A. K.Good location, excellent Executive suite with balcony & good size kitchen + laundry. Great function rooms and conference centre. Food was tasty with good option in Bar.
B. D.Edit: We were compensated for the inconvenience. Phoebe was very apologetic. We understand it was not an error due to staff, but the frustration was still there.
Checked in at 3.30pm, Saturday 30th Oct. Originally booked at Little National but "upgraded" to Hotel Realm due to low occupancy. Twice, we had to go to reception to try and get our keycard to be fixed to be able to access our room. As we were in a rush to be at an event, we left not having the time to test our card the third time. Upon coming back 1am, We found the problem of not being able to access our room was still a problem and had to be let in by staff. Once in the room, we have noticed that the room was not cleaned properly. Dirty cotton buds found in bathroom, bedsheets had stains, but could be just the quality. Not good enough considering the price, and considered a 5 star hotel.
F. L.I always love staying here. We were upgraded from the Burbury hotel because it was being renovated. The staff are very professional and friendly and always go out of their way to help you. Even though the restaurant was at full capacity, the maitre de did his best to get us a spot so we could dine there. The rooms and facilities are really nice as well! All in all an excellent experience.

B. O.I was assisted but not just one but two staff members and those two staff members could not have been more kind, caring, pleasant, friendly, professional and accomodating if they tried. They went well and truly above and beyond for me and for that I am truly grateful. I do not take that for granted. The establishment and the rooms are first class. The service offering is next level down to the tablet that allows you to make requests. All of the hotel staff should be very proud of what they contribute to the hotel. 5 stars and beyond, over and over again. Thank you again for restoring my faith in good universe givings!

J. J.Partner and I recently stayed at Realm for her birthday our room was upgraded- Lovely hotel at first glance and seems like it could definitely be enjoyable unfortunately our stay was not that. I'm glad I didn't pay extra for the suite. Bed had a strong a gross smell, paint peeling on the bathroom roof, rubbish under the bed. I'd expect this from a cheap motel. Very very disappointed.

N. B.This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and once again, this hotel delivers a high class experience. Rooms are well equipped, service is excellent and the restaurant and bar is awesome!
The new iPads in the room is the way of the future. All concierge, in room dining and service’s can all be done instantly and is an excellent room feature.

J. B.Stayed in the upper penthouse which has a modern and sleek layout. The bed was very comfortable too. The hotel lets itself down on little details that you would normally expect from a 5 star hotel such as the coffee pod machine with no milk warmer, having to order coffee separately (on ipad) for room service breakfast so there is an additional service fee in addition to not getting the order correct, and we reported the leaky tap in the bathroom. Overall it is a nice stay but paying top 5 star price the expectations should be exceeded let alone even met!

J. W.I have been very impressed with the Doma group hotels after we used them as a hub for our wedding. I was able to view the rooms before booking, so I could decide which would work best for our guests and party. We had guests staying in each of the hotels and all were very happy with their rooms and the service. Our parents stayed at the Brassey, which they loved - beautiful gardens, quaint rooms, reasonable prices. Our groomsmen got ready at the Burbury, which worked really well for the getting ready photos (layout, colours, etc.) and the bridesmaids and I got ready in a suite at Realm, which was perfectly set up for our production line of hair and makeup, flowers, bubbly - the lot - and also made for great photos. There were a few extra surprises that made our stay really special, too, and the staff helped our photographers and drivers find us, and just generally made our day run smoothly. The whole team went above and beyond, and we can't recommend them highly enough.

H. Y.We were pleasantly surprised by how affordable the one-room suite was. The facilities and amenities definitely surpassed the price. However you can tell the rooms have not been maintained with attention to detail -- we found stains on the carpet and curtains, the tile finishes and grouts need re-work

H. M. S.I felt that there was an item missing form the list of items provided in the bathroom and mentioned this at the desk on arrival. This is not on their standard list of provisions. When we got arrived back at our room we discovered that they had purchased it one placed it in our room for our convenience. This is the ultimate in customer service.
J. C.Very nice clean hotel, super comfortable beds, nice and firm but not rockhard. The best part for me that was the amazing shower, a separate hot and cold tap and a nice big showerhead that is a nice soft water flow, not one of those hard water flows where it feels like needles on your skin.
The hotel is also very quiet with no road or external noises, perfect for a light sleeper.
I love how the shower has two taps so you can completely control the hot and cold water to adjust the temperature really easily.
The staff here are really friendly and the pricing is really good. I can honestly say it is the best shower I’ve ever had in a hotel in anywhere I have travelled all over the world.
We will definitely be back! A great experience!
