We stayed here for a week and loved it - great accommodation. We had one of the 3 bedroom penthouse apartments. It had everything you need plus more. The views were amazing and the location is excellent. Definitely the place when holidaying in Darwin. We would stay again for sure. Kat & Sue were so helpful - I left something in the room when we departed and they kindly found it and mailed it to my home address. Excellent service.

We enjoyed 8 fantastic nights at Darwin Luxury Waterfront Suites (apartment 312, 2 bedroom) and would highly recommend them! The apartment was equiped with everything required for our stay, spacious in size and was presented beautifully. We found the apartment to be spotlessly clean and very well maintained including COVID safe touches such as disinfectant wipes and hand sanitiser. We appreciated the included high speed wi-fi and Fetch TV and even a range of tourism information maps and compendium. Access to the apartment was extremely convenient directly from the secure underground car park and the waterfront location is perfect for a great range of dining options, the safe swim beach and wave pool. If we're in Darwin again we would not think of booking anywhere else. Over a three week trip to the Territory and four other accommodation locations, Darwin Waterfront Luxury Suites was far and away the best for experience and value.

“Absolutely no negative feedback at all, the apartment was perfect! There was a plumbing issue at the start which I was notified about and that rectification couldn’t be complete until the next morning, which was done, but with no inconvenience (the cistern issue was only a slow refill), so thanks for that professional approach! The apartment itself is very nice and so conveniently situated. As a local Territorian, (who would like to stay there again), I know that a booking would be difficult as the apartment would be booked solid when tourism is back to normal. We really appreciated our recent stay with you. Our apartment was ideally situated to take in the view of the magnificent waterfront and we will give you our highest recommendation…..the food provisions supplied for our arrival, most comfortable bed, coolness of the room and hardly any need to use the air conditioner as the ceiling fans were quite sufficient. Generally, a well-appointed , clean and very functionally designed space like a luxurious home away from home. Location is everything, with the many quality restaurants right at hand. We have stayed with Top End Short Stays at the Darwin Waterfront Luxury Suites 3 times now over 5 years. The location is ideal for us, close to what we consider important to us. Just simple things like walking along the Esplanade after dinner or having an evening drink at one the many bars below. Our son just loves the Wave Pool, frequenting this many times over. The unit suits us with the layout. Beds are very comfortable, lounge is great to slumber over or just sit. Kitchen has all the facilities one needs. A simple touch that was greatly appreciated was some breakfast items supplied on arrival. This so much made life easier in we did not have to rush out and buy breakfast items on arrival.”

Hi, we loved staying in the 1 bedroom apartment from 7 to 14 July. The apartment is finished to a high standard, fabulous size including balcony with amazing views and everything you need. We really appreciated the extra little things like good kitchen equipment, electric BBQ, fresh supplies on arrival and kitchen/laundry being well stocked with essential supplies. We loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone. The waterfront area is a tropical oasis that has something for everyone and lots of activity, shade, restaurants and places to swim. My wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Darwin Luxury Waterfront Suites. Check-in was friendly and efficient and we appreciated the explanation about the re-painting on the South side being the reason for us not getting our view of preference. The provisions left for us were quite adequate. Milk, cereal, washing powder, soap and beach towels to name a few. Air conditioning and ceiling fans worked very efficiently to provide respite from November heat and humidity. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and cool to sleep on. To be picky, a minor criticism for a “luxury suite” is the slightly cramped bathroom and the shower being in the bath. Not sure if this is true of all one bedroom suites? More than made up for by the very generous balcony with wonderful views from our 7th floor suite. Location is brilliant and so glad we chose to stay here over one of the Esplanade properties. Walking distance to many restaurant and bar options, the wave pool and Stokes Hill Wharf. Would definitely stay at Darwin Waterfront Luxury Suites again and hopefully bring our whole family, the grandchildren would love this area.

What a fantastic apartment! You guys go above and beyond to create a fabulous holiday experience. You kept us informed with every detail that we may need for our stay. Everything that we were likely to need was provided in the apartment and the food provided was fabulous. Views and location were gorgeous and handy to all ammenities. I just wanted to thank you for an amazing trip we had staying with you in Darwin over the weekend! The location of the apartment is superb. The restaurants below, including The Oyster Bar and Hot Tamale were delicious and accommodating to my child. The beach is literally right out the front and the wave pool a few hundred meters away (for which we were given free passes). The apartment has two large bedrooms both with water views. The apartment had all the extras including a bucket and toys for the little one and a boogie board! We were treated wonderfully by the team, whom offered every courtesy that could be offered. The pram and high chair supplies were of good quality too and included in the price.

Fabulous 3 bedroom apartment with great views. The sort of place you talk about buying and living in. Very well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We arrived late and the lights and air conditioner were on for us- made for an instant arrival impression. Even had a small supply of bread, condiments, coffee, milk and fruit for breakfast. Very secure complex with underground parking, nearby restaurants and convenience store. Loved the deluxe outdoor dining setting on the large balcony. It was the perfect place to sit with a coffee and watch an early morning storm before we departed. I was thrilled to find a working iron to press my husband's tuxedo after a 1500km flight for a formal event. Booking was very easy and the staff extremely helpful. I'd recommend Darwin Waterfront Luxury Suites to anyone without hesitation.

Just a quick email to advise we had a wonderful stay we had, we were all very impressed with the unit, the views over the water and park area, the comfort of the beds and furniture and the facilities provided. We especially liked the provision of coffee and tea, milk, the fruit, honey, jam, butter, vegemite and washing up materials in the kitchen, the bathrooms and laundry were also well equipped for with extra towels for all. We made good use of the barbecue and the patio area during our stay, it was very enjoyable sitting out there enjoying the breeze and views. The lounges were comfortable and the large TV made it easy to watch the AFL grand final. The close proximity to the lagoon, wave pool, restaurants, and only a short stroll to central Darwin was definitely appreciated by all of us. Thank you again for hospitality we all enjoyed our stay at your property and will definitely be back again for another visit.

Having to share an apartment with another colleague it was everything we needed. A place to relax after a long day with everything on our doorstep or a ‘place like home’. The best place to stay in Darwin. We've gone on many holidays and this ranks right up the top of the list. Highly recommended for families where it's best to have a kitchen and free car lease. Has everything we need and everything is new and well looked after. Even the fussy husband said he's so glad he paid extra to book this place. The view in the photos is from the apartment we're in. The lagoon is just downstairs. He also commented on little extras like the free breakfast package, fast free wifi, well equipped kitchen and split system air con in every room.

Second year to visit Darwin in the cooler dry season annual cycle event. Stayed with a group of friends and the apartments are well equipped. the views are amazing across the harbour with spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The swimming lagoon is at your door with lots of restaurants downstairs. Not cheap but worthwhile and we will be back.

We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage in your offices. Apartment ready at 2 p.m. and happy to be on the 7th floor with great views over the Harbour. Apartment itself was fantastic. Everything we needed was there and it all worked, although wifi was a little flaky at times. Liked the little touches - bread, milk, coffee, butter etc. Even had dishwasher tablets and liquid for the washing machine! The young lady in the office was very helpful in confirming our Katherine Gorge trip and booking us a taxi to the airport on our departure day. Didn't use the courtesy car (didn't even go to see it!) so can't comment on that. So pleased we stayed around the Waterfront. Excellent restaurants and water park. An excellent property which we'd be happy to stay in again and highly recommend to others.

Great location with restaurants & bars right at your door step. Free parking in the basement with some apartments having loan cars available. Having stayed in their 1,2 and 3br apartments on business trips approximately 15 times over the last few years, these guys are my go to accommodation. I haven't reviewed them in the past due to not wanting them to get to busy and being booked out when I need them but with Service these guys offer, I find it hard not to. We stayed in a one bedroom waterview apartment for 12 nights in May. We enjoyed opening the sliding doors right up to let the fresh air in and loved having breakfast on the large balcony. The apartment is very convenient to all the lovely restaurants which are below the apartments along the waterfront. Is walking distance into town and close to the bus interchange. We didn't bother with a car as we went on many tours and local buses , or just walked to where we were going. There is Foxtel available and it was a nice change to have so many channels to choose from. We ordered a lovely pizza from downstairs one night and stayed in watching a great movie, very relaxing. They also leave a breakfast pack, which consisted of cereal, bread, butter,jam, honey etc. Great start until you can get some provisions in . Just to advise you , in the one bedroom apt, the shower is in the bath. Great holiday and accommodation.

This is by far the best accommodation we have ever had! The team @ topend short stays definitely had the guests comfort in mind. As soon as we opened the door, we were greeted with a perfectly cooled room, 2 jugs of cool water in the fridge and basic food provisions. The place was very clean and tidy! As the others have mentioned, the team really went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The location is perfect and close to everything. You also get a million dollar view of the waterfront in all the rooms. Not to mention, if you drive your own car, it seems this is the only place that provides underground carpark without additional charge. I will be back here without a doubt, and definitely booking directly.

We have loved our stay in the Darwin Waterfront Luxury Suites. This is by far the Best location in Darwin . Our spacious apartment on the waterfront with sea views was perfect for our four night stay. Very friendly helpful staff who try really hard to accommodate every need and concern. Nespresso coffee machine with pods supplied were very welcome to coffee lovers. Very comfy king bed complete with luxurious linen in separate bedroom and large ensuite Complimentary wifi was welcome and very reliable. Free car parking under building with easy access to the lifts to our floor. Everything supplied for a complete self contained stay. Great restaurants, coffee cafe, bars right on your doorstep. The swimming lagoon and foreshore are simply stunning. Only 10 mins walk via the walkway and lift to the Darwin city and mall. Highly recommend

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Darwin Luxury Waterfront Suites, thank you very much! To answer your questions: Did you enjoy the food provisions we left for you? – We ate out most of the time so only had the banana and milk for our coffees. In the larder there was pepper but no salt. Would also be nice to include other condiment basics such as tomato sauce and balsamic vinegar. Thanks for providing the utility basics such as paper towels, plastic bags, aluminium & plastic wraps, cleaning agents etc. Kitchen was very well stock with all the cooking and eating utensils, glasses, bowls and plates. There was a toastie box in one of the closets but we couldn’t find the toastie machine. Would be nice to provide a gas barbecue rather than an electric grill. Our food didn’t turn out as well as we had hoped. This is probably our biggest disappointment of the entire stay as we don’t get to BBQ back home, but small issue in the grand scheme of things. was your bed comfortable? – too comfortable! did the air conditioning keep you cool during your stay? Yes it was cold enough. It was the track lights in the bedroom and living room which were flickering from time to time. We think there’s something wrong with the mechanism or contact. Please check. We loved the beautiful view; the location; the modern décor; the brightness & airiness during the day and ample lighting at night; the closet space with enough hangers; the well-designed bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen. An extra floor and hand towel would be nice. And I worry about less mobile guests getting in and out of the bathtub without any handrails as the bathtub tends to be slippery even with the ant-slip mat, even for us. All in all we had a fantastic time staying at Waterfront Luxury Suites and hope to be back in the not too distant future!

Also having a bit of oil and salt and pepper really helps – plus foil and cling wrap!! Really appreciated enough dishwashing tablets, coffee pods, washing powder, wash cloths and tea towels – also extra crockery, glass ware and cutlery – does not sound much but so annoying to stay at places that are supposed to be self-contained and you cannot use the facilities as these things are not provided – or you can only have 1 plate each to eat off before having to do dishes. Appreciated the car although we did not really use it as we walked to most places – if we had more time next time we would go to Litchfield”
