K. S.We had king room. Bed was very comfortable. 8th floor nice view out to sea. Coffee and tea making facilities and bar fridge. Ironing board, hair dryer and accessories. Under cover parking.
R. S.Would definitely recommend to stay here when in Darwin. Wish I stayed here my whole visit. Meals where great and resonably priced. Great service, very helpful. Our flights where delayed ,they kept our bags there all day after checkout stored safely.
A. K.I stayed at 3 places in two weeks in Darwin and this was by far the best value for money. It is not fancy but I found the room very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly. The location is good - an easy walk to Rays
or Rabbit Hole for breakfast. There is also a Woolworths near by.
b. a.Any time I want to think about something or spend time with my close friends in this town, I enjoy visiting this hotel. Also, the atmosphere inside was fantastic. Sitting on them with a small company of people was really easy, food was really tasty, i had salmon delight love it, my friend they are from this city, they wants to come to eat again this restaurant. lovely staff

DBar very hit and miss. Only recommendation for DBar is that staff learn their menu, how to make coffee and a couple of cocktails.

J. C.Good prices for a lovely, simple but spacious room. Fantastic location in the middle of the CBD on smith street. Woolworths, liquor shop, restaurants and everything else you need are within easy walking distance. I didn’t test out the amenities provided but I know they have a pool and cafe at the hotel. There is only one receptionist so things could be a little slow in that department, but they were friendly and helpful. They have free parking with is handy!

On the down side, the restaurant was closed due to lack of staff (Covid related) so we weren't able to have dinner or breakfast locally, but there were plenty of other options nearby within walking distance... Good value for money. Definitely recommend.

J. K.My husband and I are Darwin locals but booked in for a night to have a very rare night just for us and we couldn't have been more pleased. The rooms are amazing (we stayed in a King), sparkling clean and that bed was absolutely heavenly. Staff are incredibly helpful, always smiling and generally lovely. The pool is just awesome too and I could have spent hours in there. Continental breakfast was delicious and just what we needed on a Sunday morning. Highly recommend and we will be back!!
M. A.Not so good 3rd day into our 7 night stay, firstly our toilet bowl looked like it had just been used, bed was not made even though we requested it again at 3.45pm, there is no utilities to wash cups or glasses and finally walked into the bathroom to find this set up.
N. R.Absolutely fantastic! We are 2 nights into a 6 night stay and we cant fault this wonderful hotel. What a pleasant surprise. The staff are so happy and friendly, food is great, facilities top notch and our apartment (1206) is just lovely. Comfy bed, sofas and 2 TVs. Beautiful pool and everything is sparkling clean. We stayed at Sky City a few months ago and the service and value here at H far surpasses it. We are enjoying every moment and WILL BE BACK! Keep up the great work guys... you are all wonderful!

T. C.The room I had was on the corner, so a decent view of parts of the city. The bathroom was clean and reasonably modern, although the shower door opened on the wrong side for ease of warming up the shower. Not much in the tea and coffee drawer, but the included breakfast was fantastic.

p. r.Arrived yesterday after a long day from Melbourne of travelling and the staff was incredible. Originally wanted a one bedroom apartment but none available for the time period we’re staying for. The male at the desk decided to upgrade our room free of charge so we had a couch for our toddler to sleep on. We went out for the day and came back to the room with a made up bed for our daughter. Pools amazing, staff are so friendly and helpful and even added complimentary buffet breakfast to our stay. Will be coming back for sure.

My room 213 was clean and modern. Unfortunately couldn’t close the shower door, so water would leak all over the floor making it slippery.
Easy for tour day trips as they pick you up from the hotel. Had a wonderful holiday. Hotel has a pool to cool down at the end of the day.
S. F.While rooms are large, the facilities are very sparse, Air con very noisy and fridge has no freezer section to prepare food for travelling. No laundry facilities on site. No plate, knife or fork to be able to prepare a simple meal. Staff are busy but helpful.

M. A.Stayed here for 6 nights in a king spa room. Room was very spacious and clean. The hotel restaurant offers well priced quality meals. All staff we dealt with were very professional and willing to help with any requests. Free onsite parking and central location. Would recommend this hotel to others.
A. B.Fantastic location was great having a huge choice of pubs and restaurants to choose from every meal. Room neat and clean however a tad tired looking and could benefit from freshen up. The bed was poorly made and wrapping a doona with no cover in white sheets is clumsy and unacceptable. Found it difficult to work out what sheet was what getting into bed. Staff were lovely. $10 voucher for meals would have been appreciated to be valid for all meals. Disappointing to find out the buffet breakfast was no longer available even though only week before I had contemplated adding it to our room charge. All in all the room served its purpose as a base to sleep and shower. We were hardly there. If we wanted to go to Darwin again we would stay here. Thanks for great stay

P. B.I stayed at the H on Smith Hotel recently the room was fresh,modern and spacious. Amazing views of the CBD and the water. The staff in all departments were friendly and accommodating, especially since I was feeling homesick and unwell being on the road all the time and missing time with my family.
G. 2.The H on Smith is a very well presented hotel with very stylish and comfortable rooms.
It is a few minutes from Woolworths supermarket and 5 minute walk to the main town centre. Free secure parking and very friendly staff. It has a restaurant on site with a pool and gym Only 2 blocks from the waterfront. Prices are more than reasonable. Would stay here again.
T. b. K.Nice big room, great view, breakfast was ok not good. You had to pay extra for machine coffee. Swimming pool small and next to street. Location just outside center in quiet street.
They didn’t want to provide a take out breakfast, but did allow us the have an early breakfast (6am) due to an early departure.
* Be prepared for a lot of homeless aboriginals living on the streets of Darwin.

Also hours after the check out helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is super clean, modern and comfortable. I'd totally come back! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

R. N.After using a number of hotels of several classes in Darwin in recent times I have found them mostly tired and overpriced, at best. H Hotel on Smith was ridiculously good in terms of price, location, service and overall quality when I eventually tried it. It is fresh, tidy, great service and welcoming. That is a rare find. Most hotel rooms at H have some kind of view, some simply magnificent at sunset, others just good, though views aren't why I use them. The finish, size of rooms, hygiene and location plus price win me over.

They offered us a camera next to the elevator while in booking is asked a silent room.
The first room was even for disable people.
So if one is coming are we occupying his right to have facilities?

F. F.Stayed there waiting for a flight out of Darwin. The staff was amazing especially Andrew. I can’t say enough good things about the hospitality and service. The rooms were good and clean. The beds are comfy. Overall great hotel!
u. b.The food at the Hotel lobby "D Bar " was very good and made our stay much better having such a good resturant within the Hotel.
R.Only had dinner there one night. It was a buffet meal for a large group. Reasonable choice, nothing flash but the price was reasonable. All the other diners were FIFO workers.
Main disadvantage is the noise from normal conversation. Floor is timber, no acoustic tiles on the ceiling and bare walls so the sound bounced around the room.
Service was prompt and the staff very pleasant and helpful.
S. M.Brilliant hotel! Luxurious rooms, quality beds and impeccable facilities. For the price we paid (we booked using wotif), we were surprised at how classy the rooms were. They smelled great, had ample power points which is always important while travelling, and excellent service. We utilised the bar facilities and the staff were friendly and the drinks list extensive. Will definitely stay there again!

S.I refer to my recent unpleasant experience with check-in on Sunday 07th July at very early morning the following reasons: Chaos with parking, not enough check-in staff only one man was found outside smoking with security guard. Wait for finish smoke & open the door. No feedback from staff (just laughing with weed smell, puffy eyes probably not enough sleep) I couldn’t handle talking with someone who smelled of cigarettes. We don't want to put our self in a position to make judgment about staff attire.
We will check it out on 13th. As we are on holidays and want to enjoy every single minute. Please do not contact us

Sehr sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, die Zimmer waren sehr passend für uns. Diese waren sehr sauber, der Pool war einfach genial. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet gut, man kann dort auch im Restaurant Abend essen auch das war sehr lecker. Man ist in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum und am Wasser/ Meer ,in der Nähe ist eine Bushaltestelle von der viele Busse fahren. Das Hotel ist einfach gut zentral gelegen. Wirklich zum empfehlen!

Chambres spacieuses et excellent rapport qualité-prix, rien à redire si ce n’est que nous étions au rez-de-chaussée chaussée avec vue sur ... le parking adjacent mais ce blettit pas dérangeant car nous étions uniquement en transit à Darwin.
Buffet de petit déjeuner copieux compris dans le prix avec un bémol pour les amateurs de café : uniquement du café en poudre et si on veut un bon café il faut le payer en sus

Sto vivendo in un appartamento dell' H Hotel da 3 anni per lavoro. Onestamente è quanto di meglio si possa trovare a Darwin, l'appartamento viene pulito, lenzuola e asciugamani cambiati, ecc, una volta a settimana. La posizione è ideale, tutti i principali servizi sono a distanza camminabile, così come ci sono ristoranti e negozi nella zona attorno all'edificio. Il complesso conta con un ristorante bar accogliente e il cui costo è in linea con i locali della zona. Inoltre, conta con una palestra completa dei proncipali attrezzi e con una piscina di dimensioni medie. L'accesso internet nel mio appartamento è eccellente così come la programmazione della televisione via cavo. L' Hotel ha un parcheggio di due piani senza costo aggiuntivo. Ci sono multiple stazioni di attesa di taxi intorno all' Hotel per chi ne avesse bisogno. Non so come siano le camere dal lato albergo, ma per quel che mi riguarda l' H Hotel soddisfa pienamente le mie esigenze ed eccede quelle che erano le mie aspettative.
