E. M.We stayed in apartment 35 for two nights, and we wish we had booked for a third. It was lovely! King bed, spa bath with grab rail, excellent hot water pressure in the shower, electric blanket and heater, modern kitchenette… every comfort we needed! Don’t judge a book by its cover- when we pulled up we were a little worried by the external appearance, but our area was lovely and we were very pleasantly surprised. Simple but perfect! We will be back! Thank you for having us!
M. B.We stayed in the self contained apartment here. Everything we needed was in the room. Very clean & tidy. We don’t hear any street noise so very peaceful.
L.We had 5 days at the Graham apartments it was fully self contaned right down to the sandwich maker. Jill in the office and the cleaning staff were all wonderful very friendly gave us loads of ideas for things to see and do. Always ask the locals. I highly recommend the Graham apartments .

b. j.Clean, comfortable, main bedroom a little on small size for someone with a walker. Staff very friendly and accommodating. 3 min drive to Renal unit, walking distance to KMart, Coles, cafes.
J. M.The staff are very kind and allowed us to use their washing facilities whilst we stayed next door. They even dropped it to our room which we were incredibly grateful for.
A easy walk to many interesting and fun place and we would definitely consider staying here next time.

S. C.Late check-in was breeze and a lovely treat was even left in my room for me. The gardens were stunning when I was there, so it was a lovely place to unwind after a day of work. Close to some lovely restaurants too. The kitchen was well appointed and the bedroom was lovely. The bathroom was an accessible bathroom, so while not pretty, was very functional.
Y. M.A bit pricey but as a tourist loved staying here, friendly staff and very clean space. There are shops close by so you can do the groceries and make food in the kitchen which was very handy, didn't have to takeaway every night. Taking taxi from here would be much cheaper and faster to travel around if you don't have a car (I was travelling with 3 other people= worth the $). Overall great accomodation!

Upon walking in we were hit with a horrible smell, managed to air it out by leaving the door open. But still smelt.
Not sure why, but we were put in a disabled room - none of our family are disabled. Quite disappointing considering we booked 5 months in advance and we had looked on the website prior to see nice a bathroom fitout but we were greeted with one suited for disabled guests (shower curtains in a corner not nice to have a creepy shower curtain attacking you whilst trying to shower) Its great they cater for disabled guests but maybe keep the room available for disabled/elderly guests as this was quite disappointing. It would be understandable if we were walkin guests but booking 5 months in advance i thought would be sufficient.
Beds were quite hard, think i slept better on the Spirit of Tasmania. Not to mention there was a light right outside our bedroom window that lit up our room.
Overall the rooms, kitchen and bedding were clean. Just a little disappointed of the room allocation.

A. M.Located in Newtown, close to Coles and Kmart. Apartment was very clean, and good layout. Kitchen was seperate from main living room and had oven, cooking top, fridge, microwave, toaster, all kitchen utensil and cookware, concealed trash bin. No dishwasher. Salt sugar, pepper, tea, coffee was supplied. Dishwasher liquid , scrub and dish drier was supplied. Smart tv with Netflix,prime ,youtube. Etc. and good wifi speed. Beds were decent enough. Staff were friendly. Overall highly recommended. Ps. There is unlimited buffet in nearby Pizza Hut which is good value for $
M. H.Stayed here one day ago. The room was well equipped clean and tidy. A secluded location with no road or guest noise. The bed was a little bit firm but apart from that I would definitely stay here again.

T. K.The apartment was a bit small for three children and two adults however, for the purpose of sleeping, it did it's purpose. Would recommend if looking for a place just to sleep.
V. b.Very basic accommodation. Share laundry, but very clean. No extras, like dishwasher or wash/dryer, no streaming service, i.e. Foxtel. An old fashioned motel. Reminds me of holidays with my parents in the 1980s.

J. L.(Translated) Very comfortable, the kitchen utensils are complete, clean, and the location is good. It is close to the botanical garden and the urban area. The shower head of the bathroom is not the kind that can't be taken down. Adults can have a shower without problems, but it is a bit troublesome for children to take a shower.
