J.Newly refurbished gem only a week or two since officially reopening and the place is amazingly transformed immaculately clean at all times.
Unlike other hostels wide open areas and relaxed calming environment give you the space and privacy to relax and enjoy your time in beautiful Melbourne.
Prices are great and they don't charge extra if you you pay a week or more upfront. Expect a discount if you deal with them directly and they are willing to negotiate and flexible. Rooms are very spacious, single rooms are also available but are in high demand. Prices are exceptional so give Emily a call and book early to reserve VIP status before this place gets booked out.
M. H.I don't know why there are so many negative reviews on this place. Okay - It's not a palace or The Hilton - It's a Backpackers! It's in a perfect location - literally only 3 minutes from the Victoria Markets, only a minute away from trams and very close to Melbourne Central Station. Being a Backpackers, of course you're going to deal with people from all walks of life, but that's part of the fun! Also - having met Bozo himself the few times I stayed there a couple of years ago he was a genuine, no nonsense down-to-earth bloke. I'd stay there again anyday.
F. S.Me and my friend stayed at the Bozo Backpacker at 448 Victoria St and were extremely happy with it. The owner/receptionist is friendly (and even helped us carry all of our heavy luggage upstairs), the place is clean and the place is calm and quiet. Everything we could've possibly asked for.
M. V.Bozo's was a noisy, rough place to stay however I enjoyed this experience. Friendly owner who listened when I spoke and helped sort problems. You get what you pay for and that's what I got. Clean private room and a hot shower. No bugs. I did meet a couple of interesting fellow travelers.

Super rapport qualité prix et l'emplacement est idéal pour séjourner à pied dans le centre ville de Melbourne.
Cuisine équipée , coin fumeur...
Le personnel a l'accueil est très agréable et souriant.
Seul petit point négatif : les douches (très grandes) passent du chaud au froid et inverssement sans prévenir...
Sinon, je recommande !
