A. F.We had a 3 bedroom family apartment for 2 nights. Plenty of room, as 2 of the bedrooms are upstairs and one bathroom. The location is great - despite the rain, we walked to dinner one night at the Hotel Kingston and one night at a great thai restaurant at Kingston shops. The only thing was the upstairs floor was so, so noisy - it creaked every time you put a foot on it - so late night bathroom trips etc woke everyone up. Nice few supplies of tea and instant coffee.
T. 6.Not as good as the pictures. New carpets were a bonus but onsite free parking is an issue. It fills up fast.

V. H.This place is excellent, clean, well priced and centrally located except the WiFi is woeful and the mobile network is in a shadow of a hill. We gave up watching movies on Netflix due to the regular halt to our program viewing.
On the positive side the location is fantastic and very easy to walk to restaurants, bars and shops, as well as an easy drive to the National places of importance. Parking is on site and safe. There's a great outdoor area and a pool. The air-conditioned rooms were great to combat the cold outside.

Beds were a little bit hard but not inconsistent with other apartments we had stayed at. The service was excellent, from the person in reception to the follow up SMS to ensure our stay was good.
Overall a great place to stay
R. A.The 3 bedroom apartment is very comfortable for our family of 7, the room contains just about everything we need. A couple spare towels are always needed by families with young children. There was an abundance of blonde hair all over the carpet when we arrived. We used our own vacuum and so much hair came up and wrapped around the carpet cleaning head. The screen doors aren't a secure fit for the balcony doors so we have to keep the glass doors closed for the children's safety. The solar-heated pool is a big hit. The parking space has been ample.
D. b.Apartments were fine for 8 and we did like it, however carpet did need vacuuming fans were very dusty. We also were asked to be quiet at 9.40 at night. We did NOT have loud music we were only talking and laughing 8 people will come across load. You can’t expect 8 people in an apartment to be quiet and not loud. Then we were awake for an hour with people yelling and bang on doors I videoed the noise from 1.50 through to 2.15 which really wasn’t fair.
We will possibly stay again as the units themselves were ok
J. H.The rooms were spacious, and well fit out. However, the place is let down by atrocious WiFi.
Even though there was decent signal strength, it would take a long time to connect, and would frequently drop out requiring you to reconnect. When connected, the speed was inconsistent, making it unreliable for things like video or audio calls.

Apt 74 is right by the gate. very noisy at night with the clunking etc when is opens and closes.

S. G.We stayed for 3 nights in October 2020 in a 3 bedroom apartment and loved the location and facilities (great undercovered parking). The decor was modern and it was very clean.
Nathan on reception was fantastic and helped us out with a tricky situation by thinking outside of the box to make our stay super enjoyable.
S. P.The apartment was ok. Clean but dated. Furnishings were old and upholstery worn out in places. Kitchen was not very well equipped. The bathrooms on the other had were great; modern renovated and good hot water pressure. The common pool and bbq facilities were average to sub par.
S. c. (.Big apartments, heaps of space, all the necessary appliances and some coffee, tea and milk provided. The site has a pool and good gym as well as locked car park. Staff were very friendly and the price is very reasonable. Free wifi too.
Heater in our room had broken feet and seems a little dangerous. Lounges are pretty old Apartments could do with bit of Refreshing. Ask for a room facing inside as it gets loud from vehicles on the street and people walking back from nights at the pub.
d. l. d. l. p.I stayed for two weeks I liked the place a lot the pool is small but you always find a time to bathe quietly. There are a lot of families and you have free parking the area is very quiet ideal for families
R. H.Excellent for dual family holidays, we stayed in a 2 storey 4 bedroom apartment. Big kitchen, comfy beds, clean and well maintained, and centrally located. We'll be staying here again next time we are in Canberra. My only comment would be that there was no can opener which is a pretty small complaint!
M. E. (.Although quite the rabbit Warren, its actually quite delightful, has all the amenities and really lovely accommodating staff. Just enough accommodation pluses so you felt at home but pampered just that bit extra!

Almost dead centre in city, next to parliament all the touristy spots, you really can’t fault it!
Facilities:
Got a pool, gym, parking, full kitchen (though missing a pair of scissors for a kitchen), what more can you ask for!
Setting:
Perfect for a family. We had 3 families and a baby. With 4 bedrooms. It was perfect for us overall. Gives us room to cook and some common area to play. 2 bathrooms. Too easy! All rooms are heated too so perfect for a cold Canberra night.
Condition:
Clean enough for us to allow the baby to crawl around! One of the bedroom lights were flickering though but otherwise no big deal.

So what’s wrong?
- car park super tight. With any bigger suvs you’d seriously struggle to park
- one of the bedrooms the lights flicker
- we ordered an apartment with 2 queen beds and 2 rooms with 2x singles. 4 bedrooms in total. However only 1 room had a double bed the rest were all singles. Not what we booked.
J. B.Clean, fresh and adequately appointed for 3 nights. Family of 6 with four kids between 9 to 16. The rooms with their own TVs and the pool were great. Staff called to assure arrival times were supported and they looked after us with a ground floor access apartment. Would happily stay again
M. B.Its ok for a short stay. Noise seems to travel through walls easily, that is flushing toilets and closing doors. Don't forget your ear plugs!

We had a working fridge surprisingly fast. This place had very friendly staff who are evidently very good at fixing fridges (or getting other people to do it). I would stay here again.

Special mention to the reception staff, who saved the day when two of our guests dresses broke and they found some sewing kits to help us out.

J.Pinnacle Apartments Canberra is amazing! I went there for two nights in a three bedroom room, and it was great! A standard kitchen, astounding bathrooms, comfortable beds, and wonderful service was provided to me during my stay. Heaters are located in every bedroom, which was perfect! I highly recommend staying here. It also has good parking and two entrances.
A. P.We recently stayed there for 2 nights. As a family of young kids along with grandparents , it had been a fantastic stay. Rooms were clean. Kitchen had sufficient utensils and bathroom was clean. I would have given it a 5 if the back yard was maintained.
Ample parking available. It also has a pool and bbq. If you have a young family or elders staying with you thennyou might like to stay on the ground floor as there are no lifts although its low rise building but i wont prefer tugging the prams up and down multiple times a day.

The apartment had the right space for all of us and we also got late check out at 11am per request.
Two room had double beds and two rooms had two single beds.
I really enjoyed the coffee machine and enough coffee pods were provided for the coffee machine.
A.Beds are somewhat comfy, customer service good, nice room looks modern and is air-conditioned. Parking is alright. Overall enjoyed my stay.

T. B.The room was clean and well appointed with washer, dryer and dishwasher. The rooms were a bit noisy. Another positive was that the staff searched through our rubbish to find a birthday gift my daughter had inadvertantly put in the rubbish.

K. Q.The hotel was very large and has a great view. It was very cosy inside and seemed to have great service. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for new people coming to Canberra. Also, it is very close to the bus stops.
K. M.My partner and I stayed there recently in a Spa Room. The room itself was very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen.
But the Spa itself was so small that even I had trouble fitting into it and heaps more trouble get in and out of the spa through the glass shower door. The plug did not fit properly either, so water was wasted. There should not be a Spa but a large shower instead. Very disappointing. A Spa should accommodate 2 people comfortably.

Stayed a week at the Pinnacle Apartments Canberra as my better half was here for a course.
It’s a great place. Well-furnished interior with a great kitchen that provides just about anything you need to whip up a meal! (Food not included). Pots and pans, utensils, cutlery, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric hobs, a full fridge - fantastic! The apartments even provide dishwashing liquid and powder.
There’s also a washing machine and dryer - with washing detergent provided.
With two bedrooms and a full-sized living room, we found ample room for our daily activities without feeling we were crammed up in a hotel room.
Location is excellent too - just a short walk from Kingston shops where a supermarket and restaurants can be found. A slightly longer walk will take you to Manuka with Coles (a bigger supermarket) and more shops.
Truly feels like a home away from home.

Close to a few cafes and shops and Eastlake football club.
