s. s.This is a nice and quiet location .One of the comfiest beds I've slept in!!! Had a decent bathroom stocked kitchen comfy couch was within walking distance to great food . Great family accommodation.Staff were friendly free parking outside apartments. Would stay again and would recommend close to salamanca and surrounds.
c. d.Today i sadly had to cancel a booking due to living in an interstate Covid Hotspot, and not wanting to risk those living in my beautiful homeland!. I am so grateful to the wonderful staff member i spoke to, who was incredibly understanding and compassionate, and within minutes refunded my deposit. The rooms generally only have double beds, which means they are not as good for taller people wanting to lie straight.
The bathroom heater is on a timer switch.

C. B.Good value for money. Nice and clean with kitchen amenities but there are so many restaurant/cafe choices close by in Sandy Bay Battery, Point and Salamanca we didn't actually utilise them. Nicole on reception was very pleasant and helpful. It is walking distance (about 15 mins) to the wharves and Salamanca Markets. A bit of a steep hill on the way back but we are in our 60's and easily handled it.

J. W.Really clean and comfortable; soft beds, which is a rarity in any accommodation lower than 4 stars these days. The lady that was at the desk when we arrived was fantastic; really friendly and helpful. the other staff didn't look like they wanted to be there, however, especially the younger people. I'm not rating them lower for this but unfortunately we were given the apartment closest to the main road so it was really rather loud especially in the morning with big trucks rumbling along.
C. P.Great price, great location. I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect based on other reviews but I am beyond happy with the apartment. Spotless when it comes to cleanliness, the bathroom had super fluffy towels and the extras you want ( shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hair dryer, iron). Towels are changed daily. Kitchen was also spotless and had all the things you need to cook with and use to eat. Beds are firm (as I like) so if you like soft beds you won't be happy, sheets are crisp and fresh laundered. Nothing to complain about, would recommend to people looking for good , clean apartments without frills but with all you need set in a great location.

A. R.For the couple of nights we were staying there it was quite a good place. Its a bit hard to get into with a car, but the value for money is spot on. The only issue we had was no air con when the weather was a bit warmer. There was a fan, but we had to place it on a table with the chord obstructing areas in order to keep us cool while we slept.
All in all, if you want a cheaper place to rest your head while you are out gallivanting in Tasmania, it is good for that!

Ignore any miserable reviews because air con in Tasmania is nerded probably twice a year. It's the middle of summer January 30 and i have a scarf and beanie on.
Found my new home when visiting the in-laws in a beautiful suburb in a beautiful state. Well done kids.

The room was cleaned daily and equipped with a basic kitchen setup, plenty of utensils though no oven and a small bar fridge. I Would still recomend for a long stay though.
The electric heater and brick walls keep the room warm.
Wifi is free and fast, I did more work in the room than at the uni because of it. Rooms also feature large flatscreen tvs, though no PayTV.

L. C. (. C.(Translated) I stayed here for four nights in early September 2019 and I was very satisfied with the overall feeling.
The room type is a family room for four, with kitchen and living room, and two rooms, one of which is a double bed, one is a twin bed, and both rooms have vane-type electric heaters. It won't be cold. There are two sockets and USB slots on both sides of the bed to charge the phone and camera at the same time.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven and three electric stoves, but the sink is slightly smaller.
If you want to wash your clothes, there is a laundry room next to the counter. There are two coin-operated washing machines and a dryer in each room. If you remember correctly, you need to wash or bake for 4 Australian dollars each time, and you can change the change with the counter. It is worth noting that the laundry room is used from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and if you play too late, you can't use it.
There are large supermarkets in the vicinity for three minutes. If you want to buy wine, you only need to walk for 7-8 minutes.

2019年9月初來這裡住了四個晚上，整體感覺非常滿意。
入住的房型是四人家庭房，有廚房與客廳，以及兩個房間，其中一間是雙人床，一間是兩張單人床，兩個房間裡都有葉片式電暖器，冬天來住也不會冷。床邊兩側都有各兩個插座跟USB插槽，可以同時充電手機和相機。
廚房設備完善，有冰箱、微波爐、烤箱及三個電爐，只不過洗水槽稍微小了一點。
如果要洗衣服的話，櫃檯旁邊有洗衣房，裡面各有兩台投幣式洗衣機跟烘衣機，沒記錯的話，洗或烘每次要4澳幣，可跟櫃台換零錢。值得注意的是，洗衣房的使用時間是早上八點到晚上八點，如果玩得太晚就沒辦法使用了。
附近走路三分鐘就有大型超市，如果要買酒，也只需要走7～8分鐘。
