Friendly and helpful staff, A1 facilities, grass and great concrete sites for car and van and yes. No large trees yet but shrubs everywhere (but In storms we dislike large trees!) rosemary near the most amazing kitchen I have seen in any park and they put on a Christmas party for guests and staff with the most amazing food and company! Fantastic we have stayed several times now and we keep coming back as it is so good - convenient location as well!

This caravan park is extremely clean, well organised and the staff were at all times very helpful. The kitchen is modern spacious and clean, the bathrooms were modern and clean - The location does not attract loud bogans with boom boxes thankfully. This is more of a quiet couples sort of a place. Only small wish is that more shade could be provided as being a new establishment there are only very small trees.

Newish caravan park coming into Canberra from Sydney direction, extremely well laid out, good sized sites with double concrete slabs or drive throughs, amenities new, very clean and tidy, manager and staff friendly and helpful, not much shade trees but in time when they grow there will be, camp kitchen equipped nicely, onsite restaurant, CBD light rail short distance away with free travel for seniors between 9 -- 4 daily, shopping centre short drive away, bike riding routes abound. Exhibition park a short walk away. Tremendous to see a new caravan park being built.

We camped on one of Canberra Parks grassed sites over Easter this year. The site was a little cramped, however as we were only there in the evenings it was not a problem. (we did seem to have the smallest of the grassed sites). The design of our camper meant that the kids tents were able to be set up within the footprint of the camper. It will be great to see the park in a year or two when the trees have grown and the gardens are more established. The toilets were fairly new and kept clean. (I think over Easter they were cleaned twice a day). We didn't have an opportunity to utilise the camp kitchen as we have our own cooking facilities.

I don't often leave emotive reviews but to say this place has no soul sums it up. On the face of it you have a new park with good amenities. But I have never stayed in a blander place with absolutely no personality. Most parks that you access remotely will have someone touch base with you shortly after arrival to check everything is ok and if you have questions. This at least makes you feel welcome, we stayed 3 nights and I couldn't tell you who the caretaker was. On the plus side its handy to the city.

One of the most modern caravan parks I have ever been. No coins for laundry? Say no more, they accept EFTPOS and no need for laundry soap since it is built in to the washing machine. They also have a massive kitchen which is industry standard. Very tidy and well kept. Highly recommend if you need caravan accommodation in Canberra

New facility was great for our caravan for a few nights. Amenities block doors need urgent attention as each time they are opened they make a loud scrape noise which can be heard from the back of the park!!!

We camped on the grass powered site. This is by far the most beautiful, cleanest campground we've ever been too. The camp is incredible. Staff are really friendly. This is a 5 star campground!!! Can't recommend any more.

This park has exceptional customer service and very very clean amenities which is a huge bonus. We were there during Australia Day and they gave us an amazing feast with leftovers, I have not been to many parks who do that! New place but needs a correction team to bring to the best standard. Some items are: 1. Entry for men's toilet ( own path). 2. Partition to floor (showers & toilet ). 3. More waste bins a round. 4. Vents in showers.

Very impressed. All sites brand-new. Full kitchen with 3 large ovens (was able to cook a full Sunday roast chicken with ease ) They had cereal, bread, juice, butter, jams, vegimite and more. No coins needed as they have contactless payment in the laundry. Staff were so helpful at every point from a professional entry pack with codes and passwords to Answering every question. Very dog friendly. Great price for what you get. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It's exactly as advertised. Bulk accommodation for students and/or groups. With that in mind it was great for purpose. Rooms surround a common enclosed/living/hang area. All rooms had ensuites, bunks A/C etc. So they were great. Main eating hall was good and food was awesome for us. Staff had forgot to cater for some dietary needs but over all everything was great.

It's a great caravan park, I think you should have a dog only section, as a lot of people don't like them, kids should be supervised around the camp kitchen, as they ran wild there with skate board scooters etc. Also slamming the doors..

Bang for your buck! When we arrived I thought we drove into the remand centre! Although it has a very gaol over tone environment, it is actually a good place for a budget sleep. I think the place is mainly targeted at school groups visiting Canberra but whatever works. Showers were hot, rooms were clean, beds were soft and included breakfast was more than enough.

I was here on a school trip, amazing. Beds were comfy, rooms were warm, the food was pretty good, showers and toilets were clean. It is so well organized and catered for school kids.

Canberra Park is very good. I recommend it for groups who are touring Canberra (e.g schools). The dormitories are very nice and clean, some dorms have TVs and kettles, and all dorms have an ensuite bathroom. My only complaint is that the bunk beds are very squeaky and the slightest movement makes a very loud noise late at night. The food the chefs cook is amazing and unlike other group breakfasts they sometimes serve pancakes. 5/5.

Canberra Park, what can I say? Everybody in our group loved it there. The rooms and beds were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Food was excellent and the staff were fantastic and very helpful. We are planning on staying again next time we head to Canberra. Great for large groups, medium and small. They can fit 495 people at the moment, and we were a group of 10, had our block to ourselves. Loved the ensuites. Loved the staff. I would highly recommend it to all groups large and small.

stayed here for a school trip. overall the rooms were pretty good the beds were pretty comfy and the shower was good. the food was pretty hit or miss, either really good or pretty bad, although dessert was always very good.

The food was mediocre; the blueberry pancakes in particular were grey and tasted like jelly. The salad, which was the only healthy option at dinner, was gone by the time the last people got their food. Accommodation was very clean and modern. Only problem was door key not working.

Well we had a fantastic time here at this park. We stayed for just over 3 weeks. The staff were friendly and helpful and most accommodating. The manager was very good and kind to us and nothing was an issue. We travel in a large bus and the sites were more than big enough for our coach with the car trailer on the back! Lots of site, brand new and clean amenities, drive through sites and security gates. It is close to everything but out of the way so very spacious and quiet. I will stay here another time as the staff are very good and we felt welcome and enjoyed our time in Canberra. Only one thing I can think of and it didn't apply to us as it was winter when we visited and that is that as it is all newly built there is not yet any trees. So if you are looking for a shady site in the Summer you won't find it as the sites do not have trees, similarly though if you are driving a big rig this is a plus as you don't have to navigate obstacles to get in and set up.
