D. K.The bed was firm and comfortable but it stops there...we only stayed one night and they blew their chance to impress! The room was infested by small cockroaches and very dated. We won't be coming back or recommend this place.
R. N.We expected bottom of the barrel as everything booked out but were very pleasantly surprised. Spotlessly clean room, good location close to middle of town. Room presentation dated but no damage, roomier than expected, comfortable and everything worked well, car park provided, bit snug but worked fine. The pool was a big surprise, inviting and cool. Reception area bit ordinary but service could not be faulted. Clearly staff work well and hard to make it all work out.
D. R.At the end of the day....it was a comfortable bed for the night and that's about it. Unfortunately very outdated and needs a really good makeover. I'll leave it there.

S. H.We spent three weeks at Luma Luma late last year. The self contained rooms are great, clean, little balcony with a view. The cleaning staff are wonderful as are the reception and management. Nice pool at a perfect cool off temp and so close to town, win win. Thanks team at Luma luma for a nice stay.

G. N.After a few weeks in Remote Australia camping, the prospect of having hot showers, air conditioning and clean sheets was enticing. These were all achieved, however in a tired fit out with a dodgy stove with a really loose element and dangerous wiring in the kitchen light. Overall very serviceable, just tired and in need of some maintenance and minor upgrades.

D. B.Stayed here 2 nights at a 2 bed-room apt. Was very clean and basic, all was working and no dramas with anything. The location is good and if you are looking for value for money this is a good option when everything in the CBD is more expensive.

l. c.Very average dark rooms some nice views but sand flies and mosquitos are rampant. Its a short walk to darwin cbd with easy access to pubs clubs and restaurants. Also plenty of shopping for souvenirs food and clothes nearby.
L. E.A very economical place to stay right in the heart of Darwin CBD. Quality and service was good and reflected the cheap price but did not compromise comfort. A good choice for cheap and comfortable accomodation.
C. L.Luma Luma is a VERY basic apartment block. Things I was not happy with were
- Apartment is too small (was in a 2 bedroom)
- No real cooking/kitchen area
- Security terrible (we were broken into on last night and wallets stolen)
- House keeping not good
- Place needs a good renovation
I would recommend trying to find another apartment and only stay here if desperate.
M. P.Value for money 3 ☆ establishment. Nothing flash, but comfortable rooms & pleasant service. Pool but no restaurant, but a plethora of places to eat nearby.
