels, the service was top notch and the location is perfect.
E. S.
This place was great, simply the best service I'v received in Brisbane hands down, it was my birthday the night I stayed back in March this year and the reception staff sent up a bottle of complementary champagne plus I was given a top floor appt with great views at no extra cost.
It was dirty cheap I think it was around $129 dollars a night for a one bedroom, kitchen and huge lounge appt.
K. R.
The staff were amazing when we checked in the girl Keeley was so delightful. We were there for our wedding anniversary and we could not have picked a better place. Croft House was amazing. Our server Amy was so nice and helpful. Overall it was generally a wonderful experience. The only "negative" thing was the price of parking even for an accor member. $28 dollars a day is a little expensive especially when there are 3 parking stations nearby but we understood that for the convenience we'd park there.
R. G.
I had a lovely time staying at your hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean and very generous in size. The location is perfect.
H. W.
The cocktail bar on the roof is one of Brisbane’s best kept secrets. During the day you can relax by the pool; at night you get a different take on the city from many floors up. Also - their espresso martini’s are to die for.
L. L.
We enjoyed our stay at this Accor Hotel again. The check in was seamless, the rooms are a nice size to relax and the breakfast at The Croft is vastly improved from the last time we dined at Pallet [which was truly awful]. The location is great and we will certainly stay again.
J. L.
Nice hotel. Picked it due to the apartment option. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly. We booked the two bedroom apartment which was well appointed and clean. Great location for all the city has to offer.
B. C.
Very helpful staff. Comfortable, clean and spacious studio apartment at an affordable price, right in the centre of Brisbane CBD .
C. P.
It was the usual pleasant experience. The reception & F&B team where good. The arrival gifts were nice, and the water welcome.
All in all its the same experience each time, my only observation would be to expand the restaurant menu just slightly for evening meals.
K. A.
We always have a fantastic stay at the Sebel in Brisbane. All the staff are so friendly, from reception to housekeeping, to the staff in the restaurant (The Croft).
My kids love chatting to the housekeeping staff, who are always so friendly and kind!
Location is fantastic, so close to the Queen Street mall (and the games arcade, haha!).
Facilities are great, wifi so handy! We feel very welcome every time we visit, and love seeing the same familiar faces on reception.
T. M.
I love that it was inside a subdivision so it was quiet at night. Price is good and breakfast included is nice as this is not common in the phillipines. We didn't like other Chinese guests with children who always keep bumping the door every time they came in / out in their rooms.
F. D.
I had a very good time staying at the Sebel starting from the reception staff who were very lovely and the lodge itself. The lodge met all my expectations regarding cleanliness, servicing and access to necessities. I would return to the Sebel over and over again if I come to Brisbane. My family loved the whole experience. My wife is already telling me we need to plan another trip; this time longer and she has clearly stated that the only place she'd stay will be the Sebel.
j. m.
All the staff at The SEBEL were absolutely awesome.
They made our 23rd wedding anniversary amazing.
Upgraded us to a suite without asking.
A big cheers to Steph in the restaurant.
Saw her early in the morning at the breakfast service.
Came back late in the afternoon for coffee and Steph was still beaming and offering wonderful friendly service with a massive happy smile.
Well done SEBEL.

Pretty good stay. Screaming out from kitchen team during breakfast made biz conversation difficult at one stage. B'fast order mixed up, but rectified pretty quickly. The mini-bar wasn't refreshed after first night. Saved me $, cost the hotel, I guess!
J. S.
Great hotel, lovely rooms and hotel facilities, the staff are very friendly and are willing to help with any issues that you may have. They do room massages which I thought was really cool. The only negitive I would say is the price, very expensive room services however overall I am extreamly satisfied with my stay
J. H.
Experience OK however for a 3 consecutive night stay other hotels have provided a free drink voucher. Maybe Sebel could consider that and also a room upgrade as my room was quite small and having received various upgrades in the past that certainly would be impressive for me. I'm intending on staying 4 or more nights in Sydney during November therefore am looking forward to how I might be impressed then ehethet with Sebel or someone else
C. N. R.
Good serviced apartment. Good location, 5 minutes walk to the quay, can be noisy from traffic, construction work that seems to go one during the night. Bathroom and facilities clean
and bright. Mini bar F&B no more expensive than the stores.
R.
Every one I dealt with was super friendly and helpful but from my initial booking being cancelled in error and all the phone calls that followed, to the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, it was all a bit disappointing given the fact we had to pay more than twice the usual fee due to state of origin.
There were no coffee mugs in cupboard and no teaspoons in drawer and we found them all dirty in the dishwasher so we had to wash up what we needed so we could have coffee. That's a first for me! Also there were only 4 sugar sachets. We both take two in our coffee so were sadly limited to one coffee. An extra blanket would have been good too. We hadn't touched the air con but we got back to our room in the early hours, it was freezing getting into bed. On a good note, the room was clean, the bed very comfy and the location ideal.
A. P.
Great phone booking customer service from Kasey.
Brief overnight stay in between trains.
We didnt get breakfast delivered to our room in the evening as prearranged. Maybe a communication mixup??? Yes ok this was not something payed for directly rather a free inclusion special. However it was discussed upon booking and checkin but never provided.
Biggest downfall was waking up to a horrible smell of greasetraps being emptied. Kinda thankful we were leaving in a hurry to get breakfast elsewhere.
L. R.
Accommodation was great - from check in to check out everything was of the highest quality.
Had to hunt down a breakfast form each day, as they were not being replaced as part of the room clean.
Disappointed with options for meals... the Croft selection is lacking, and wait times if you dine in are not conducive to keeping appointments.
M. G.
Had a wonderful stay in a modern, clean and well maintained luxury room, close to the hospital. buses, trains, restaurants and a lovely 20 walk into the city. The staff is to be highly commended for their professional approach to making their guests feel like they're staying in a "home away from home"
Thankyou for a lovely stay, we will be back.
J. J.
We arrived at the Hotel early but were able to check into our room straight away & also received an upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment. Our apartment was spacious & the king size bed made for a good nights
sleep.
H. B.
There was no shower caps in the toilet, (requested but none came) lifts was broken during our stay, had to climb stairs from Ground Level to Level 17 as there was a 20-25 mins wait for a single lift which is usually full! Shower wasn't pleasant too, hard to pull the knob out to change from tap to shower.
Location was superb but other than that, everything was pretty average.
N. H.
Great central location. Great views of the inner city if you are on the higher floors. Modern rooms. Plenty of space in the deluxe rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful without being over the top and annoying. Water and fruit offered to all guests in the lobby daily.
J. L.
My favourite place to stay in Brisbane. Great location. An easy walk to city centre or south bank. Staff are always amazing and extremely helpful. The croft cafe which is part of the hotel is also a great place for breakfast or a glass of wine.
L. C.
The rooms were better than average but only marginally. We booked a queen room but arrived to find two singles pushed together which meant the bed was a little uncomfortable.
We also found ourselves being bitten by mystery bugs, a cause for a subpar sleep.
The Croft House, their cafe/restaurant/bar was pretty cool though.
T. M.
The hotel looks very nice from outside and in the lobby. I requested a partial refund for the amount i paid extra for a seaview but they just said 'this room is a deluxe and we dont have a seaview'. The tiles around the bath tub are broken and repaired with a painted filler.
G. O.
Beautifully appointed with comfortable soft furnishings, a great multi function washer dryer and small dishwasher. My only complaint is that the shower over bath is rubbish for me as I'm too tall. My only issue and a particularly me issue at that.
N. B.
Love love love this hotel. Location is perfect, service is better than you'd expect. Staff are amazingly friendly. Rooms are very comfortable.
R. M.
Friendly and courteous staff. Clean & Tidy room. The view from the 28th floor was amazing.Natt (manager) was outstanding- extremely helpful, polite and lovely to deal with.Thank you for making our stay so pleasant in such a short notice on the spot booking on Christmas Day ☺ Rana.
B. P.
Great location, close to Queen St Mall shopping and dining district. Rooms are well presented with large living room, bedroom and ensuite. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying there again.
C.
Quite a nice hotel in a perfect location. Parking isn't included and will cost you money but it is worth it considering the location. Rooms are excellent, staff friendly and everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended!
M. D.
Looking for a weekend getaway to celebrate my Wife's birthday and we were extremely satisfied with The Sebel Brisbane. The location is perfect for my wife to go shopping in Queen St mall and the accommodation very comfortable to come back and truly relax. The breakfast at the restaurant was really good and the staff very friendly and helpful. We will be back to stay here again for sure and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Brisbane.
J. P.
I stayed in the self catering room. The size was good, the room was clean and well appointed. The bath and shower are small though, I'm 6.2 ft and almost touched the ceiling with my head
T. W.
This is a great hotel to stay in. The full hotel experience with the convenience of an apartment. Easy walking distance to anywhere in the city. The breakfast package was great value and very good, but not the normal hotel buffet that you would expect
S.
an excellent location, just a few mins walk away from the central of Brisbane. cosy room, but the rooms are a little too dimly lit. I had the "best" neighbour" who blasted music for 2 hours before midnight and then once more at 2am. the sound unfortunately seeped through to my bedroom, keeping me up which wasn't appreciated as I had to wake up early the next day.
B. M.
As always I find the Sebel very visitor friendly . ALL staff are professional and always greet you with a smile ( even maintenance staff who you might share the lift with !!) The Croft House Restaurant is THE PLACE to dine- breakfast lunch or dinner. Gary the Food and Beverage Manager is doing a great job and is ably supported by his staff. Stef, a long term staff member is a great team leader.
A. A.
Awesome breakfast for the kids. You only pay for their age. So we definitely got our moneys worth. The room was spacious also with cooking facilities which is handy- if you feel like cooking :-)
J. H.
Friendly staff and clean, are the good points to this hotel.
Other than that it's your run of the mill inner city hotel.
The main cons, are the over priced wifi/internet access (which should be free it 2017 after all )
And the over priced bar fridge items.
T. M.
The Sebel is conveniently located within walking distance the botanic gardens and ferry stop. Its central location in the heart of the city is great for DIY travellers. Incredibly spacious with all of the facilities you'd need. I look forward to my next visit as this is my hotel of choice when in Brisbane.
T. D.
Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was spotless and bed was soft. All modern TV with all the entertainment channels available. The gym was adequate and the pool heated and outdoors
M. H.
Just a visit to the Croft House hotel bar. I'm trying the house cocktail, the Southside (gin, lemon juice, mint), which is rather sweeter than advertised. No sugar syrup mentioned. The bar person said there may be a little sugar syrup, but this was unexpected. A note to the menu writers!
Otherwise it's a nice cosy bar/bistro with good ambiance and welcoming staff, with lovely live music (though a little loud for those eating or attempting a conversation).
N. R.
Great location, the most comfortable beds! But no free room wifi. We stayed in an apartment for 6 people, however there was no oven, and only two tiny bar fridges.
J. H.
Excellent service, breakfast was amazing went there the next day with a different dish.
P. T.
Reasonably good hotel with an outdoor pool in the middle of the financial center. There are many options for restaurants next door, including Mexican and European food. It can get pretty loud at night here since the two streats the hotel is at are heavily loaded with lots of traffic
T. H.
Can't recommend this hotel enough. Friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble and they went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The location is perfect for visiting the city. Will definitely be staying there again and would recommend it to anyone.
P. F.
If you want a place close to Brisbane City, the Sebel is the place to be. With the most amazing Staff I have ever encountered. They will help how ever they can.
Room Service, a Gym, Kids Pool, Main Lap Pool, Great Room and a Fantastic Restaurant.
Very secure..Balcony Rooms..Great Views. Very Reasonable Rates.
Will stay there every time I'm Brisbane. Love the place and the people.
J. &. C. R.
The staff were pleasant, the beds and air conditioning were good and the location was very good.
The reception area is small and I realize difficult to alter but I feel a more in your face design could improve the impact.
J. L.
The Sebel is in a great location that is easy to get to and easy to get around. It's nice when checkin is all arranged when I arrive late.
The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade the blankets and use doonas/quilts, and I'm not a fan of stepping into a tub for showers.
B. P.
We do not have any complaints. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the position was in a good part of town close to most facilities. We would recommend the hotel to any of our friends.
E. S.
Fantastic Customer service, great rate for the room. Amazing beds (I could sleep forever they're amazing!) It's pretty central to everything we needed in the city and we had a great time! We'll be back for certain!
C. O.
Very lovely hotel and great location in the city. The staff at the reception were very friendly, warm and professional always willing to help. Highly recommend.
C. C.
Our room was upgraded so we were very happy and comfortable. We found the area the hotel is in very convenient. Dining experiences also excellent.
R. A.
Among all accor affiliated hotels in Brisbane I have stayed at, this one delivered the loveliest experience. My wife and I stayed a weekend here and everything went as it was expected to. Well done.
Y. Y.
We were very disappointed with the cleaning service there was no regular room cleaning although we were putting the sign 'make up my room' they were just taking garbage and that is all!!! Even no setting up bed... apart from rest such as location, reception was very good.
P. S.
Our stay at your hotel was excellent. All your staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good. We will be recommending your hotel when we have the opportunity. Peter Smith
K. Y.
We went to Brisbane for work last week and stayed there for two nights. It is in a central location, surrounded with shops, cafés and restaurants etc. Service was good. Staff at the reception were very helpful and pleasant. Will go back there again.
J. M.
Had to ask for a lot of basic things and not only that had to ask two and three times to get them. Pretty pathetic there is only two pillows available, no spare blankets so was cold on the first night, the room smelt of the toilet or drain, a staff member at Crofts was a bit to high and mighty, didn't need the attitude early in the morning. Why if you pay for an upgrade are you given a smaller bed, even though I requested a king as a result of my husband surgery, was told I have to accept a lesser room down lower if I wanted a king, that meant we were closer to horrendous road works ALL night. Wouldn't stay again. No hot water in the shower in the gym either. Disappointing.
N. J.
From an early check in on my day of arrival, numerous enjoyable meals at the Croft House prior to AMD during my stay and outstanding service from all staff who served me, an amazing overall experience. Thank you and we'll done.
S. D.
Very average service, everyday we had to ask for towels or face washers as the used ones were removed and not replaced. The in house restaurant for breakfast was poor. The food service was so slow, an hour wait the first day for lacklustre meal. The next day, just as slow and the order was wrong. All in all, not very impressive.
F. D.
Room upgrade was appreciated, room wax spacious and well appointed . Had 2 meals and breakfast each day in The Crofts restaurant which were quite good. The only downside was the road works at nigbt which were beyond your control
R. H.
Having arrived in Brisbane off an early morning international flight, I was delighted with the swift early check in that I had previously arranged . I was able to have a very peaceful couple of hours sleep that morning, despite the road works going on outside the hotel and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed that I have slept in for years.
R.
Best in Brisbane coz - Beautiful place to stay, Gorgeous staff, Amazing Coffee, Royal ambience, Great city view, Close to all the awesome places in Brisbane.
The best thing about this place is its Beautiful Architecture and the most helpful staff I have ever seen in my life.
This is the view from my Balcony.
M. S.
One of the better locations to stay when in the CBD. The staff are courteous and responsive to all questions. The rooms are well laid out for the building plan, and provided with all the amenities you would expect.
K. M.
Smooth sailing especially from the reception on checking in.
Service @ the reception was good.............which says it all that we are biudn to receive the same anywhere we go in the hotel!!!
Good job for a 1st time visitor to Brisbane and Sebel.
A. H.
Front counter were fantastic. The rooms were nice. The manager sent up a 6 pack of beers because it was the day before my wedding day.
H. H.
A cute hotel in the heart of Brisbane City.
The Sebel Hotel is definitely worth checking out and has a great vibe.
Staff are nice and it is centralized to most things in Brisbane City.
Also make sure you check out the Cafe!!!
R. r.
Pros-Great view of the city, awesome apartment with good air con. Loved having a washing and dryer all in one came in handy! Cons- having to pay for a parking spot.
I. D.
As always very good - we booked 2 rooms as we had 4 people staying myself and my wife had a nice room which was spacious with a balcony and all the usual accor member upgrades like a drink and robes - free wifi
T. K.
Rooms and service were amazing and a credit to the hotel. Room service however was disappointing. Ordered the farmers grazing platter, the roasted vegetables and plate were stone cold and the platter was missing the olives and feta as described.
J. o.
A most enjoyable break in a comfortable unit with all you could need. Especially comfortable bed. Kitchen with all facilities. The only drawbacks were rather poor lighting and low water pressure when filling up the bath.
S. C.
We used to stay at the Sebel Quay West but it is shut. Rooms okay, staff awesome and the breakfast great. Central to everything you need. There is a pool and gym for the fitness minded.
M. A.
Room was a little tired but comfortable. Sofa bed had mattress on upside down which we only discovered in the morning. Helpful and attentive staff.
P. W.
Very nicely furnished and comfortable very clean rooms. Having a balcony was very welcomed. Easy check-in/check-out. The Croft restaurant food was delicious.
P. N.
Hotel is nice. Got upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment which has everything I needed. Only lost a star because they didn't give me any shampoo.
A. H.
While the actually facility and rooms are great, there's nothing to make you feel like your in 2005 customer service levels than when they attempt to charge you $25 a day for internet.
R. E.
Nice hotel parking is very handy would have got more stars if they had remembered to put soap in the bathroom
M. P.
Loved it. Location, staff, suite, meals. Nothing was left to chance. Staff couldn't do enough to make our stay welcoming.
We have already booked our next stay.
P. P.
Service was generally very good. Room and facilities the same, with the exception of the shower. It was okay if you are not tall. Also was a little confused at breakfast about what the prepaid deal entitled us to.
J. B.
Comfortable apartment for a 2 night stay with a young child. Staff were professional and friendly. 11:00 am check out was helpful.
G. G.
Best service and staff in town. Believe me I have tried most of the hotels in Brisbane and great atmosphere around this site.
M. S.
Right in the center of Brisbane, taxi rank out the front, a couple of 24x7 stores nearby, and Queen street mall right at the door. Amenities are excellent, and staff are friendly. Breakfast is a little lacking, and the hotel restaurant is a little slow on delivering the rather overpriced meals.
M. B.
Good accom. Spacious rooms. Aircon noisy. Restaurant renovation looks great but service/food/coffee not as polished yet. Prob just teething factors.
B.
Great hotel in a great position. Room always clean. Love the space and separate bedroom. Staff always friendly and helpful.
S. S.
Good place. Breakfast is so satisfying.
It’s served at the cafe on the ground floor and can choose one from the menu. So worthy.
S. L.
Excellent,comfortable and clean.exceptional value for money,restaurant .
B. M.
Stayed overnight while attending an event in the city. Room was clean, comfortable and reasonably spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful.
U. T. T.
Friendly staff. Great location. Spacious room. Delicious breakfast. Will always stay here for my business trips in Brisbane.
S. L.
Love it. Great rooms. Great service, lovely helpful staff. In the heart of CBD. Great coffee at Crofts. Great comfy bed.
Will stay again.
T. H.
Staff were well presented and well mannered. Room was nice and clean. All amenities available within the hotel.
r. m.
Average room, due for a refit. No powerpoints in the bedroom which makes it difficult to charge phone. Living Room layout is very odd, designers have obviously never watched TV
B. C.
Great apartment with everything you could want and having The Croft House restaurant downstairs was very convenient. The staff in the restaurant were excellent and nothing was a problem and very efficient.
M. C.
Located right in the heart of all the action, just between the Botanic Gardens and Queen St Mall. Only thing holding back from a 5th star was the small pool (the Casino's looked better from our balcony), the tiny size of the bathroom and the random toilet holder which didn't hold a toilet roll properly in place.
M. H.
We stayed for one night as part of the accor memebers event. The staff were very good and everything was a high standard. Keep up the good work.
P. G.
Had nice spacious apartment on top floor. Only issue with my stay was with the middle lift after 9.30pm, I think it took 3 or 4 mins to get to 307th floor...
W. D.
Apartment style hotels. Very spacious in a good central Brisbane location. Hair dryer if not those el cheapo ones either!
M. K.
Fantastic views and service. Stayed there for an anniversary and was pleasantly surprised by the champagne delivered to the door! Food is reasonable and delicious
C. P.
Clean rooms, Central big King size bed and best to professional and helpful staff.9
A. D.
The domestic staff who come in and manage the housekeeping do not seem to have a clear process on performing their work. they each do it different. EG some will take the towels whilst others leave the towels.
W. L.
Enjoyed my stay there. The room is perfect with its own kitchen. Looking forward to staying there in my next visit to Brisbane
P. E.
Here for a special Gin night event. Nice to have a big room. Restaurant food great. Pleasant staff.
L. P.
We Find the Sebel Hotel Brisbane is in a great location The Service is good the Beds are comfortable
and we choose to stay here regularly on short trips to the city.
L. B.
They charge $25 per day for WiFi... It's 2017, surely it should be free (like most other places I've stayed). Other than that the rooms were nice.
M. S.
Well maintained and large rooms with everything that's needed. Great location for food in the evenings and amazing staff.
M. J.
Great rooms in a central location. We stay here very often and its handy to evrything we need.
S. T.
Great kids had fun, we both had fun. Breakfast was a bit lacking but other then that definitely couldn't fault hotel
J. P.
Really friendly service in both hotel and restaurant. Great accommodation. Very comfortable and clean. Very central location
K. G.
Good hotel in the heart of the city, walking distance to everything really. Room was nice and neat and the heated outdoor pool was awesome.
B. C.
hotel location great; room great; breakfast service needs work (suggest more staff); breakfast quality good.
V. G.
Super helpful staff, lovely big clean rooms and in a great location. Have loved our stay here :)
J. A. R.
The rooms are nice and clean. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The proximity to the shops is excellent.
N. L.
the view from the room was amazing and the hotel location was prefect. we loved the apartment which was new and clean.
S. H.
The consistency of service and room style is always of a high standard. Check in is always super fast, one of the benefits of the Accor membership.
G. a. J. R.
Very comfortable..the room could have been a wee bit bigger but that's more nit picking
Staff brilliant food brilliant service brilliant
S. P.
Was okay but nothing to wow me .
Room was okay but a fixed window had a gap that let a lot of noise in and one of the openable windows didn't latch very well. This caused a whistle as air got out past the seals.
Ended up jamming a pillow and cushion in there around 1.00am
J. H.
Neat tidy apartments. Friendly helpful staff . Great breakfast
S. W.
Lovely self contained apartment and the staff on reception really make this place a welcoming and wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend.
M. A.
Classy 5* hotel oozing quality and up market feel.
Parking up the road at is handy - cafes and restaurants surround the place - in the middle of the city
p.
The rooms were nice, and the room service was good. The location was near the centre of Brisbane, so quite convenient.
D. D.
Nice hotel I liked that if u pre do brekky the night before its cheaper and if you can order a meal off the menu.
T. C.
Very reasonable, in a nice location just off the river. Had a full kitchenette, which was good. Would have liked a stocked mini bar.
A. M.

J. D.
Great location between the mall and the gardens. Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good food and service at the dinner presentation I attended. However I would have liked more non alcoholic drink options.

Great hotel, great food and excellent room service. Highly Recommend.
J. C.
Great location, great recognition of Accor membership by providing drinks & canapes on a weeknight but room service sub standard.
D. M.
Good size double apartment in a very convenient location. Loved the pre-delivered chocolates.
N.
It ticked all the boxes, it just lacked that "luxury" feel. It was still a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
g. c.

Modern hotel suite, great for business or personal travel. Friendly staff, excellent location.

Great views, nice big rooms. Shower a little cramped - would be tight for anyone over 6'
n.
The hotel is perfectly OK. Nothing special, but comfortable enough for a stay.
Internet access is too expensive.
P. T.
Went there looking for a venue for wedding reception. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Nice place
A. D.
Nice one bedroom apartments and they have just refurbished the restaurant. Its nice sitting on Albert Street and while having a cold beer
s. d.
Excellent very clean great staff and perfect location would stay again
H. S.
Best place to stay.. been here 5 times this year and service is fantastic
P. S.
Good service at the counter. Found it odd that you still have to pay extra for internet access and movies. Lots of noise from revellers in the street.
R. R.
Close to CBD and very friendly staff. Rooms are well maintained and excellent amenities.
S. S.
Wonderful, staff were very friendly (and not fake), room was beautiful and clean.
S. L.

Rented an apartment at The Sebel. Rooms were modern and appears to have been renovated quite recently.
S. O.
I stay at Sebel on Charlotte when I work in Brisbane. I always find it comfortable & a great location to cafes, shops & work.
M. P.
Very good service, friendly staff. Over all great experience would recommend to stay here.
J. W.
Always a good place to stay in Brisbane -
However - as we have indicated before - the shower in the bath is a nightmare to access as we get older -
Also we were disappointed that the breakfast is no longer a buffet - in fact we think the restaurant has gone backwards - the tables are far too small for two people and the room feels cramped -
J. R.
Lovely meal at the restaurant..bit short on staff..two girls were running all night.
N. N.
Wonderful hotel in the 💖 of city! It is the place to be!
Z. C.
Great location, very friendly staff, quick check in and out and easy for taxi's, shopping and restaurants.
