C. H.Shout out to Gary...wonderful manager. Made us feel like we were home. Clean, modern and comfortable.
B. H.Our Group of 35 Car enthusiests made this our home for 4 nights on our Canberra visit. Rooms were suitable for our short stay, & I believe the New owners are slowly fixing some issues with the rooms. Great undercover area, but as we were touring each day it was too cool in the evening at this time of year to take advantage of it unfortunately. We hope to visit again as there is so much to see in Canberra & we would definitely stay here again.
A. V.Cosy, clean, very budget friendly cabin. Pleasant and helpful staff. It was unusual to see a shopping centre- type toilet tissue dispenser in the bathroom, but it was full and hygienic. There was no air con or fan in the bedroom and it was very hot, that's the only thing I would change.
F. L.I had a great stay very quiet, a good sleep and the management are very helpful. I would recommend it.
L. B.Room clean staff pleasant restaurant food good quality. They were frantically busy and informed us of a bit of a wait which was helpful. Reception had a small but good range/variety of merchandide including frozen dinner you could cook in your room and giftwares made by ladies living at the villas.
A. K. P.Villas are spacious with many facilities and close to all important attractions in Canberra. The main thing I didn't like was that AC was there only in the hall, not in the bedroom and we had to sleep in the hall as the bedroom became hot overnight.

M.Nice little park close to Canberra's attractions. It has a restaurant and a decent pool. Bed is uncomfortable though, woke up feeling terrible the next day.

m. a.Just had a great few days in Canberra, stayed for 2 nights, so glad we stayed at Sundown Villas, the unit was very clean, bed excellent, bed linen crisp and clean. Everything is there if you want to self cater. Well away from the noise of town, only 10 minutes drive. A good place to wind down in the evening. Ordered food from the Bistro delivered to the room, excellent service. We always ask ourselves the question when leaving, would stay here again, YES Definitely.
P. I.Rooms were so clean and the bedsheets smelt so good! Where could one get your own Private parking! Pity restaurant is not open in the weekend. All New furnishings and absolutely dustless! Everything worked. Thanks for looking after us. Wish the receptionist introduced herself, we can't thank her.
M. L.Staff friendly and customer service minded. Good service from the housekeepers who deligently cleaned our rooms abd kept them fully stocked with coffee, tea, and sugar. Manager was personable and approachable, there was definitely a community feeling about this motel.
K. P.Rooms are clean and comfortable. Service and food in the restaurant is great! Located at the edge of the city but it was still easy access to all sites. The only issue was the really loud air-conditioning and the toilet tank kept making a noise
M. S.The room was pretty cheap for it's proximity to Canberra and while it was pretty clean the whole complex is old and falling apart. The kids liked playing on the playground and in the pool even though it was cloudy and smelt like it was 50% chlorine. The washing machine worked and the staff were nice.
C. S.For the price the room is great - could be an issue if you like quiet because they take large school groups often and the kids cause mayhem in the pool so noone else wants to use it. The bistro is amazing though and it's worth staying here just for the dinner!

C.My partner & I stayed here for 4 nights during the Summernats, we loved it, very quiet, self contained room, comfy bed, amazing shower (although ensuite quite small) ....the only gripe we had was we ordered room service from the bistro/restaurant one night and it never arrived. Reported to reception next morning, the girl said she would pass on to manager, but we never received any acknowledgement from anyone, we were very disappointed as had to order a less than satisfactory pizza delivery at 10.00 at night :( It would have been nice to receive a free meal or at least a discount on another one, but we didnt bother trying again. Would definately stay here again though, and that was the only reason we didnt give 5 stars
G. P.Neat and convenient accommodation. Includes all basic amenities including kitchenette. Cost effective too. Only flip side is it has a single bathroom inside the bedroom that may not be convenient to the guests in the living room.

A. H.Great for travelling with kids. Adults have a separate sleeping room to the kids. Kids playground on site. Easy to prepare simply meals in the room as there is a small kitchen area. Good location just outside of the city centre.

J. A.Thank you Sundow Village. We had a party of 6 in our group and divided ourselves between 2 rooms for 4 nights. As requested the rooms were beside each other to accommodate our needs for the elderly members of our family. The comfort of the rooms was great and being made up each day. Clean, tidy and fresh. Aircon was nice and cool for us as well. The location was within a $8 to $10 Uber ride to Regatta Point and not far from any where including the airport. All round fantastic. Thank you again.
N.Comfortable and reasonably priced motel rooms in the resort. Had a very large dining hall and restaurant but didn't eat there and it doesn't open on weekends. Conveniently located, only 20 minutes drive to just about anywhere else in Canberra.

G. C.Sundown Villas provides good value accomodation with clean rooms, free parking, and free wi-fi. It is not necessarily suited to business travelers though as there are few facilities within walking distance, making it a difficult option if you do not have a car. Although our room could sleep six, there was only one bathroom in the main bedroom, making it awkward for sharing as work colleagues.
K. R.Basic accomodation but well priced compared to other places. To the cleaner: Please stop using the chemical carpet deodorant it is unnecessary and gave us a headache it was so strong.

C.we had a room booked for our trip back from gold coast to vic and canberra was a stop over point. day b4 our arrival our other accommodation 4hrs away was so filthy and had no aircon . with 4 kids and being a 38deg day we were at the place less than 5min b4 leaving as our kids well being comes 1st. I rang Sundown villas to see if possible to stay that night as well as our original night and told them about the issues at other accommodation. they looked after us even with us arriving after 10:30pm due traffic jam in Sydney. We appreciated the assistance as we really didnt want to stay in the airbnb place and were not sure what we where going to do.
