S. N. K.Located very next to the pier, they offered one of the best service apartments. This review is for our stay at Gibson’s Mill Apartments - it is one of the buildings under them. They excelled in everything; starting from the receptionist - amiable and patiently answered all our questions.We had a very engaging conversation with her regarding the restaurants and places to see. The building they made us stay was very conveniently located to the pier, right opposite to the MONA ferry building.
We got a loft, two bedroom room. Fitted with toiletries by Loccitane to the best appliances in the kitchen. They even had a towel warmer - caught me by surprise. The place was huge, we could easily throw a party. A lot of towels at the washroom and even in the bedroom wardrobe. Watch out for the steps as it can be a bit slippery especially if you wear the house slippers. The fully functional kitchen makes it ideal for every occasion whether it’s heating up the takeaway food or cooking a late night food after a drunken night. My pictures will describe this place better than the review. Loved the stay.
B. W.Fantastic stay in a very large, clean and mody 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Michelle in reception was absolutely lovely and made us feel like we were being welcomed into her own home. The location is great. All up, a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for serviced apartments in Hobart. Excellent!

w. s.Great location with views over rooftops to Salamanca and the harbour. Very modern and spacious with all facilities. IXL penthouse 501 was excellent with 180°views but enjoyment of the master suit was spoilt by very uncomfortable single beds pushed together. Would expect a quality king bed when paying for a luxury penthouse!!

The shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Plenty of towels provided.
Very clean, very well presented.
This has reverse cycle heating and cooling in the upstairs room.

V. R.I stayed at the Sullivan Cove Apartments, specifically The Gibson’s Mill and let me tell you it was such a spacious and comfortable room! The bed was extremely comfortable and they supplied sight-seeing books etc.
However the only down side to this accomodation would be the shower head, the water strength isn’t too strong.
I also left my pearl earrings at the accomodation and reception were more than happy to have them mailed back to me: Overall, a lovely experience and if I were to travel back to Hobart again I would definitely stay here again.
M. J.Great staff - we had our two adult children and ourselves. We booked an apartment that had a king bed room and two singles with two bathrooms for the 4 of us. I dont have any complaints., There were only 6 coffee pods - but you could buy more from the mini bar that had ample choices of snacks wine and beer (and water). This is the second time we have stayed and would not stay anywhere else. We love it.
T. M.The room was modern but not over the top so we weren't constantly watching the kids wth food and drinks. The apartment was spotless with lots of extra's and attention to detail. Service was amazing. Great accommodation if your in Hobart for a conference and don't want to be in small hotel room.

a button..wait...wait...wait..oh..now it changes channel. Other than that, everything else was good. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again. Staff were also super friendly and flexible.

J. S.Everything you need to relax in the heart Hobart - absolutely fantastic location. Top of the line appliances in each room as well as L'Occitane bathroom products which are amazing. Only thing is to watch out with the lack of shower screens and shower water splash which will undoubtedly wet the whole bathroom floor.

T. M.Very clean with full amenities. The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. Being able to pop back home to dop off purchases during a busy morning at the markets on Saturday is a real plus as is being so close to all the great drinking and dining options Sala***ca offers.

T. M.The accommodation itself is beautiful, with every detail thought of and every need satisfied. The apartment is located in a great area behind Sala***ca Place. Beautiful balcony overlooking Sala***ca Markets and the dock was just breath taking. Could walk into city, close to ***y restaurants and tour operators eg boat to Mona.
T. M.We had stayed at Sullivan's Cove a few years ago pre-children and as per our last visit it didn't disappoint. Not a thing was missing we even had a rooftop garden, where we had drinks and nibbles. Servicing could be improved as we nearly ran out of toilet paper.
T. M.We were in the Admirals Suite which is a traditional old sandstone building finished in a contemporary style. Staff were helpful with our every request. Service was great at check-in. Don't get me wrong a lovely place but maybe I'd be a little wary of Friday/Saturday nights if you are a light sleeper.

T. M.I'm a heavy sleeper and it was loud enough to keep me awake. The central temperature control is hard to monitor as we found it rather warm in the apartment. We had a late afternoon flight home and where offered a late afternoon check out which was very much appreciated.
