Great location. Loved having my own balcony. The room was clean, everything worked as it should and the bed was clean and comfortable.

Room was very spacious, clean and had all the equipment required for a family stay. Hotel is conveniently located to all attractions in Canberra - most are less than 15mins by car. Great value for money.

Would stay here in a minute again. The room was larger than we expected. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. Near excellent restaurant open for all meals. The hall decor with the antique furniture was beautiful like staying in a ***or. Neat and tidy rooms. I was pleased with the room.

Friendly and very helpful staff. My daughter left her favourite toy behind. Contacted the hotel who said they would keep an eye out. Two days later, we received a call to say the toy had been found. My daughter and toy were reunited a few days later when passing back through. Thanks for helping us out.

Location is perfect. Not too noisy and the Food at the soccer club is nice. The rooms are tidy and look modern. The service is good, the people always help out but it could be a bit better (sometimes the receptionist is not there). Other than that I am very satisfied

Spacious room, well furnished, comfortable bed. Serviced daily. The provision of milk and biscuits was nice. Big issue was that there was a door in the bedroom leading to what I suspect is another room. On two of my five night stays the folks in that room were watching the TV loudly until very late. It was quite disruptive.

All areas of the hotel are very clean. Very friendly service. On the whole the bar was good. Desk apologetic but claimed could do nothing. Meals were very good at night and a good selection was available at breakfast. Free parking is an added bonus. The location of the hotel is problematic.

We found the staff friendly, relatable and helpful. Big beautifully decorated rooms that were lovely and clean. Airconditioned throughout. Had everything we needed from tv's, fridge, cooking plate, kettle, toaster, microwave, cups, plates, cutlery, tea/coffee/milk. Easy access disabled bathroom/toilet. The beds and linen were cosy and comfortable to sleep in. Hubby commented it was the best nights sleep hes had in a long time. Even the soap and shampoo smelt good. Residing in Country Victoria, we are seasoned travellers. We could honestly not fault this place. Very happy with the stay. Thank you so much for having us :)

The rooms are amazing! They are so spacious! I have stayed here twice, in February and today. The receptionists are nice, the parking is easily accessible, the rooms are clean, and it is only 5 minutes from Belconnen. Would recommend it at such a good price!

Not the newest motel in the world, but Very nice, comfortable, quiet, and restful. The BEST beds! So relaxing, we didn't want to get up in the morning's! Will be staying here from now on when we visit Canberra.

Well layed out apartment with all the necessary amenities. A short car trip to Belconnen Central but there are plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance. Lovely staff were very accommodating so in general it was a very pleasant stay.

We felt like we had gone back in time to a magical era. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The amenities were filthy I wanted to make a coffee and went to fill the kettle with water and saw that the kettle was dirty and brown on the inside.

We stayed for one night with our three children. There was a mix up with our booking as their computer had crashed over the weekend and they had no record of us arriving. After a short conversation and me having my booking number, we were giving two rooms with a door in between. Rooms could do with an update but unlike the other reviews here, ours was clean. Beds were a bit hit and miss, some comfortable and some disgustingly hard. Heating was sufficient for the middle of winter and there was extra blankets provided. We needed a cot and one of the lady's bought one up with more blankets. A few pay tv channels as well as the free to air stations. Free wifi is available but signal is relative to where you are in the building. Also, I found that because its a massive concrete structure, mobile phone reception was limited. A 2 minute walk had me at a variety of shops including an IGA for supplies to use in the kitchenette we had in our room. Overall not a bad stay, one of the larger rooms I've stayed in recently.

Would stay again if in Canberra. Impressed with comfort and cleanliness. I spent 10 min looking for the remote to find it missing a battery. The couches could definitely use an update as could the TVs, but it was comfy enough and good value for Canberra in a ""sitting week.

If you ring the hotel you will get a cheaper rate than third party websites. Room was very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities were good and would stay here again as the location was good.

Acceptable place to crash with family of 4 but don't use the underground parking unless you drive a 4wd or SUV, you'll scrape the undercarriage of your sadans! Decent but slightly dated place with no swipe key access, late check in!

Fantastic hotel but the TV channel I wanted and requested wasn't working, and they expect you to wash the dishes but are upset about providing dish soap when you run out. Still one of the best hotels in Canberra though

It's a practical and straightforward hotel/ motel/ serviced apartments business. It's right next door to a woolies, Shell, bakeries, a couple of restaurants, BWS and another drive thru bottle shop. Plenty of parking spaces especially if you include woolies lot. Fiona (day manager) and Amanda (evening receptionist) were easy to deal with. Shower area may be tight for big people, however (Queen room).

if you want a very nice place when canberra stay here foom 407 it has 3 large bedrooms with kingsize beds and single beds spa in bathroom and on sweet. in 1 of the others very large lounge inisde and outside dining rooms have a bottle shop outside and shops behind motel.q0 mins from gio stadaum sleeps 9 people and cost three hou dred and twenty dollars i give 12 out of 10

Ideal location for myself Belconnen shopping center is only 7 min drive supermarket situated at back of hotel and only 5 min drive from my family which I come to visit frequently room's are great since revamped nice modern feel.
